I do not write reviews unless I am highly impressed with a business or very disappointed. I am so happy that Sierra Collision was recommended to me. This was my 1st accident ever and I didn't know the process of an insurance claim. Barry was outstanding and took care of everything for me. I had gone to one other place for an estimate and the lady barely looked at my car and I knew that she underbid it just to get the job. That is not how I run my business and so I do not expect that type of company to do a good job. Barry took his time determining all that needed to be done body damage wise. My accident was a freak accident where a driver's hood flew off of their car and came across the median to my side of the street and the hood destroyed the front, side and back of my car. It was a hit and run so I had to endure the costs of my deductible.I am most impressed with how well Sierra Collision matched the paint. Red cars are the hardest to color match because the sun fades the color so much, but they did amazing. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any of your needs.

They recently did some repairs on my Black Corvette Z06. The paint work and repairs were flawless. The paint job is top notch.

Great experience ! Incredibly thorough with estimates to the tee . Estimator really knows his way around cars/ trucks and did an excellent job with pinpointing damage that I did not even notice was effected by accident. If you want your vehicle fixed to a tee and good as new . I highly recommend !

We have been using Sierra Collision for all our cars for as long as I remember. They are incredible at what they do. They have ALWAYS done excellent work at great prices and have incredible customer service. Today, when I picked up my car after they buffed out some scratches on my Prius, I just couldn't believe how clean they left the interior! It looks like when I bought it off the lot. For them to do that on such a small, inexpensive job, speaks volumes for just how incredible the team at Sierra Collision is at what they do! I am so grateful I had to write a great review as soon as I got home. I LOVE this place and HIGHLY recommend them! Great team, excellent work!!Service: Painting

Barry and the crew at Sierra Collision did an outstanding job repairing rust damage on the roof of my as well as paint damage to the rear fascia in my Dodge Magnum. Being a black car, I was a bit concerned on how the roof would look after the repairs. When I picked the car up, I was very pleased with the work. Any concerns I had were for not. Sierra Collision is without a doubt, the shop to go to for quality auto body and paint work.

Sierra Auto Services Center is, in my opinion, one of the best auto body repair shops you can find. The staff is honest, friendly, and professional. Their repairs are are excellent quality at a reasonable cost.My story:Back in April I was involved in a collision on the highway that left my car with some rear end damage. After getting a few quotes from other body shops, I stopped by Sierra Auto Services. I found the experience there refreshingly different. Guy Kalahar was very honest in the costs involved and what exactly needed to be done. He did not pad his quote with unnecessary procedures, like those at the other body shops had done, instead focusing on the most cost effective way to repair the damage. This honesty and attention to detail, made the quote hundreds of dollars less then that of the other shops. The savings were so significant, I decided I could afford to have them do some other needed minor maintenance on my car as well.The repairs were fast taking only 3 days and Guy even offered to cover the cost of a rental car to get me to an event that coming weekend if the shop had been unable to finish in time. It's now been over a month and my car still looks great. If I ever have the misfortune of being an another accident I'll definitely be returning to Sierra. Also if any of my friends need auto body work, or minor maintenance done on their cars I'll definitely be recommending Sierra Auto Services to them.

I had a minor fender bender that I did not want to go through insurance to fix. I went to other places (big body shops) and got sky high estimates. Sierra was able to give me a reasonable estimate for just the work that needed to be done and nothing extra. They got the work done quickly and even detailed my truck. It looked brand new! Go here, you won't regret it.Easy to work with, locally owned, and top-notch quality. They know all the local adjusters and work with car rental places regularly, so they made the entire process of getting my 2014 Pathfinder fixed a breeze. Owner is usually on site and stands by the quality of his employees work. My vehicle came out beautiful. Thanks Sierra.

I took my vehicle to Sierra Collision due to a poor paint job covering non-disclosed hatch damage from a used car dealership specializing in luxury motor vehicles. Barry Brooke discussed in simplistic detail what the issue was, kept me informed, and beautifully blended and restored my SUV. He is a true master of his craft, with an outstanding team in tow. We took my wife's car there to have her rear bumper re-painted. Sierra Collision did a fantastic job! The bumper looks brand new and the paint job matches perfectly. They also went beyond that. We picked up the car and found that it had been cleaned outside and in! It was vacuumed and the dash board had been wiped clean. Her car had a small smear of orange paint on the front bumper from a different incident. Sierra Collision buffed off that smear and made the front bumper look new again without being asked or told to. We were beyond amazed that they went that extra mile for free. I would highly recommend them for your vehicle. Thank you Sierra Collision!!!!!!

This is my 2nd time taking my car here after being hit by another car. Each time they performed repairs that exceeded my expectations. The receptionist (Lesley) is friendly and personable, and the owner understood that my car is my baby, and that I was very particular about the work being done, as well as the level of expectation I had. I hope not to need the services of an auto body shop ever again...but if I do, I will surely return here. Top notch customer service and workmanship!

Well haven't actually had any work done yet, but on their books. Read reviews before checking in with them, office was personable, efficient, timely estimate. Also noticed the shop was extremely tidy where the work is done.

Sierra Collision is a hidden gem, but worth the effort. On Greenback near Hazel and across from Walmart, it's nestled behind a few other auto-related businesses. Fast turnaround, excellent work, and great people. Definitely worth your time.

About a year ago my front headlight went out so I called the dealership and got a quote close to $175. I decided to buy a bulb and try changing it but...I'm not that handy, so after taking a better look, decided to try my local mechanic who sent me to these guys. They fixed it quick and cheap. Yesterday, the other headlight went out. My wife called the dealership and got a quote of $180 (was told labor would be 90 minutes). She took it to Sierra and they ordered a bulb ($7) which arrived this morning. My wife drove the car in at 10:50 am and drove out at 11:04, for a cost of $20 - so she left a tip. This will be the place we bring our car when we need body work. It's a clean shop and the vehicles in the bays looked like they got good care.

In 1993 I had front end damage to my 1989 Chev. pickup from hitting a deer. This shop was recommended by CSAA. After the work was completed I noticed the front bumper was a little crooked as installed but it wasn't enough to complain. Some time later I found that the headlight mounting brackets had bee installed incorrectly, left side on the right and right side on the left.. I took care of that. The last two years I have had to go to the BAR Smog inspection referee because this shop DID NOT REPLACE the smog sticker which was on the radiator shroud that was replaced during the deer impact repair. I can not recommend this shop as there were many errors made during the "repairs".

Best place to get a fast and honest quote. Have gone twice with 2 different cars and they never seam to disappoint. P.s. they are always busy but a bit of patience pays out.
