My first encounter at JT's was out of this world. He went above and beyond in assisting my daughter and I. She had her oil changed elsewhere and the smell of gas and more was constantly in the car. Joe not only checked the car to find issues he also went to the facility that changed her oil and made it known to them that they didn't complete the process on my daughters car. It was like a breath of fresh air going into a shop and getting this outstanding assistance. Her last appointment was another oil change and were waiting for an appointment to fix a few minor codes that showed up while changing the oil. Also has the connections to have someone come to his shop and have her cracked window fixed instead of having to drive all over town to get all the extra work done. Definitely the place to go. We started breaking down on the highway and pulled over to the nearest mechanic which just so happened to be JT s. Joe and his team did an amazing job and got my car fixed and even better then before within 2 and a half hours. Joe was also one of the nicest guys I ever met and had some pretty cool stories that helped pass the time! Overall great experience.Service: Transmission

It's hard to trust auto mechanic shops now a days but Joe at JTs Automotive is a true professional. He helped me with issues I was having on my car without trying to upsell me or offer me services I did not need. Please before you take your car anywhere else call JTs or just bring your car to them. They know what they're doing. Ten starts if I could. First took in 2016 Jeep for an oil change. I then had my 1997 Toyota Camry's oil changed and asked if JT could perform a maintenance check. It had been quite a while that I have had this car serviced. Needed lots of attention plus new tires. One stop shop. Very happy with professional service. Went to this shop back in 2020 to have a few jobs done. Valve cover gasket, as well as a water pump. 2 years later, and just this week my water pump completely busted as well as my belt being installed incorrectly resulting in it completely snapping and damaging some pulleys. On top of that, they gave me a surprise bonus charge of $70 on top of the original quote because the oil needed to be refilled after the valve cover gasket. A real cheap shot to get more money, despite any mechanic knowing right away that oil would need to be refilled but they decided to leave it out of the estimate to make the price seem more competitive. Additionally, once I left the shop, the car was completely out of alignment. They did fix it for me so I'll give them that. Either low quality parts, or low quality service.

Great, effective, and efficient service. I was neither upsold nor talked down to. JT s repaired my AC and brakes and I am confident I ll be able to take my road trip safely.I recommend JT s without reservation! Get your car there next service date. JT's Automotive is honest, friendly, prompt and affordable! Joe the owner is the Man and will make sure your vehicle needs are taken care of. He will keep you in the loop of what's going on. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else! It's nice when you find the right people to work on your car and don't have to worry about a thing. I'd give this business 10 stars if I could.

I heard of JT's automotive because of my roommate. They took care of her many times with her problems and were great to me as well. The owner Jose is super nice and easy to talk to. Patrick is very knowledgeable as well as patient and understanding. He goes into detail on what is wrong with your car and always tries to help find the most affordable price which is great when you are like me and always on a budget. They are really reliable!!

Joe and his team was awesome! He helped replace my engine, my catalytic converter, oil change, and helped fixed my car problem. He gave me very fair pricing even though I was having money issue. He was also friendly and talkable. The team members are also great and fast at fixing depending on your car issue. The shop is quite a small place and is crowed but I highly recommend this place! Thumbs up for JT's automotive!

JT's automotive provided a free detailed diagnostic of my car. Joe worked tremendously with me in order to leave the shop with a safe and reliable car. Thank you to everyone who works there for being so willing to take the time and explain everything that was going on with my car. Being a single mom with three kids, I came in looking for a trustworthy, honest mechanic and I walked out with my expectations met beyond my belief! God bless you Joe.

Took my 2002 suburban in for tires and some other stuff as it was idling hard. All I can say is my vehicle has never run better.The repairs were done in a timely manner and Joe was wonderful in describing what was needed.I will definitely take my vehicles here in the future.

Jose and the service team at JT's Automotive time and time again come through for me and my family. In addition to providing great service at affordable prices the stand behind the work that they do. I had my engine replaced by Jose in my 2004 F-150 and not only did he get it done on time but also was very helpful accommodating though out the whole process. Every time I have been in he has been very professional and has gone above and beyond the typical work expected. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the community for great service and great integrity!!

