I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. My BMW 5-series was experiencing starting issues, but Alex quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the alternator and battery. Since then, my car has been running flawlessly.Alex's work is top-notch, and his prices are very reasonable. What truly sets him apart is his exceptional customer service. He kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the repair process in detail and educating me on why my car was having issues. My radiator was leaking and I hired Alex to fix it. The radiator needed to be replaced. Alex did an excellent job. He explained to me the entire process of the replacement. My car is now in great shape. Alex is a smart guy, polite, dedicated, and responsible. He delivers excellent customer service. I will definitely hired him again.

I just want to start off by saying thank you to Alex. He's done multiple jobs on my bmws, family members cars, etc. He did a excellent job repairing my moms bumper in a reasonable amount of time. She was very happy. Also for great service in helping with my familys situation. He repaired my water pump, he's changed my breaks, Hes fixed my windows when they wouldnt go up. I truly recommend him. He gets jobs done in a reasonable amount of time.

Really poor service. First of all He doesn t have a body shop, he do everything on street. He asked me to leave my car there to run the scanner because he doesn t like to work with pressure and charged me $70.00 for that. (No make sense). He decide to running the scanner and after that he told me that I need to leave my car there for diagnostic. He took more than 24 hours for diagnostic. I called him and I decided to take my car to a Bmw dealership and asked him for my keys. He said he isn t there and I needed wait for him two and a half hour. After the time was gone, I went there and Alex was not there. I called him 5 times, texted him and no answer. After that he arrived there. Alex explained what is the problem and charged me $80.00 more for diagnostic. After I paid he said I needed to pay $10.00 more for fees. It s a really poor service. I told him that and he turned around and said I need to take my key tomorrow. What?!?! He has no sense and no professional service. I paid another $10.00 and took my keys back after apologizing him. Really bad experience and wasted money for nothing. I m in the bmw dealership and they said it s not the problem the Alex said (throttle body). I recommend to stay far away the guys like Alex. You ll waste your time and money.

I can confidently confirm that Alex is the most thorough mechanic in town. I have taken my vehicle here three times and each of those time Alex has been very articulate, reassuring, and knowledgeable with all things BMW. He has very reasonable and fair prices. I have known Alex for eight years and in that time he has fixed my BMW 328i at least a dozen times. In fact he found it for me and gave it the thumbs up after a mechanical inspection. I can t even calculate the thousands I have saved because of Alex s honesty, intuition and skill. Besides using up-to-date scanners, he uses his ears and instinct to diagnose problems and he is always right. Always. His work ethic is astounding, he is quick, friendly, the whole package. Also he has a big heart which we all know you will not find in a conventional mechanic shop, especially BMW. I wouldn t even dream of taking my BMW to anyone else. Fantastic, honest, reliable, mechanic!! Alex got my car up and running in no time. I own a 94 325i bmw and it turned off on me while driving. I though it was the fuel pump, cranck, or camshaft and I replaced the pump and cranck but no start so i decided to take it to Alex and I have no regrets!!! He diagnosed it for free and told me it was my ECU that went out and ask if still wanted to proceed and I said yes!! Gave me a great deal!! Affordable prices and will definitely get the job done!! A++++++EXCELLENT mechanic!! He fixed all the issues that was wrong with my 2009 BMW 328i. It runs like a brand new car! What a relief! I took my vehicle to 2 other mechanics that created more problems for my car. Apparently the bmw s have a very intricate system that not too many mechanics can work with. Alex knew exactly what to do and he was a fraction of what shops charge. Not to mention how quickly he fixed the problem. He is my new go-to guy. He really has put my mind at ease! The big difference of Alex to other mechanics is he enjoys working with cars, he won t stop till he fix the problem. On more than one occasion Alex has gone above and beyond servicing my aging Mini. He has also worked on my Toyota RAV4.
