We had an appointment the other day after lunch, arrived a few minutes early and the check in guy asks us if we're dropping it off? No we'll wait, it's just an alignment. He informs us they're backed up an it will be 3 HRS , a complete waste of an afternoon and a trip into town

Excellent service Had a radiator put in new Thermostat ,system bled out plus oil and lube for a reasonable price. Very happy customer.

Not only were they making fun of me, they asked me 5 times which tire I need changed. All 5 times I told them front left, there's a hole in the side wall. What do they do change out a perfectly good tire and leave the front left tire unchanged. I drove from Oroville, to Bullards Bar l, then to Grass Valley and to Sacramento. On a tire that was supposed to have been changed! How hard it is to tell your left fr you right, let alone actually look at what you are doing?!!!!! If I could give a negative star I would since they put me in a very unsafe situation.7/10 Update - They did correct the situation, I got a new tire for free. So 2 tires for the price of one. Thank you. I am just annoyed that I didn't check their work and this shouldn't have happened.

They helped me out with everything I needed and kept me posted on my truck why it was being worked on and gave me a time when it be done and was right on time id recommend big o tires to anyone

If you go into this store with no knowledge they will absolutely try and take advantage of you. You could buy tires from them and in 3 months they will tell you you need tires. Very dishonest people and/or corporate policy.

The place is incompetent. I left with problems I didn't have before going there. Be very careful as these youngsters are not only incompetent but they'll ke ep adding problems for you to pay for the fix.

My experience at Big O tires was very good. The store was clean, and they were very helpful and nice to work with. They kept me updated on the status of my car, and was very accommodating. I would like to give a shout out to Daniel, as he was very nice to me!

Super awesome crew of folks who work here. I brought in a small, difficult tire that needed the tube put in and they did it for me free of charge. Will definitely do my business with them in the future. Thanks again, guys.

About a month ago, I brought in my company vehicle, 2020 Ford Transit, for some routine maintenance to have the tires rotated, check alignment, and to service the brakes. The guys were friendly and got right on it. Immediately upon driving the vehicle home after the were done, I could tell something wasn t the same. It was making weird noises coming from the suspension, and it felt like it was worse than when I brought it in. 2 days later I went back to have them take a look at it, and took one of them for a ride to hear the noises it was making. They put it on the lift and said everything looks fine, that it s probably the new brakes wearing in. Okay, well that s a first for me in all the vehicles I have owned, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to see how it goes. Well, I m here to tell you, it has not gotten better. It s gotten progressively worse. And the reason I m giving a review is because they charged my company $1,800 for what they did. Part of that total, they charged $100 to rotate the tires. I thought that would be considered part of servicing the brakes. To remove and replace your tires. But, apparently they charge $100 to roll the front tires to the rear and the rear tires to the front. I would understand if I only needed to tires rotated to charge me. But anyways, I ll be there Saturday morning to see if they can correct whatever they did. Hopefully I can upgrade this review afterwards.

I had a wheel alignment there. The service is great, and they have keurig coffee maker. Bring some extra dough though.

I scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation. When we arrived at location we were informed that it there is 1 1/2 hour wait. If someone taking their time to let them know they are coming in, they should be treated with respect and seen at the closest slot to that appointment. 1 1/2 hour is a ridiculous wait time. To top it off we were told they will call us when we can come back in and get it taken care of. Like seriously why allow appointments?! For your bad customer service and not holding to appointments you get 1 star.

Thank you thank you thank you Michael for the excellent customer service today. I really appreciate how patient you were while trying to explain what was happening with my car, in a way that I finally understood. We will definitely come back for our next set of tires.

Very friendly and honest employees all around. They do more than just tires, brakes and alignment; they do just about anything you can possibly think of automotive. They recently proved to me that they are very honest. I got an estimated from them, they even showed me the issues needing attention, I then got an estimate from a competitor and the price was 1k higher and included items that had recently been replaced. I went back to Big O and was reassured that I only needed what they estimated. I trust them with all seven of our vehicles (including the classics) and recommend you give them a try, I highly doubt you'll be disappointed.

Do not use them ever!! Horrible service! Just try to rip you off but telling you need things that you don't and didn't mention my warranty actually covering issues and unprofessional not friendly! Rude rip off service!!!