I was referred to this site J T Automotive by a family member. I m so glad I did. The car was done quickly. Communication was first and the results were amazing. My car was like new. State of the Art computer info was supplied for work done and future needs. Would not recommend this place. They kept the car at the shop for a month (waiting for a part is what they said) finally called and said it was fixed. Now told the check engine light was on but that everything will be fine. But needed the car so paid the very high payment and left. On the drive home the very same issue happened again. They did not fix the issue. Drove it right back to the shop, they kept the car another week till Patrick called and said they added another part (without getting any consent first) and are charging an additional few more hundred dollars again. Was assured the problem was resolved. Just wanted the car back and fixed properly at that point so took the money to pick up the vehicle, left the shop and the same issue happened AGAIN. It was now $950 paid and was without a vehicle for over a month and still not resolved. Did not want them working on the car another time and get no where. They had the car for so long and it was the same way I took it in but now worst. Very upsetting, please go somewhere else don t want anyone else to get taken advantage of by these guys.

Took my car here to have engine placed and after engine was placed had to take the car back 4times with additional charges. Took the there running, no codes computer working fine.he overcharge, now in worse place almost 4k later nothing resolved. Had to leave money to have car towed back to my house. I'm reporting to BBB . No refund given nor solution, he wrecked computer and did not take responsibility, almost 4k down drain . Not he tried to text after it happened to try and cover himself and ask if car was running. He knows car is not running and we had to have towed. I told him I want refund, guess going to court.Service: Engine repair

Great customer service! Helped me out during xmas/ new years 2019-2020. As my warranty service was screwing me around. JT automotive made me feel confident that things were going to be ok in dealing with carmax's warranty service and with the work they were doing on my car. That alone has my loyalty.

I had an amazing experience at jts, Patrick was so nice and really concerned about my vehicle, he made a paper airplane for my daughter, and did two diagnostic on my car, the mechanic that worked on my truck was equally concerned about my truck, they did everything they could to fix my car, I was truly blessed by jts automotive. I recommend them to anyone.

Great work, a mechanic you can sure depend on to do the job right, I'm very happy my car has ran great after every service. I have a very rare car, that one manufactured 998 manual transmission and Jts auto has done a great job of taking care of my baby. Thank you. I appreciate ya.

Ive already been to JTs 3 times for my car repairs over the last year. Once to help me pass smog with a tune up, and twice when I broke down, once for an idle air flow sensor and more recently for a timing belt. Patrick not only helps me understand whats going on with my car but also provides the most friendly service at a good cost I've experienced. I would recommend JTs to anybody with car issues.

Be warned don't take your car to this shop. They are thieves and Joe is so lazy he will give you the run around .I had my car towed there and I asked Joe to do a diagnostic and left it for 3 days . He was supposed to call me but he didn t , so I went to check on my car .He didn't do anything and had it parked outside 3 blocks from the shop and the hood was open .I was very upset and told him you are very irresponsible for having my car unattended. He stated that there s nothing wrong with that. I asked him what kind of business are you running he had a smurk on his face. Called the shop this morning at 8:30, it says here they do not open till 9:00 but they open at 8:00. Was lucky they were not too busy, got there before 9 and they took me right in. I was leaking fluids under the truck, was worried as just had tranny worked on. They found the power steering fitting and a couple loose fittings on the transmission which they tightened. Everything fixed in less than an hour. Could not believe there was no charge, tipped the mechanic. What nice people, very honest knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. just travelling through this area, a stranger to them and they treated me like family, I don't see that often or ever.

I bought a groupon and was excited to get a great deal on an oil change. I was greeted promptly but the gentlemen at the front and proceeded to fill out the needed paperwork. So far so good. I arrived at the store around 9 am for a simple oil change. Thats it. Usually an oil change takes about 30 minutes give or take. (Went to express lube and it was about 15 with excellent customer service). I waited until 10:30 until i finally just gave up. No one seemed to care that I was waiting and no one seemed in a hurry to help their customers out. It was all just whatever to them. I got my refund and left and went and got an oil change at XpressLube how i mentioned above. Shame to have employees there that just dont care. Also. I felt horrible for the guy that even made an appointment at 9:30 and was still waiting for his oil change to be done even at 10:30 when i left... so who knows how long he was there. God Bless you my guy.

JT is such an honest guy. He is full of info and sat and chatted with me about cars and answered all kinds of questions I had about my own car. He was willing to do the labor with my own parts I brought in, which was a huge plus! He wants to help you out and goes by his work honestly.
