The associate put me on hold, and then when I was taken off hold, the associate said "thank you for holding, how can I help you?", and then IMMEDIATELY hung up the phone while I was mid-sentence.This happened twice in a row. The Costco stores themselves would NEVER do this.Many reviews say this already, but if you have a huge tolerance for bad service, but know you'll get your tires at a good price in 2-3 weeks with many potential issues with management, go with Costco Tire Center.That said, I'm going to my local shop for a new set of 4.

I will never buy tires from this place again, rude , lazy employees.3 Hours for a tire rotation , or make an appointment next week.Meanwhile 1 bay has a car in and 5 or 6 empty !

I have rarely experienced worse customer service. During my 4 phone calls to the service center, they were repeatedly rude and short. When i went to pay for the tires, Poi the technician talked to me like I was 5. He even took a phone call when I was in the middle of asking him for a price break down, which he was unable to provide me. If you want tire service done right, go somewhere else. I ended up going to the dealer where the price was only $20 more and 100x easier to set up. I ll pay the extra money for a half decent human being and less of a hassle. Poi needs to be reevaluated as an employee. This was not a bad day for him, he was rude to me yesterday as well. STAY AWAY FROM COSTCO TIRE REPAIR IN OXNARD!

I think the service could be improved. Being cordial and prompt to help value customers it is very important. I used to go to the Santa Cruz, CA Costco tire center and it was outstanding service. Oxnard Costco needs a lot of improvements in their tire center.It is always important to always smile and take pride of what you do but especially when you are representing an organization such as Costco, and especially when you buy a set of 4 tires for two vehicles.Thanks

Got my tires here twice but lately don t know what s wrong with the management at the tire center but it s awful. They re rude and they act as if you re bugging them when you call to get a price on tires or they keep you on hold forever. you guys should be grateful you have a job. if you don t want to work then leave and go find a job that you can relax at Costco needs to really stepped up their management skills because from what it looks like especially on the reviews they re losing customers daily. I will take my business somewhere else from now on.

I brought my Lexus ES 350 2007 for tires replacement. Poi explained to me what was wrong with them. They were all cracked around. He ordered a special set of 4, got me a discount and also told me the tire censors needed to be replaced. This guy knows what his doing. I highly recommend him to his immediate boss (Heriberto) for consideration for everything he does to please all the customers with everything they need. Keep up the good work!

I needed tires for my Honda Accord (really overdue) when Costco Tire Center had a really good sale on their Michelin tires. After a phone conversation with POI TOFIGA, I showed up at their Oxnard Center. Due to prior auto accidents I had stressed to Poi that I really needed 1. a smooth ride and 2. a good warranty. Both together had been a challenge to find. He had written up a invoice following our phone conversation, so on 5/19, at their tire center I placed the order for 4 MICHELIN PRIMACY AS HIGH PERFORMANCE 215/55R17 tires, 55,000 mi warranty. Following the weekend, I was called the tires were in, I could make an appt. Rather than pick a scheduled time, I chose to leave my car there at 10am on 5/25 knowing tires would be installed by 8pm. I was called by 12 noon, car ready. Took a drive with my new tires and was ABSOLUTELY ELATED with the "smooth ride". I drove back to talk with Poi Tokina who was not there but the service manager was. I stated that I was so pleased with the ride and how quickly the work was done, so I loudly shouted from outside their work area THANK YOU!! to his whole team since he said it was a team effort.Leaves me with one question..... WHY go anywhere else when we can receive exactly what we want, with excellent service, and a damn good sale price!!

Always use Costco for the good prices, but the customer service at this location is awful. The phone and face to face interactions are the worst I ve ever seen. Told me they d call when my car was done and didn t, I called and they said yeah it s ready..

I discovered a screw in my new tire, so I came in right away. The manager, Heriberto, took care of my concern right away and treated me well. Thankfully my tire was still under warranty and in stock. I was able to get my tire replaced. Thank you Heriberto for your service!

We waited 30 minutes in line to be waited on and waited almost 2 weeks for our tire to be shipped from San Bernardino. Each time we called, we were told that the order was in process. We finally canceled the order and went to Big Brand Tire Store. We were in and out within 20 minutes! Costco did give us a refund on the tire because the tire was still in good condition. We will not be returning!

Worse customer service experience ever, stay away. I bought my 4 tires at this location and after 2 years, two of the tires thread wore out at 30K. I purchased the tires with 75K warranty and took routine maintenance (rotation, rebalance and alignments) documentation and they still didn't want to honor the tires warranty. They instead blame it on my cars front suspension components as the cause of the tires excessive wear. I had my cars suspension checked and no failing components were found. I took the documentation of the cars suspension check and they still didn't want to give me credit or the replacement of the tires. They instead wanted me to buy new tires and didn't care if I drove off with two unsafe tires. Save your money and buy your tires at tire shops that will honor their warranties.

