I had to wait awhile they were very busy but open on a Saturday! They were all working hard getting everyone attended to. Once it was my turn I was out of there within 15 minutes . He even wrote down information I needed for the unlocking tool that wasn t given when I purchased the vehicle. He patched my tire the other shop told me they wouldn t since the front one wasn t one I had bought from them and had minimal balding on the outer edge . All in all it saved me hundreds of dollars. He let me know when to anticipate needing a new tire as well. I really appreciated his honesty instead of denying me service to get me to buy new ones . He quickly fixed it and didn t try to swindle me out of money!! Super appreciate the information provided and how he compensated the service due to the wait time! Very polite as well . First come first serve I anticipated a longer wait he even took the time to walk me to the office where it was cooler . While I waited I watched him go above and beyond to price match and offer better deals to other clients . I had called ahead and while he didn t have a direct answer if they had the correct tools to unlock my tire he wasn t hesitant in any way in offering to at least check it out for me . He also let me know what time they stopped serving customers so I could get in before the cut off time. I also watched anytime the phone rang someone was sure to grab it, even with all hands on deck. The wait time I d say was fair considering the amount of people . Their service time was excellent . I d also say it appeared as though they had good relation with some of their clients . A lady in the lobby explained her experience with them replacing her tires and she said she s been going ever since . I ll definitely be returning simply due to the level of honesty and their consideration for the time I spent there !

Couldn't believe the prices they quoted us on used tires and the fact that only 2 of the tires would match ..The price was very close to what we paid for 4 new tires at A-1 tire shop..I don't recommend using this place unless you like paying way too much for what you are getting..

Alittle pricy for a used Honda tire but he guys that replaced my tire were fast and friendly and polite

We stopped in to get the 2 tires we brought to replace the two on the two rims we brought in. They seemed really distracted and didnt seem to acknowledge people right away. Cost us 40 bucks which we thought was a little high. Next time we will wait and go to the other place where we do get good service.

Customer service was awful. Say it's first come first serve so I couldn't leave and come back after my 45 minute wait time, but let 2 old people cut right in front of us. Fair is fair and they were rude. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Had the tires I needed, balanced and mounted in and out in under 30mins. Friendly professional. And do follow up like flat repairs, rotation 90days.

I recommend calling ahead to make sure they have your tire size available on location. They can order tires too. I paid $20 to have my rim taken off a bad tire and put onto a new tire i brought in. This did not include mounting the tire. If you want them to dispose of your tire its $5.00 more per tire i believe, but you can choose to dispose of your own tire. The tech also checked all my air as well. I was in and out quickly and the tech was Very friendly.

This place is hands down Awsome the staff is great friendly and The prices u cant beat 08 yukon 70 a tire compared to 300 a Tire so greatly appreciated the service and would recommend and yes they are a USED TIRE SHOP KEEP THAT IN MIND BUT THEY DID THERE BEST TO GIVE ME THE BEST QUALITY TIRE HINTS THE NAME

One of the best used tire places to go to. Micah has the best customer service experience ever. They both only replaced 3 tires on my family's trucks, but also recommended a rim that was more than reasonably priced and hooked me up within 2 days over the weekend to keep me rolling. Highly recommended!!

They have for years been the best price tire shop in Chico. I always have been treated kindly there. There is a short wait from the time one arrives until they have finished up the tire installation

These guys at this Quality Tires store are really awesome they helped us right away fix it r Tire and God is on our way at a very reasonable low cost I suggest this place for anybody that needs any kind of mechanic work done they're very nice and polite there too..

Tire had a screw in it. Google search sent me here and I am not disappointed. Staff is very fast, friendly and professional. Service was quick and I was back on track with my day in no time. They also checked all my other tires to make sure they were good. Hopefully I won't have this issue anytime soon, but if I do at least I know where to go. :)

They are amazing. I have been buying used tires gor what seems like ever. Now with kids I decided that I needed a new set for the wife's vehicle. Decided to stick with who does it best. Great tires, great price and great business. Will continue to stick with them, and if you haven't then your missing out.

Shelby is Awesome.. Quoted me great prices on a couple of Used tires . ( Had an unexpected blow out).. needed a quick Temporary fix.. being a Quality place...they were busy.. I arrived. Took 6min to get my Mercedes ML320 in the shop... our Guy that changes the tires over was Very proficient. Friendly.. and took care of us Fast. In & out in under 30 minutes.. Shelby & crew thanks so much.

Highly recommend this place over any other shop I ve been to. $50 each for practically new tires and the service is incredible. The employees are so nice and helpful! Getting things done on your car can be stressful, but these guys make it easy and are super friendly.

Went in to get my tires checked, we thought one needed a patch. Micah got us set up, checked all our tires and even switched the positions of two of them for optimal driving experience free of charge. Wonderful customer service. Thank you Micah! We appreciate it. We will come to you when we need new tires.

They are hard working and very helpful. I had a nail in my tire the other day and it created an air bump on the side. The guy who looks like guy from the office (tv show), helped me switch to my spare and didn t charge me since the tire was done. Definitely going back once I get a new tire for my tire rotations. Their prices are unbeatable in Oroville, CA.

Best people in town. My father introduced me to this business yrs ago and loved the staff and products ever since. And now I'm buying my new tires there too. Better prices then anywhere else in town. Thanks and I'll see you soon for more tires. I'm telling all my friends.

Came back with the other car to get a full set of new tires at a fair price. They were not in stock; but they were ready to be put on, the next day! Friendly, fast service..was in and out within 15 mins!! Unfortunately one of my brand new tires blew, less than a month later. When I went to get a replacement (after they determined it was a manufacturing issue, not my issue) they had to order the replacement and I never heard from them. I would call to get a status update, they would take my message for the manager yet I'd never get a call. When I went in with my receipt they would pass the buck. They still have not replaced it. What a total disappointment.

I bought a pair of upscale tires here for my roadster. The initial sale, and other interactions with them were great. Then today (2/2/2019) I went to get my tires rotated and balanced. The first thing they did was put their chain across the door, then proceeded to tell me my tires did not need rotated and balanced, even though this is the mileage Micah said to come in at. DON'T GO HERE ON WEEKENDS!!

Had a blow out. Lug nut was seized, the last people to take the tire off was quality used in Chico, tried to go to the oroville one since I was being towed and it was closer. Said that they were open at 8, got there at 8:40 They were not. Had to go somewhere else. Never coming back
