They didn't have the tire that we needed in the emergency we had... But they were polite and offered to order it. They're not any different from any other Les Schwab. I only give them three because I was soaking wet looking for a tire that they didn't have.

Best place ever! We were on the side of the highway w a shredded tire ont he car we just bought. We had a spare, but apparently did not have the rod to winch it down so we had to be towed. Despite it not being a tire from Les Schwabb and despite them being out of stock of my tires, they let us get towed there, they used their bar to lower and put on out spare for us - no charge. That's class. I'm amazed.

Worst les schwab service I've ever had, was lied to about my parts arriving in couple minutes, now it's been 50 minutes and I have to work in 2 hours and 20 minutes. I don't appreciate being lied too.

Bought 4 New tires, with alignment on 9/27/23. Receipt showed no cost for alignment, but costs for everything else on the receipt. They charged us anyways, whatever. They told us they couldn't align the vehicle and to get something fixed within 30 days and the realignment would be free. Never offered to sell us the parts or that they can fix the issue, sent us on our way with an unaligned car after we gave them the money. Got parts and fixed the issue, set up new appointment 10/18/23. They charged us again and wouldn't honor the alignment warranty. Why pay Les Schwabb prices if they don't honor their work or warranties. Deceptive and misleading, go elsewhere.

Jacob is always so kind and professional. We get new tires, new car batteries, new windshield wiper blades and we stop by every other month to get air in the tires.

5 different vehicles I've brought in and every single time it's a ordeal. Let's just start this by saying they will find any excuse not to work on you're car or truck they are absolutely no help at all, whoever is in charge should be fired my truck legally shouldn't of even been allowed to leave but they couldn't even do their job to begin with

We were helped quickly as were the other customers who entered the premises. Tires for the car were available and purchased. We will return after an hour to swap vehicles and have the trucks tires rotated and brakes checked.

1st when I got all 4 tires changed they scratch my rims and then wouldn't take accountability tried to gaslight me saying it wasn't them. (I live on dirt road in brownsville if it was from me it wouldn't have been fresh). 2nd (chico location) 1 year later, slow leak in my back left tire refuse to patch and are telling me I need to get all 4 new tires because of tread wearing. Then they gaslite me again saying I haven't gotten tires since 2019. Wrong they were looking at different vehicle under the same account even after explaining it was my honda. Will never give my time and money to this commercial business

I should ve known better! Been sitting in the lobby for 2 hours and my car hasn t even been touched! Was told an hour. I don t know if people had appointments, but so far around 6 people have come and gone that showed up after me. Different year, same poor service. Big O for now on.

I came in today with a small hole in my tire. As a 21 year old away from home who knows nothing about tires, i had no idea what to even do. I was crying and stressed out, and the staff was so helpful and very kind and got me taken care of. I would especially like to acknowledge Gina, she communicated the solutions very well, and was even making sure I was okay since I quite obviously was going through it. She even offered me a hug and was just such a wonderful person. I definitely recommend.

Stay away from the Oroville store lady at the front desk always has an attitude seems like. Went to go get tires rotated on my car today and said? They couldn't do it and they Over torque my lugnets the last time so I could not get them off To Do it myself.

Called in. Very polite. So grateful to have tires under warranty. Was let known was a long wait but was on the list so to wait about 45 minutes before arriving. Thanks for the heads up

I've always had quality service here. I've always bought my tires here. Even though my new/used Jeep didn't come with tires I bought here they still rotated them for free. They are always full of integrity and never try to sell me something I don't need. Always fast and friendly service. Hot coffee was on today.... Can't wait until hot popcorn is back. :)

Called then at 5pm to ask if they could fix my tire (pull out a screw and plug). They saw me right away- took 20 minutes and then they didn t charge me! That s right, no charge. Amazing service. Thank you!

Joe did an amazing job with my Boat trailer. He presents himself well, in a curious and professional manner, and is an incredibly hard worker - which is impossible to find. He checked the bearings on my boat and swapped my tires around. I will inform my friends about this Les Schwab location and have them ask for Joe specifically.

When in for some front end work. Had warranty on King Ranch from dealer. The warranty people were very difficult. Big AL handled everything in a timely manner with over the top customer service & workmanship. Had my truck done 2 days later. Drives like a new truck. Big thanks to AL!!!

They were great and got to my car promptly and took care of what I needed done so fast and never had any problems w them. A lil pricey but worth it cuz they have warranty's w there's products and when they work on ur car as well and I like that. Ty Les Schwab ur the best.

Decided to give this place a second chance after they damaged my rim the first time I came here. This time I brought my car there right when they opened for a simple tire change, they took my keys and gave no indication there was a multi hour wait. I Left for an hour and a half and came back to find they hadn t even touched the car yet, upon my complaint I was promised it would be next in line .I just decided to leave. What a waste of time.

They tried to over charge for a trailer tire I brought in. I brought in a tire and a wheel with a tire on it. I asked for the tire to be mounted on the rim. 43.00. No wY I said. They finally reduced price to 18.00. Beware of price gouging.

I got here at 8:00 AM and didn't leave till 10:30 AM just for two front tires that i needed swapped out and I already had spare tires in my trunk, it would have been nice for them to let me know it was going to take that long, instead I was stuck there for two and a half hours I got to work really late just know if you come here don't expect to leave very fast. But they do go to work.

Les Schwab Tire store was totally great. After being stuck in town all night adding air to tire because of it going low. I arrive add the store while they trying to open, them being low on workers and everything going wrong for there day. They worked me in with no appointment found the leak (mini hard to find one at that) repaired my tire with me staying outside never going the as I am allergic to latex. When finished told me to have a nice day and don't worry about paying!!! I ask why and was told not to worry about. Are these people totally awesome or what!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I understand completely that my brakes were in very poor condition. That being said, when I brought my truck into Les Schwab I was able to bring my truck to a complete stop numerous times from my home to their store. (about 5 miles in town) Having declined the quite expensive offer to work on my brakes, I got in my truck to head home. Less than half a mile it became very clear that now there was absolutely no resistance whatsoever when I stood on the brake pedal. I cruised right through a red light, thankfully unscathed. I called the shop and they insisted that the brakes were in poor conditions but could give no explanation as to why they did not warn me to not drive the vehicle in the state it was in. They gave no warning at all. It's very lucky for them no one got hurt on my ride home, or I'd own a Les Schwab store now. I wouldn't let them air up a tire for me.Kylee your response glosses over the FACT that I had brakes sufficient to stop several times on my way to your store but after you "professionals" "inspected" my truck the brakes were fully disabled. No one, I repeat, NO ONE informed me that the truck was in worse condition when you gave me the keys than it was 2 hours prior when I gave the keys to you and left it in your care. The amount of "its not our fault" arguing I've gotten from three of you is mind blowing. You did NOT tell me the truck I drove in there was not in the condition it was when I left it. Point blank. Full stop.

I they are very Profesional and helpful. And they are busy from the time they open until they close. The staff works very hard at customer service which I appreciate. They wouldn't get a 5 star but like I said they are busy and backed up all the time. Always an hour or 3 wait. But they get the job done and in the quickest time possible.

The wait time here is ridiculous..I have been there 3 times for low tire, or my tire light on. I have waited in the lobby over 2 hrs each time I have been there. It is truly one of the slowest Les Schwabs I have ever been to.