Thought I would have to replace a couple tires due to some metal going through my tires but the guys at Costco pulled through and it ended up being only a patch. Everything went smoothly, just took a little time. Other then that excellent service. Thank you!

As with all Costco's the tire prices are great and the customer service is exceptional. Due to these two factors, the tire dept is packed, I highly recommend making an appointment or you'll be waiting a few hours. Another thing I didn't know, you can prepay tires online and get in and out faster.

Thought I d finally give Costco a shot a for tires. What a disappointment and waste of time. Ordered online, got my paid invoice, appointment number and showed up early. My tires weren t there and Costco does not trust their employees enough to give them any authority. I was directed to the 1-800 number - what a joke!!

I didn't have an appointment and dropped my car off at open of business for a nail removal & patch. They had it done in under half an hour. Thank you Poi and your team at the tire center!

Good prices and very professional. I special ordered some Michelin high performance tires for my Porsche. When they came in, the mechanic refused to install them because they did not have the Porsche designation. They reordered the same model tires, with the varient specified by Porsche. I was very impressed with their knowledge, care, and diligence.

Called this past Saturday to schedule a 4 tire intstallation appointment and see if they had the correct size tire for my car. Was told over the phone that they had the correct tire and scheduled an 11AM appointment. Arrived at Costco (30 minute drive), waited for 30 minutes in line for the person working the register to tell me that they in fact do no have the correct size tires in stock. Completely unprofessional. If their employees couldn't even identify the correct type of tire for my car or tell me if it was in stock I would not trust them to put tires on my vehicle. Long time happy customer at Costco but will never use their tire service. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

First and last time going to Costco for tire service. Ordered tires over a week in advance and made the appointment assuming the tires would be here in time. Unfortunately it somehow takes over a week to get from San Bernardino to oxnard so the tires(order spent most of the time in received status) didn't actually ship until almost 6 days later and wouldn't be here until a day after the appointment was made.Appointment had to be rescheduled and of course there's nothing available over the weekend so it'll be until Monday evening that the tires will actually be installed. Moral of the story is don't go here if urgency is of any priority to you. Love Costco for everything else but online and shipping time really dropped the ball on this one.

If you want Michelin tires to last 30,000 miles with a 60,000 mile warranty come here. Have the business manager take a look at your tires and say they can't honor the warranty as they are not 2/32 across the board. Even though I had them looked at from the Toyota dealership and Toyota assured me 2 out of the 4 tires were 2/32. Bring it up and show all the documents and the manager will tell you they were "measured incorrectly"...Double the wait times. It they tell you one and a half hours it means 3 hours. Even if you arrive early and are one of the first few customers. I have been coming to this tire center for over 10 years. They have finally lost my business and I will inform many others as well.

I have been to this and several other Costco tire centers. They are all performing well and meet all of my needs at competitive prices. Free tire air checks, inspection, etc were done with ease and fast. I recommend them to all of my family members, neighbors and friends. I also bought batteries from them.

Customer service SUCKS at this location ALL he does is to direct you to another number. He says he does not know and he cannot help, why Costco hired you to do the job? IMPATIENT and CARELESS!!

Worst experience with any Costco service ever. Ordered tires online over a week ago and the order still hasn t been processed. I now have a flat tire, can t get to work, and Costco has no idea why the order hasn t been processed. I now have to pay for a overpriced set of tires because I have NO CHOICE!

They refused to patch my flat tire for my 2022 year car(and we re already 2 months into 2022) because they didn't have the torque values for the 2022 model yet and they wouldn't even use the 2021 value.

Very disappointed with this Costco tire center. They lost our 2/4 tire hub caps and this was for the second time . When we asked the supervisor, he said there was no tire hub when we drop the car. We asked for ccctv footage to prove him that there were 4. There excuse was the cctv was not working..seriously??? No compensation was provided

Ordered tires online, made an appointment. Was told it would be a little over an hour. After an hour I was told that whoever was supposed to order my tires didn't, so now I have to wait a week for my tires to come in and make another appointment.

Been here over two hours so far at Costo Oxnard.It s sucks when they said 1.5 hrs especially when it s not even busyThis will be my last Costco Tire purchase. Other places are very competitive

I had an awesome experience at the Tire center. Treated like a rock star, tires on and looking good. I recommend Costco tire center to all. Management for the whole store is A+. Thank you guys!

It took about 4-5 hrs for a tire repair, you should have an specific staff to handle warranties/repair since when you bought tires you offer that services but it's unacceptable that amount of time for that repair.
