They are very nice n professional and processed everything really fast... Witch was great cuz I had a toddler in the car ... We were out the door in less then 30 mins ... Really great to work with will recommend seeing them ... And I love my new car ...

Five stars is definitely well deserved. I switched to Oroville Ford after another dealer wanted to charge $5,000 over MSRP on a new vehicle in high demand and was unaware of the new vehicle options. Switching to Oroville Ford was a great choice.I reserved a vehicle and had little question about the vehicle during the long process or reserving and ultimately purchasing the vehicle. Victor with Oroville Ford was fantastic.Victor was great an answer questions and seeking out info if needed. There was little pressure to sell me the vehicle or additional services. Victor did a fantastic job and will definitely use again in the future. I had no issue with anyone that I spoke or interacted with. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.Very happy with my vehicle purchase and the stress less, easy process from Victor and everyone at Oroville Ford. Highly recommend Victor and Oroville Ford.

My car was having shifting issues, so I contacted the Ford service department. A young man named Braydon helped me and was able to get my car in the same day. Turns out my issue was covered under extended warranty, and they had the part to fix it in stock. I was able to get my car back the same day and now it runs good as new!

Salesman Roy had the answers to GVWR, towing payloads and many others. Buying a new truck is an expensive proposition and I felt the prices were on mark and competitive. Ask for Roy the US Marine, great service and honest.

It has been said that buying a car can be a daunting experience. Not so at Oroville Ford! I ordered my new Ford Truck and took possession of it three months later. In that time frame I was able to interact with some of the staff, notably Internet Sales Manager Victor Astorga, Fleet Manager Tommy Martin, Sales Manager Bill Daniels, and General Manager Bob Byrd. To a person they were cordial, helpful, and went out of their way to keep me informed. I never felt rushed, or pressured in any way, and felt more like a member of their family. Don't waste your time anywhere else! Everything was well explained and they treat you like a person, not just another commission. Trading my car for a brand new truck was straightforward and as quick as could be! Great service and excellent hospitality goes a long way for me. Even with a Ford dealer right around the corner, I'll go out of my way to come back here for all services and parts.

Have had to take our Bronco Sport in there several times for many different issues, recalls, brakes issues, check engine light(several different codes), usb's not working and any dionostics isn't covered under the extended warranty, evidently. Only have 60k miles on this vehicle and just had to replace the CAT.

There are not enough stars to rate Oroville Ford, the customer service was welcoming, friendly and made the process of buying a new car at ease. I had my 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid serviced at Oroville Ford last week. Braydon, my service advisor, kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. The issue it was having was taken care of and explained by the service technician in detail. I appreciate the professionalism of Oroville Ford's Service Department.

Wow is all I will say! But actually I ll say more because this was a great experience. I rarely do reviews but it takes a lot for me to do one!These guys are truly professionals in their business. I used to be in the auto industry for 8 years so it s hard for me to shop for a car because quite frankly there are so many less than pleasant dealerships out there. I live in the Sacramento region and could not get a salesperson to call me back, or anyone to be straight up with me. Oroville Ford also has the truck I was looking for, but they were the first to get back to me and were the nicest and professional people I had come across. It s a rare breed these days to find people who are proud of what they do and have great salesmanship. So I got an Uber to go and pick up my Ford F-150 from1.5 hours away from this dealership because they earned my trust that quickly. No messing around, no games, no shenanigans. Sean and Vince were a pleasure to work with and also the finance manager. When someone truly cares, it comes through in their work! Bravo guys!

I had a tree fall on both of my cars on a Saturday morning, and I needed to be able to get to work on Monday. Despite looking like a bad bet on paper, they treated me like a real person and made it happen for me. I had never bought a car from a dealer before, but this was the exact opposite of every bad story I have heard about car dealers. I feel like If I go on any further it will sound like a fake review because it's so over the top.

We bought a vehicle from Oroville Ford yesterday. From beginning to end, Victor, the Internet Sales Manager made it easy. Nearly all of it was done on the phone or computer since we live out of the area. Friendly people and we were delivered what we expected with transparency. We would certainly buy from them again!!!

Took our SUV in for a check engine light, had an idea of the issue though not specifically what needed repaired because our normal mechanic doesn't dig into Turbo systems like is on our Escape. Brought it into the dealership expecting the worst (finding multiple things wrong or them trying to sell us on a new car/multiple repairs) but was pleasantly surprised.Greg was fantastic to work with, and even with the service department backed up our repair once found was done quickly and was ready to pick up the day that he said it would be (less than 48 hours after he gave us the quote and we had him start the repairs). Price was actually quite good, especially considering dealership repairs are usually more expensive than a third party mechanic.All in all I was extremely happy with my experience and will have no issue with taking my vehicle back here for maintenance or repairs in the future if the experience stays like it is or gets better.

Ordering my new Maverick Hybrid truck and waiting 97 days for its arrival was a new experience buying a new vehicle. That said, my salesman Tommy far exceeded my expectations of the process. He kept me up to date and really reduced my anxiety while waiting for it. Once it arrived, we completed the paperwork, and the finance department took over and made it happen pretty quick.I have already told many of my friends that Oroville Ford treated me very well. I have even taken some for a ride in my hybrid Maverick and they were impressed with it too.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT EXPERIENCE, 1st time customer (2019 Ford F-150 30K service). I went to Oroville Ford due to a scheduling mishap at Chico Wittmeier. I called and one of the mechanics on the floor scheduled me for the following day, all is great.I went in and expected to pay an official Ford dealer premium, but hey, support local right?Greg wrote up my bill and was charged $640 for an Oil change, tire rotation, a couple of fluid additives to extend fluid life, multi-point inspection, and top off fluids.I looked more closely at the bill when I got home, and I was double charged for 2 items. There was also 2 "ghost" Part numbers totaling $100 with NO DESCRIPTION at all on bill (A,6592 AND A,6554).I was even charged an additional $4 for wiper washer fluid.I called Greg and he said the mechanic made that mistake and he would have the technician manager give me a call with an explanation. He tried to justify the charges initially and knew exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned the "ghost" charges. Never heard back from him or manager.I only got a refund for the double charge (about $45), but never got a refund for the "ghost" charges.The billing lady was very nice and sent my check right away.Moral of the story, watch out for Greg's charges. I went in ready to become a lifelong customer and purchase another brand new F-150 here, but not after this service experience.

We recently purchased our 2019 Ford F-150 at Oroville Ford. Sean B. was amazing to work with! He was extremely honest, genuinely kind & made the process so easy. Oroville Ford staff are not your typical sales people . No one was pushy & we felt that they cared about us, not just trying to make a sale. We will be coming back for our next purchase! Go here, you won t regret it!!!
