Fantastic! My buddy's RV was towed due to him having a bad situation where he lived. McCarty & sons worked with him! The driver when out of his way to jump start the RV!

Never used these guys for their trucking service but I've used their shop a couple times. Good work at reasonable rates. The young gentleman that handles the shop treated us right and was able to get us squeezed in the schedule in a pinch. Professional courteous service at reasonable rates are appreciated. I'll be using them again if needed so I'd certainly recommend.

You guys currently have a large truck outside blocking part of Griffith Park Blvd. The Truck has been idling waking up our entire neighborhood for the past hour and no one can seem to find the driver or get through to your company by phone. I hate you.

I inherited a 1984 Dolphin class C Motorhome, which had been parked in a driveway for over 10 years with no upkeep. McCarty's driver was polite, courteous & cautious.He drove me & the camper to the repair shop, & helped me out of the truck. We had a nice conversation along the way. I highly recommend McCarty's! The price was also very reasonable! I would gladly use McCarty's Towing again!

I usually hate towing companies. Too many bad experiences with trying to get my vehicle out, etc. But McCarty & Sons actually listened to, worked with, and helped me through my situation and had compassion. Thank you for the help. It was greatly appreciated.

Great service, Cary scheduled and Cody drove. Cody backed his lowboy up a half mile of canyon road to get to my machine. Tight and twisty. I was impressed.

I live in a rural residential neighborhood. It is so quiet here you can hear a pin drop. McCarty's driver felt it was ok to idle his diesel large semi transport vehicle in front of our houses, blocking our driveways and distrubing our neighborhood. He was sitting there in his cab doung paperwork. Very rude man. I do not want to listen to your trucks for 10 minutes or breathe your diesel fumes in my peaceful yard. Even when I asked him to move along, he blew me off.

unfortunately officer called this place to tow my car, and the lady that i talk to is so rude and very disrespectful. you've been in an car accident and you will have that treatment. very great. I hope it won't happen to you or your family.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They towed my daughter's car from her apt complex and then intentionally overcharged her! It's a city contract so she was forced to pay the city impound fee, the cost of the tow, and the bribe. The city won't investigate or void the contract (hmm). We're hoping Better Business Bureau has enough influence to change these fraudulent and unjust practices.

I believe they are way overoriced and lady who works in the front office was very nice but rushed me everytime we talked

They steal things from your vehicle!! They could careless if your windows are down in your vehicle collecting train or dust! Terrible looking office! Dunt go to this dump!

Don't even deserve 1 star , I called and I got put on hold every 5 seconds . After 10 min on the phone the lady picks up and sadly don't have a tow truck for me . Disappointment .......
