Took in my 1999 Honda with a beat up bumper and this was replaced with an oem part! Jorge was the best and his team helped out a lot. Cheap prices, turn around time was quick didn t have to wait long. Don t go to other shops or waste your time looking around they all stink. This is the number 1 shop in Oxnard.

Hit n run got my brand new 2023 Camaro side panel had to be replaced. Jorge hooked it up and made it literally new. OEM parts job was flawless can t even tell. This place was quick and great quality i know where to go now.

I recently had my car repaired at Carfection Pro body shop, and I must say, I am completely impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the team at Carfection demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service. The staff was not only friendly but also took the time to explain the entire repair process to me. They provided a detailed estimate and helped me file the claim with my insurance company. The quality of the repair work exceeded my expectations. My car, which had sustained significant damage in a collision, looks as good as new. I honestly recommend Carfection Pro body shop to anyone in need of collision repair services.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!This is a great place to get your car fixed. So i dont know much about autobody but today I went to get a estimate. After talking to the manager and lead tech I was throwing in the towel on my suv. The lead tech was able to fix my hood so now it opens and closes and now I have my suv working again. Great guys with a lot of honestly and experience highly recommended.

Excellent experience. 1st time going there very friendly and very professional. The staff would call me to give me updates on what my car has had done and what else it needed. Fast service done within a week. I had a rental car and I was told I can leave it there and they would call the rental company to have them pick it up. I didn t have to go out of my way dropping off the rental after a long day at work. Amazing paint job, my car looked brand new. I definitely recommend this place!Service: Body & Trim

We had a bent underbody panel on our car. Jose and Jorge were very helpful. They secured it until we could order the part to completely repair it and we could continue to drive it. Very fast, courteous, and professional. We highly recommend this business.

Recently took my truck in after getting in an accident during a family vacation in the mountains which left the body with some scratches and some minor dents on the right side of my truck.Was recommended the place by a family friend and luckily they qualified with my insurance. They had quality service and quality work. They were very attentive and would always respond in a timely manner. Overall had a great experience with them, so great I ended up taking in my Charger with them afterwards as well.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The whole team at Carfection went above and beyond the call of duty for me when my truck was damaged by a boulder that fell off a truck on the freeway. The passenger side of my truck was completely damaged. I thought this was going to take a long time to get fixed and my truck was not going to look anything like it was before the damages but Jose and Jorge assured me that that was not going to be the case. In only a couple of weeks my truck was ready and looking better than it was before the accident. I would definitely recommend Carfection to anybody that needs their vehicle repaired for an accident or damage they will take care of you and your vehicle in a timely manner. Totally recommend this place! They go above and beyond with customer service, very professional. I had to pay out of pocket and they price matched the repair I needed. Dent was gone, paint looks great. I m glad I found this place, definitely coming back if I need any auto body work done!

I went to Carfection pro to fixfour different sides of my 2013 BMW and they were amazing! Specifically Jose made the entire process so smooth and easy. Thank you so much for the excellent work! I previously had a fender bender and was referred to this place. Because I know little of the claim process it was evident they were experienced as they communicated with the insurance company all along. I spoke to my insurance once and the rest was handled through this repair facility. The best part was they told me that my car would be ready by Friday and they called me the Thursday before and told me my car was completed and that I could pick up the next day in the afternoon after they completed a wonderful detail to the rest of the car. I was so pleased with the service and my car looked so good I felt I had purchased a new car. Thank you so much for the work and your professionalism. Wow. Amazing customer service and spectacular work done on my car at this place!I got rear ended about 3 weeks ago and my car needed to be fixed up. This place came highly recommended by my father in law who has had work on his car here, too.Upon arrival I was genuinely welcomed and guided through the process smoothly. Since I've never been in an accident before I had no idea what to do or how to manage the insurances. They were so helpful and always updated me on what was happening.When I came to pick up my vehicle, which was delivered within the time period they had estimated, I was in for a very pleasant surprise. The car looks amazing!!! Great body work on my car. Honestly o was expecting for it to look as good as I had it before the accident but it actually looks better.They not only fixed the dents and all that needed to be fixed but they buffed up and cleaned it so nicely, too. Way to go above and beyond!!! Highly recommend to anyone who needs some bodywork!!