So happy with my alignment. They got it perfectly straight. I can definitely tell the difference between bigo and other car shops. Everything was done in a hour. The staff was really nice and I will definitely return. Great service.

Very good staff. Very people oriented. Got right on my car. Went over and beyond helpful. And when I had a tire blow they fixed it all for free and did my alignment for free as well no charge that day and that made me so happy never had an experience like that before. Much appreciated. Great staff and the owner was very nice and great service w a smile. Thanks Big O all u guys that work they're r the best. Ty for all ur great service and help. Keep up the good work.

The customer service here was great. I went in for new tires and an alignment, and they got it done at a reasonable time. The waiting area is nice and clean (nicer than most waiting area). The front of the store is well lit and screams professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Went in to get a tire patched around 2pm, 3 employees sitting in the "Office" playing on their phones and was told they couldn't do any work that day. It would require an appointment because they "close within the hour".I've patronized Big O tires for over 20 years, never seen anything like it. I wouldn't trust this location's staff.

Updating review: Still receiving Great service here. I Brought one of my cars in with a flat tire. Had it repaired in no time. Other work recently done including finding some hard to find tires, brakes done on another car. Replaced a water pump and hoses. All top notch work.Old review...Outstanding service! The Manager here had been the best! They are busy guys but have been worth the wait. I have brought several vintage cars in, they have tracked down the parts and fixed my cars better than any other place in town.

Charged me $650 for a new battery and spark plugs. Two days later my check engine light comes on and they refuse to look at it. Took it to another mechanic and he said they made a mistake and screwed up my EVAP system. They won't even answer my messages now. Definitely not professionals.

I was having a flat tire and the person in the office said that they could not get to me for a 1.5 hrs when I went back to my car I saw 2 employees standing at the shop door looking as they had nothing to do last time I go there

I needed a lot of work done to an older car I purchased. Jose took the time to explain everything to me and even went the extra mile and replaced my windshield wipers at no additional cost. They sent me pictures of everything and even texted me later to make sure everything was okay with the car. I highly recommend them and will be taking my car back for whatever it may need in the future.

Have to say before I've had issues here But Now under new management I'd have to say there is a Big improvement definitely would recommend this shop to anyone with a stock vehicle stop by talk to Jim or Jesus

The crew was so kind and understanding, knowledgeable as well as super polite. I'm a senior and semi disabled and they not only fixed the issue by making me safe on the road but let me know what to do in the future. Thank Big O you guys rock!

The problem I had with Big O tire in Oroville should not have happened.I purchased a set of four new tires online (Amazon).The tires were shipped to the sellers recommend local tire installer (Pep Boys).I always have the alignment checked with any new tire installation but Pep Boys does not do wheel alignment.I found a local Big O Tire shop in Oroville that had a same day appointment available for the 2003 BMW Z4 wheel alignment.I received a call the work was completed and I could pickup the vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told that there was an issue the alignment could not be completed on the rear of the car because the shop did not have the proper BMW tool to make the adjustment Really?Why did you accept the job if you did not have the tool to complete it?How will you make this right? I spent three hours time in delivering the car to the shop on time, obtaining a ride back to my home, waiting for a call that the work was completed and obtaining a ride back to the shop. All this to find out the job could not be completed?I would have expected the shop would not have charged me anything ? I was wrong. They offered a discount off the quoted price by 30%. The balance of $100 was due. $100 dollars was being thrown away as I would need to take the car to another shop for an alignment. What are my chances of the other shop giving me a $100 discount on the alignment because Big O didn t have the proper tool for the job? Slim to none is my guess.Todays global economy has forced many changes on to local brick and mortar businesses. A full service tire shop once had the full package, the tire sale, the possible up-sale of new wheels, the service work of mounting and balancing the tires and the service work of aligning the mounted tires and wheels. The markup of the entire package has been reduced to the markup of just the service work of an alignment.I can not blame Big O for not stocking what is probably a hugely over priced BMW specialty tool for a 20 year old car. I doubt that they have many customers bring in this car.My issue is with the sales counter not knowing the limitations of the shop and accepting the job and of course for charging me for a halfway aligned car.
