Kudos to Brian today at AutoZone auto parts in Oroville California. Brian was very efficient and knowledgeable and Greeted me with a smile when I walked in. He went right to get the equipment necessary when I said I needed my battery tested. The test resulted in determining a worn out battery so we went back inside and I bought a new one. Brian installed it quickly and I appreciate that. I'm sure he did too, as it's an incredibly hot day. Thank you Brian. Well done. And I appreciate you.

Knowledgeable workers who are willing to help figure out your vehicle issues. The facility is kept clean and stocked. Service can be a little slow but generally, that's due to them trying to be helpful to someone in front of you and making sure they are good before moving to the next person.

The young man came out and remove my old battery put my new one in show me it was under warranty and everything I needed to know and off I went he was absolutely wonderful

Good service overall. The items I needed that they have in stock are often over priced from the last few visits I've made. I often get better deals online.

From checking your, "Check Engine" light, to giving you a printed sheet of what codes maybe causing the issue, to recommendation of local shops.The knowledge base is vast, as is the parts selection. With National warranties.The "Go To".. "They got it". Automotive parts store. Thanx guys.

Considering that I am a widow trying to take care of everything myself due to lack of finances and trust, I think they are great place to go. They help me when I have questions, are never rude and I trust them to do their best to get me the right parts the first time.

Great customer service right away. Very knowledgeable about what battery I needed and willing to go out of their way to get the exact one I needed delivered the next day. The battery in my car was discontinued, but they were able to find a replacement and even give me a discount on a better battery. Highly recommend for battery replacement

Oh my goodness There aren t enough nice thing to say about Brian. Brian is an asset to auto zone. His customer service was outstanding. He not only helped me pick out the correct hitch for my truck. He helped me fit it and tighten. Good job Brian and auto zone!

I tell you when Buddy M. Took time to explain differences in parts and installation...He saved me soo much time on my Truck.. Great customer service and He knows his stuff.. I recommend Talking with Buddy if you ever question yourself or manufacturer

So far so good, the gentleman there took my call, listened to my story of how I was sold the wrong part in a different area, ordered the correct one to have delivered closer to me in exchange for the incorrect one for the swap. Seems there is a new favorite store to go to.thanks to mystery salesperson u should get a raise, you saved my week!

Wife went inside to try to purchase a butane soldering iron and the smart fella at the counter told her they don't exist, not a thing. Knowledgeable!!!!First picture is of a blinker fluid stall tool. Second picture is of....well, If you're an Oroville Autozone employee you'll see change.

Usually very helpful and knowledgeable. Free OBD2 tests done at the store. They explain the code, aswell as give you a visual printout and discuss possible repair options. Always a reputable place to buy cheap parts and get some quality advice.

Average offerings.Not very experienced employees.You better know what you need cause they probably won't be able to help you figure it out.However, it is important to notice that though the workers may be mostly young and not so experienced, they are as helpful as possible, will offer any service they can, and if they don't know an answer, they will look it up for you.So, kudos to the kids. They do a good job, they are just mostly a little young.

I met a gentleman by the name of Buddy M. He is the store manager, who doesn t allow his title to dictate his task. Most mangers send other employees outside the store to help customers. The respect and service I receive from the entire staff at this store has been impeccable. Keep up the excellent hospitality.

Very fast and friendly service. I was in and out with a brand new replacement battery in about 20 minutes. Every employee, including the manager, was very helpful and had great suggestions. I would highly recommend going here if you need some help.

These guys are awesome! They have helped me with so many little things in the 4 years I've lived in Oroville. Ollie, Earl, they all are so helpful. Don't go anywhere else if you want knowledgeable people. Note: AutoZone is usually busy. The other auto stores are not, because AutoZone is the best!