I'm very satisfied with the work Jorge did on our car. Our car was involved in a collision and i brought it to Carfection Pro because i had heard about the quality of their work and the most important thing for me was for my car to look like new again. Carfection Pro exceeded our expectations they constantly updated me on the progress and had my car ready the day they promised. The new paint on my car blends in perfectly with the rest of the car it looks like factory paint. Took my wife's Nissan Pathfinder after she was involved in an accident. I knew I would have to pay out of pocket. When I saw the quote Jose had for me, I couldn't believe how affordable their prices were. Jorge and Jose would call every other day to let me know the status of my car. They even worked on Thanksgiving day just so my wife wouldn't have to wait on the long weekend to get her car back. Was truly satisfied with their work. I definitely recommend this auto body shop! George was amazing to work with. He was honest, fair and gave me realistic time lines for the completion of my repairs. I have been to other large chain shops were I have had multiple delays and have had to bring my car back for rework! This was definitely not the case at Carfection. I received personalized attention and they went out of the way to complete my complex repairs in timely manner.I purchased a Lexus RC 350 from Texas sight unseen at an auction and took delivery of the car at Carfection for the need front end repairs. The car appeared to have minimal front end damage but after George inspected the car he discovered that several parts were missing and some electrical wiring repairs were needed to the parking assist sensors. George was able to order the parts needed and handle these repairs in his shop with out having to sending out to elsewhere. The front bumper and fender were refinished to match perfectly!I am so happy with the finished car and can't thank George and his crew enough! I strongly recommend anyone who needs minor or major autobody work to visit George. I was able to get a Avery fair price as a cash customer but I know he also accepts all types of insurance work.

On my way back home from a road trip, I got myself behind a rig truck. When at that moment, the rig tossed a bunch of debris and ended up hitting all over my vehicle. I was back in town, contacted my insurance and they recommended some shops. I schedule an appointment with a shop but they were close that Saturday! On my way home, I came across this shop Carfection ! I came into their shop, and was greeted by their friendly receptionist! They attended me quick and helped to get me a quote on my damages. They were so helpful, by answering my questions in regards of the damages of my vehicle! They sent out the quote to my insurance and within 2 days my vehicle was in the shop. They made full repairs of any dents,dings, and any cosmetic paint problems my car had! They worked their magic, and within some weeks, they had my car like brand new! I will recommend them to anyone that needs abody/paint shop repair! I will thank George, Alma and the rest that worked on my vehicle! Y all are awesome!

I can t say enough about the great job Jorge did with my car! Not only did he do a fabulous paint job and repair but when I came over to pick it up he had washed it and cleaned the engine. So nice and shiny. He and his receptionist were so polite and helpful. Also the shop is very clean. They take well deserved pride in the work they do. I highly recommend Carfection if you need auto body work done on your automobile.

I bought new wind shield wipers took it to a local mechanic to install them and they had no time for me. I then drove past Carfection Pro, went inside, the gentleman right away asked one of the car technician George, to have a look, and in no time George showed me how to install wind shield wipers and with such generosity and smile he did not charge me a penny. Outstanding and very professional service. I am also very grateful!

Carfection is a great body shop, they helped me fix my car fast and inexpensively. I brought in my 2012 Hyundai Genesis for a new rear bumper and they had it fixed with new paint in just 4 days. They are very friendly and do a great job, also they price repairs perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone needed work on their car.

Great customer service and excellent work. I ve brought my 2015 Lexus and 1999 Chevy to have some damages repaired and I can t even tell where the repair was. That s how good they are. Thanks Carfection. I ll definitely bring my vehicles here for body work and paint.
