Had their insurance for 8 years and never made a claim suddenly they send a non renewal because we're in the process of removing old kids toys. Said we had debris in our yard and mentioned my kids' trampoline my kayaks and our gazebo area. Are we not suppose to have those? Mentioned tarps which is covering my kayak because it's winter and raining. Worst home insurance company

I have been with AAA for a very long time been having full coverage that has only been 90.00$ a month I am proud to be a member

I have been with them for a little over a year. I was paying $176 for one car. (On top of paying for roadside assistance)They upped my price without notifying me to $200 for one car and when I contacted my rep (Christina Jacobs) about it, I let her know it was too expensive and I'd have to find new insurance if she couldn't help me, she decided to throw good customer service out the window and didn't try to keep me as a client she just cancelled my policy, without trying to work with me at all. There were multiple things they could have done to drop my price as I was paying for full coverage and she just brushed me off and didn't care. AAA has been know to gouge their customers. Very disappointed in the way things were handled.

I posted on yelp but I figured just in case, I should post on here as well. Unfortunately being a customer here holds no ground. Insurance wise this place is amazing. Agent wise? An agent at the Oroville CA location named Jessica Ayala was going out of her way to message customer's significant others, that work next door mind you, inappropriately, and offering to buy them alcohol (ON THE CLOCK). I no longer think she works there for the time being, but I wanted to bring this to everyone's attention. This womans actions are extremely unprofessional and not someone I would want handling my personal information, clearly.

The fact that they do DMV there also makes it so much easier for members. The staff is always polite and they get you out the door pretty quick.

Worst customer service ever. They say they'll help you with travel plans. Then try to charge you 80 bucks. Took two days i'm still not sure they got it right. And no deals super expensive. Not Happy being a plus member.

Just wanted to give a BiG shout out to Jamie Hayes of your Oroville Branch. Just had the 3A Security System put in at my Parents house. Jamie did an Amazing job from start to finish. We decided to put in 1 more camera in and she once again went above and beyond to help! Thank you Jamie for your all your help!

I was in to renew my DMV registration and was greeted with a smile. The transaction was quick and smooth. Unlike my transactions in Los Angeles where my wait was up to 30 minutes, there was no wait and was out the door within 10 minutes. I am a 15+ years member and am totally satisfied with AAA.

Great service. This place always makes my DMV transactions very simple as well as much quicker than having to visit the actual DMV office. The representatives are also much more pleasant and easy to work with. I think DMV should just be run by AAA from now on...

Came in for help with an International Driver's License. Very quick and friendly. Discussed AAA membership and were not pushy. Clean with plenty of parking.

*****GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! *****I was about to pay $150 for a tow, called the Oroville AAA,spoke with Christina and she got me a AAA plus membership for roadside assistance at almost half the price the tow was going to cost me!I work in customer service, so I know how important it is for any business. I would recommend anyone thinking about getting a tow, to call Christina and get an AAA emergency assistance act set up instead!She was very kind, knowledgeable and even helped save me some $ by offering the auto enroll for next year!

Jamie makes DMV paperwork worth every penny of your AAA membership. I may never use a Tow Company again and I would continue to use AAA just because of the way they treat customers and the amount of time/money I save doing 99% of my DMV paperwork. Kuddos to the staff at the Oroville AAA....Job Well Done...

Top notch service. Friendly small town service in a busy little city like Oroville made a big difference to me when I moved here in 2015 from Iowa. Being able to register my car and take care of DMV chores in a friendly environment is a great perk to the already wonderful insurance service I was provided for both my home, which no other insurance company in Butte County would insure, as well as all my cars. I hit a deer late at night far up on a mountain road on at 2 am on a Saturday night, and AAA was there in 30 min or less and they fixed my car good as new AND gave me a rental car as part of my coverage. My insurance and Membership with AAA more than pays for itself! Also the entire staff [in the Oroville Office] worked together to make sure I was taken care of quickly and with a friendly smile. 5/5 would recommend.

Always treated like family when going to this place of business. Unfortunately upper management made a decision to cancel our homeowners policy so had to change to another insurance company. Shannon was the best agent I have ever had, hated to lose her! And Katie Demuth as well. Along with many others.

The nicest people I have ever encountered! Plus you can do dmv transactions here if you sign up for roadside! Worth more than 5 stars just based on that!!!

Excellent service. The staff is very knowledgeable about insurance. I love the fact that there is DMV service here and I can register my vehicle and accomplish other DMV needs in a few minutes rather than waiting at the DMV for an hour or more.

Thought they were awsome till Midas wrecked my truck and I found out the full coverage I've been paying for 2 yrs doesn't even cover my vehicle that was wrecked and totaled. Then when trying to add the new truck I was given the run around Horrible place if your looking for employees that care

Their DMV skills are bomb the only time I cannot get what I need done is whenever the DMV computer is down that is not their fault I love these people
