fixed the cosmetic damage after accident then said i had to take my car to the dealership to fix the car not turning on issue after they failed to fix the problem multiple times. when they couldve just totaled my car in the first place if he knew what he charged the insurance wasnt going to cover refused to total the car even though this was caused from the accident never taking any car here again or reffering anyone to do businees w them

Leading body shop in the county with years of experience and it shows! From the moment I walked in, I felt warm, welcomed and cared for. Initially, I was stressed about my car, but they immediately made me feel at ease. They handled everything in a timely, professional matter, and my car looks brand new! Did I mention this is a family-owned and operated business!? I recently found out they are also actively involved in helping our community. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! I came in today for an estimate, due to someone swiping my car and leaving it with ugly black scuff area onthe front bumper on my white car! STAFF ZAIRA was so friendly and took the scuff away immediately with some products. The scuff was gone and my bumper is so white and shiny now. I had brought my car before and had a pleasant experience here! The staff is so friendly and attentive! I highly recommend that you come to this body shop! You won't be disappointed! 8m so happy now. Commercial auto body was very warm welcoming and professional when it came to helping me fix my dent in my rear bumper. I was stressed and not knowing what to to. I had the pleasure of meeting Richard who was very helpful and making sure my car was taken care of. He was such a great help and the price was reasonable and everything was right on time the way they said it would be. I would definitely be doing business with them again!!

I took my truck to commercial auto body to get a bunch of body work and painting done after a traffic accident. Richard was very professional and made it extremely easy dealing with my insurance company. My truck was taken care of quickly and the body work and painting that was done was really high quality and looked brand new. All in all great body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took in my vehicle the week of New Years since I was in a collision accident with my brick wall. Obviously the brick wall won. This time. The process was fast and easy, I received multiple text messages through a system they use to allow you when the vehicle would be ready and the status of the vehicle. I was really pleased on how fast and easy I got the work done. I like how this is a family owned business and they re all very aware of the situation on each vehicle. I would recommend this shop to anyone if you re looking for good quality work! And thank you to Steven for keeping in touch with parts, supplements and status! Also I would like to thank Zaira for being very friendly and polite since the beginning to end!

Commercial auto body was great, the receptionist zaira was very helpful and kept me updated with my repairs. Pricing was good cheapest around, very great quality. Recommend this shop if you have any collision needs or small things done such as rims. Apart from the damage on my truck they painted my rims and emblems!

Commercial Auto Body was great! They had great customer service and really helped me get through my insurance and repairs very smoothly. I had my car fixed in a matter of days! I will defiantly be going to them for my future automotive needs

After getting in my first car accident, I had no idea what to do. Several people recommended me to this place, so I dropped by commercial auto body and the young lady in the front was very helpful, she help me start my insurance claim right away. Of course they took their sweet time, but she followed up with them till it got approved. Now you can't even tell my car was fixed, the color match is perfect and best of all they detailed my car I'm completely satisfied thank you once again!Thank you Zaira

Great shop the people that really do care about you. Their main focus the entire time that I talked to them was that they don t worry about how much money they make. They worry about the safety of your vehicle after he leaves their shop. It was the most informative experience I ve ever had at a body shop. I recommend going with these guys.

Didnt give any estimates to my insurance company, never called me once, took almost a month said it was done and it wasnt. Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with any repair shop. Stay away unless you like getting the run around. Ended up taking my car to a different shop and only a quarter of the work was done. Awful

Called commercial auto this morning for a broken driver window and they referred me to 805 auto glass and let me tell you best service fast, reliable and great in the business. Window was in and ready within less then 2 hrs after first phone call

I took in my car to get repaired from a recent accident. Originally the guy said it would be 2-3 days to get repaired. After a week I called to followup with the job, and they said it would be another few days or so, they were just waiting on the parts. Another week had past by and called again. The lady at the front desk said it would be done around 12p that afrernoon. So I walked over there from my house to get the car. Once I got there they said it wouldn't be done for another few hours. So I returned home but did not get a phone call that it was ready for another 2 days. After recieving the car back, after 3 weeks of patiently waiting, the maintenance on it was not 100%. My car would shake anytime I would make a turn. So once again I took it back to get reserviced. The guy said it would take 30 min to fix, so I decided to wait at the shop. It ended up taking over 2 hours to fix. These guys really need to give better time eatimates and stop waiting people's day.

They have had poor communication when it comes to the status of my car. The door they received to replace the damaged one was wrong so now its delaying the time I can get it back. I only found this out because I had to call and ask.

They gave me an estimate of 10 days for body work on my car. I call on Day 10: part delayed, work extended a week. One week later: part came in damaged, work extended a week. One week later: additional dmg was found, work extended a week. Oh, and they never called me to update (not once), even though they kept saying they would.
