My rear driver's side wheel was grinding REALLY bad all of a sudden so on my '15 BMW X1 so I called Jiffy hoping they had an immediate time, Chris and the crew fit me in, same day, and fixed the brakes and rotors FAST! They absolutely kept me abreast of the issue and made sure it was perfect before handing me back the keys.The price was below expected! A+++

Chris got this place running smoothly and confidently. I showed up not knowing I was missing 2 lug nuts and my transmission drain plug was leaking. They had the lug nuts express shipped and they were delivered in seriously 45 minutes. Swapped tires, hit me with some repair tips.Chris told me exactly what to do to fix my transmission leak. Fixed it later that night and I dont see a speck of red on my driveway now. Other employees were very helpful as well. Good stuff lads.

Chris & the whole crew there are awesome! They do great work! It used to be fun when you were able to stay in your car while they did the oil change, but now you got to get out & wait in the waiting room. But that's ok! They got the cleanest restrooms that are cleaner than any other place you will ever take your cars too!

From the moment I spoke with The Manager Chris over the phone. To pulling up for my service. He was on Point. Tremendous customer service! Great energy. Could not have been a better experience. Hats off to him and how he runs the shop! A great ambassador for the company!! Wish I would have got his last name.

The guys at this Jiffy Lube really took care of my car and didn't make me feel dumb for knowing nothing about my car or its condition. I was able to drop my car off and within just about 2 hours it was ready for pick up (even doing brakes, filters, oil change, fluids etc). Great price for me and no crazy upsell pressure. Just honest mechanic work.

The only thing keeping them from getting one star is that their staff, well manager Chris, was very friendly. I didn't get a simple eye contact from the rest of his staff. It wasn't until 2 hours and 12 minutes passed until I saw someone actually work on my car. No one likes a wait, especially if there's very few cars. But a heads up would've been nice so that I didn't keep my job waiting that long. They told one lady that it would take 5 minutes to change her air filters and after more than an hour passed, she decided to leave. I feel like this location could be a bit more honest with their time.

Incredible service. Won't make you feel like a customer. They actually check your car and tell you of anything you need or might need soon. The manager runs a tight ship. Very nice staff.

I came here because I had a -$15 coupon making my synthetic blend oil change about $75.It was busy but they did a great job and were friendly and nice. They gave people honest estimates upon check-in and provided advice on local places to eat, shop or hangout while waiting. I'll return here, it's close to my job and I had a good experience.They have a TV on with generic sport video clips and a vending machine, indoor and outdoor waiting areas.

10/10 highly recommend taking your car here for any of its needs! Chris, the manager, is phenomenal at his job, has great communication and customer service, and is very professional. The wait time is usually pretty minimal as well, which is nice, even with no appointment!

I needed an Uber safety check. Uber says that it's free at this location. However, the mechanic made it clear before starting the process that it would cost $39.99. He did a good job though it took a little longer than he said it would. I would return here especially as it's very close to my office.

Had a Vehicle Inspection from its Esplanade branch. Service was good. The only thing they should do is to immediately remove the FREE note for this service in their website as pointed out in many reviews. Its considered false advertising. Truth is, they charge $40 for the service.

Poor management. Nothing Jiffy about this Jiffy Lube. I had brought my car in for service here at 1230 considering I chose this place due to a time crunch and didn t leave till 3:15. The place didn t seem busy with other cars at all. The technicians seemed lazy and un focused while watching them work on my car. After the work was complete my car sat for an extra 30min leading me to go in to the work station my self to ask the status of my car and was meet with shoulder shrugs and didn t care attitude. Poor customer service for the prices they charge. Other customers that day felt frustrated as they too have been waiting for hours! Train your staff to do better!

A couple days ago I got an oil change. No other service. A basic oil change. The total cost for that service was $258. Nice guys but the price was unreasonable. I won't be back.

Horrible service, I was there for 3.5 hours most of the staff is rude and lazy. Specially a big guy, with a pony tail. The only nice profesional staff was this young black guy. I left with a really bad experience and my oil light still on. Horrible

The entire staff were friendly and prompt. It was a busy Saturday and they were very good about updating me along the way. I'll definitely be talking my truck back for future oil changes!

Was a smooth experience. Visited Jiffy Lube on Sunday to get some new front tires. The tires was not in stock and the manager Chris ordered right away and tires arrived the following day. I showed up Tuesday and got my tires on without any hassle. Just excellent service! Thanks Chris and staff for such a great experience!

I was unaware that Jiffy Lube was going for the world record of longest oil change in history. They made me wait 2 and a half hours. No line, they weren't busy, they all seemed to be just screwing around by my car. Probably will never come here again.

My car was smoking on the freeway and a coolant low light came on. I saw Jiffy Lube next to the offramp and pulled in to see if they could add coolant. The manager, Chris immediately came outside and realized the problem wasn t actually that the coolant was low but there was a much bigger problem. He had me turn my car off and explained that the car would need to be towed to a repair shop. My car was blocking one of the bays and he was more concerned about me than he was about where my car was parked. He continued to help customers by pulling cars into the other bays and backing cars into the bay I was blocking but never made me feel bad. He checked on me several times to see if I needed anything at all. He was absolutely amazing and I will now get my car serviced at Jiffy Lube because of Chris. I will forever remember his kindness during a stressful time.

Jiffy Lube took me in for an oil change midday on a Sunday. They took my car almost immediately. Although the lobby was full, my car was through in less than forty minutes. Chris in particular made the whole thing seamless and broke it down so that the car lingo wasn t as overwhelming as I m used to. I would recommend this team and location in a heartbeat.

The person was so patient in trying to contact the government credit card approval office due to $1.98 above $100 spending limit in vehicle oil change and air filter change. The tires was in proper pressure as I requested and vehicle run good.

This Jiffy has always been the worse. I recommend going to the one in Ventura.I went the other day to get my car inspected so I can drive for Uber. Uber advertised this location was Free inspection, however after Jiffy Lube associates performed the inspection, they proceeded to charge me $39.99 for the inspection and told me its not free and Uber needs to update the advertisement. I paid the fee, and will try and get reimbursed through Uber. I feel the Jiffy Lube associate should have mentioned the fee before proceeding with the service, because there were other known locations I could have went to that were free of charge like Pep Boys in Oxnard. Only reason why i went to this Jiffy Lube location was location convenance at the time. I do not recommend taking your vehicle to this Jiffy Lube for any service.

My car needed a specific Subaru part they did not have after I dropped it off. The representative from Jiffy Lube called around everywhere and ultimately drove and got the part rather than leave me hanging! I truly appreciate it and him! Thank you for going above & beyond Jiffy Lube

Staff professional and friendly treated me like family. I ll def send anybody I know there way from now on. They do a lot of extra service stuff to my truck tht I didn t ask for like coolant and windows n vacuumes. Nice ppl

I waited 3.5 hrs for a simple oil change. Paid with $125 gift card had a 30 dollar balance left on card. THEY ASKED IF I WANTED TO REPLACE FILTER. I said yes I will. Then waited 15 mins to find out they were out of stock. Then found after check successfully done to my car the headlight was out. I had to show them a youtube video to replace it. I will never go back. Next time is brake masters for me ty.

Got in the bay at 1155am.Sat inside and waiting to be asked what service needs to be done to my car.45 minutes later I stepped outside and saw someone already draining my oil and pulling my filters.An hour after that, because of a rude customer who made them redo everything they did because they also worked on her car without permission, they finally ask me what I'm here to have done to my car. I was going to get a rotation and balance done but at this point I wanted the rest of my day backLost two hours I could have grabbed food or something had they just checked me in when they pulled it into the bay
