I went in just asking if they knew what kind of bolt or lug nut held on part of my skid plate as it was flapping and driving me crazy!! The mechanic Tim fixed my undercarriage, so helpful a very easy on the eyes as well!!

My son highly recommended this shop, he is very particular who works on his vehicle(s). I was given an appointment right away (no waiting for week or so). Price was great, I was able to wait on vehicle. Very friendly staff. Easy to locate. Check them out!

They were closed on Saturday but they took my car in repair a splash guard that was hanging down. Cutting my gas mileage by 8 miles per gallon as I had a round trip to Oregon coming up on Sunday. Thank you Auto Masters.

We are so thankful for this business. We were on a road trip and began have car problems. Thankfully this shop was near. Our car was taken in very short notice and he spent time helping us out after hours. He was very honest and charged a very fair price. We were able to get back on the road and continue our trip. Highly recommend this shop. Thank you so much!!

I am not a "car person" and generally dread taking my car into the shop for repairs, but I am so thankful to have run into Auto Masters in Orland! With my kids and dog in tow, my car decided to start breaking down in the middle of a long road trip. I made it there just a few minutes before closing and they took extra care to help me out and get me on my way without making me feel like I inconvenienced them or making me feel dumb. They were so kind. I would use this shop any chance that I can get. I highly recommend checking them out!Service: Transmission

I wouldn't take my car any where else but here to be smogged have been doing so since I moved to Orland. They are friendly, polite and trustworthy. I highly recommend them

I can't be enthusiastic enough about the wonderful service and kindness we experienced at Auto Masters Automotive. We broke down several hundred miles from home with four people and two pets in the car. Not only did the people at Auto Masters have us back on the road in record time but they went above and beyond in human kindness offering us a place to wait, including the pets, but even offering to give us a ride for coffee. That human touch made all the difference in a very stressful situation. In the end we were back on the road for a very fair price and our faith in humanity was restored. I would recommend this business to anyone... I only wish I lived closer... they would get all of my business... Thank you so much Auto Masters...
