Great service, they kept me updated on the bumper replacement. They made sure it was done on the last day in time for me to return my rental car without an extra day of rental payment. They kept me informed of progress via text. I was able to leave my Enterprise rental at Calliber, they made sure Enterprise knew the drop off time. Maribel was my contact person, she was responsive and helpful.

Carlos and Angel provided exceptional service. They truly exceeded my expectations. I was constantly updated on the status of my vehicle. Professional results and customer service excellence-- very hard to find these days when businesses are short-staffed. I would take my car back to Caliber for any auto body needs.

My experience was simply amazing. From my intake (Carlos Leal - Advisor) was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and efficient. He communicated very well throughout the process. Thanks Carlos and I am sure he treats all patrons the same. Great serviceOf course, the advisor or collision center is only as good as the front desk abd reception staff. Karla Rios (front desk/receptionist) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, set proper expectations, understood the entire process including the insurance portion and communicated clearly and efficiently (in-person and via phone). She is the best I have experienced in any service industry. Keep it up Karla.Caliber Collision Oxnard team, please keep the amazing work and customer service.

I received daily updates and my car was ready three days before the target date. The interior and exterior of my car looked like it did on the day I bought it. Caliber arranged for the rental car to be delivered and picked up at their location, the staff was professional, and very welcoming, I have used this repair shop three times, and the high standards are consistent. I would not take my car anywhere else.

So with my busy schedule they were able to fit me in next day. My rear bumper had scratches from a wagon being dragged begging it and this location And KARLA wasa blessing to have!!! Karla was able to do a walk around my car answer my questions. Took it back to the paint guy and my new car was absolutely amazing again!!! Looked like nothing ever happened! I would recommend this location and ask for Karla!!

This was the Second time going to Calibur to get my car fixed. Angel and the girls in the front office were always very helpful and informative when it came to questions about my car. I am completely satisfied with how it looks. I would recommend this body shop to anyone looking for great customer service and body work on the vehicle.

I ve been working with Caliber for a while and just recently took my own vehicle. Their team did an amazing job and my car looks great. The manager Rigo personally took the time to explain the process and made it a breeze. I m thankful to Karla who always is welcoming and goes above and beyond as well. I would recommend this body shop too anyway. The work was done promptly return twin promise the car is in perfect shape. Carlos, Rob, Carla, Talicia, they are amazing and i am sure even the behind the scenes teams who actually fixed my car are even more amazing. But this is the first place that not only take care of your car and fix it but they are so empathetic towards people and their situation and understand that being in an accident is a hard thing no matter what. They all would keep me posted weekend even more than my own insurance. They remembered me and my personal situation and were so uplifting and helpful. They truly go above and beyond to make sure that not only they do an amazing job at fixing your car but that they exceed your expectations and even try to go out of their way to be empathic to your needs and experience beyond just fixing the car. They knew my situation and knew my rental would be done by 30 days if when I dropped off the car. Carlos did all he could to make sure that my care was done before the 30 days since he knew I was not working at the time and could not afford to pay out of pocket he was amazing. The day I went to to pay my deductible and pick up my car i only had cash since I had saved it away since I wasn t working and Carla told me I am so sorry honey we don t take cash. Rob out of no where like a bullet came out of his office and said. I never do this but i know you have been having a horrible time in your personal life and with work. My car was badly damaged and I chose this company since it was one of the top choices by my insurance company. My car was repaired much sooner than I expected and it looks good as new! I appreciated the fact that Carlos maintained open communication throughout the whole process regarding the status of my car. Dealing with an accident I chose with Caliber Collision because my Toyota dealership recommended them. The front office is absolutely AMAZING. I mostly spoke with Telisha and Maribel and they were so helpful, kind, informative, and understandable. Exactly what you would want in an employee and person period. (Boss man they definitely deserve a raise/bonus) They communicated with me almost every day keeping me updated, which most you won t find to do for you. When I explained to them my hardships in the end with my rental, they found a way to work with me and help me which overall helped so much. The mechanics did a great job on my car and the damaged area looks brand new. It s been a week with my car and absolutely so problems.For anyone new checking them out I do recommend them, but you need to have patience because there are many things going on in this world, just communicate with them on your needs and they will work with you.Thank you so much Caliber Collision. Quality of the repair was satisfactory. However, I wasn't informed of the additional repairs required in advance. In addition, the check out process was chaotic and disorganized. When we picked up our car the battery was dead and we couldn't start our car detaining us for over a half hour. (The manager non-chalantly dismissed the inconvenience without an apology or regret). Also, there was a spare bumper part in the rear of our vehicle raising concerns over was a component left out of our vehicle? The above concerns didn't give us much confidence that the repair was done correctly or professionally. I will inform our insurance company of this dissatisfaction.Service: Body & Trim

Would give more stars if I could!I recently had to rent a car while mine was being repaired. ALEXIS made my experience seamless. I was admittedly frustrated and concerned the rental would be a small fortune and inconvenient.Thank you, Alexis for going the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed for a reasonable price with zero inconveniences.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. They answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. My car looks beautiful! My 2018 BMW 320i was rear ended and the rear bumper cover needed to be replaced. Caliber Collision has a 4.8 star rating for a reason, they are that good. I could not be happier. Caliber installed the new part and the work is perfect, the color match is exact. The staff is super friendly, no problems with my insurance company. The complete experience was easy and a pleasure.A special thank you to whoever works in the spray booth, Nice job!They had the car washed before I picked it up and they did an outstanding job with that too, And, I'm really picky about the car wash, it has to be hand washed and dried properly.I would not go anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did an awesome job repairing the undercarriage of my vehicle after they damage from winds ripped the undercarriage and caused some other damage. My car was ready within a week and they did an alignment. Everything looks good and drives great. The staff was very helpful and friendly.Service: TiresService: Tires

Overall I love this place ! Got my car back like it was brand new !!! Also they kept me updated to the repairs which was very helpful as well. Robert did a great job!!! Definitely would recommend going to caliber collusion if you need your car repaired

Car was in a hit and run and caliber was one of the certified Honda body shops that was in network. They were informative, answered all questions I had no matter how silly or repetitive. Great work. Very happy with the seamless experience. In the past I ve had bad experience where the shop took longer than expected and wouldn t even inform me or wouldn t answer messages for days.
