I found a screw in my tire over the weekend. I showed up soon after calling Dave about pricing and availability, and they were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes. When Dave handed me my keys, he told me to have a great rest of the weekend and wouldn't charge me for the repair. I understand that it doesn't take much effort nor is a costly service, but it's a business and charging me is the bare minimum I'd expect. Thanks, Dave!

They took care of my tires and balanced my tires better than the previous tire company! Price was fair the service was quick and I feel safe with these tires. Thank you very much Orangevale tire company in Goodyear company on Greenback.

If you are wanting RV maintenance- GO somewhere else! We having been taking our R-Pod single axle travel trailer to this company annually for 7 years. Each time it is to have wheel bearing maintenance performed which should be done roughly every year or 10,000 miles. Last December we brought our trailer in to have staff remove and inspect the wheels, dust cap and cotter, bearings and pin.Then they were to remove the old grease and replace it with the new. Little if any of this work was completed. You are wondering how we found out - the hard way. Having towed the trailer only 2,500 miles, the right wheel started smoking excessively as we were driving on east I80. We were forced to pull off on the shoulder and use our fire extinguisher on the wheel. We then limped to an emergency pull out by which time the wheel was again smoking heavily. Again we hit it with the fire extinguisher. We were able to have it put on a flatbed truck to take it to a repair shop. This shop found that the December bearing maintenance was never performed. We still had old grease in the undamaged wheel. We informed Orangevale shop management who stated that happens sometimes. They showed no concern for our well being or that of our trailer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Dale the owner has retired. Not impressed with new management. Customer service with Dale and his people was amazing. I had to get tire checked, they never mentioned they are a not tire pros franchise anymore (tho sign says they are one). My tires were only a few months old purchased from Dale. would not warranty will go somewhere else in the future.

Took my truck in because I had a small oil leak. Great group of guys, they helped me out and diagnosed the problems very quick. Did the repairs and changed the oil. I have been going to this location for over 20 years. Several different names and owners over that time.That means a turnover of staff..ie, mechanics as well. The one thing that has always been consistent is standing up for mistakes and missed issues. I have never had to pay for something that was not my responsibility. That may sound simple, but it is rare to find sometimes.Thanks guys, you are appreciated.

My wife and I had set up to have our daughters car brought to the shop for what we truly thought was going to be a major repair.. got the car to the shop and I had explained to them what I thought it could be they brought in the shop put it on the lift and said yep it s a simple fix.. like no joke it only had taken the tech less then a minute no even lying to fix the car.. the heat shield under the car that covers the Resonator was lose and hanging my one 10mm bolt the tech had taken the bolt off pulled the heat shield out put the bolt back on and sent me on my way.. they didn t even charge me I asked and they said no it s was so simple to fix that he wouldn t feel right charging me.. I highly recommend this local business if ever you need new tires Etc. I had two flat tires in a matter of 2 months and both times I brought my car to them 4 replacement tires . I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the whole process.-Customer service is awesome.- honest and reliable- their prices are fair and they make suggestions as to how you can save money rather than making up ways to get you to spend more money.- patient and flexible- top notch service

I just had new tires put on my 2018 Model 3 Tesla and I was totally impressed with the job that was done by this store and Andy in particular. Andy is the most meticulous tire technician I have ever had work on any of my cars. He was very conscientious about every aspect of the job and took special care to try to protect my rim tape and follow the special jacking instructions that Tesla's require. All three of the people I had contact with from Sarah at the front desk to the manager, Corey and Andy did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this shop to other Tesla owners for tire rotations and/or repair and replacement rather than pay Tesla to do it unless it's a warranty job. Thanks

Got myself a gluten-free alignment today. Car feels healthy and drives straight. These guys are great. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Especially Dale. He's one of the nicest and most honest people you'll ever meet.

I went to get my brakes checked before returning to Utah. Previous experiences while traveling lead me to expect to get pressured into getting work done. Not here!!!!. The brakes were fully Inspected ,wheels were removedI and I was informed of the percentage left on each brake. Staff was friendly and professional Our family here in Orangevale will come here to get their tire and related work done in the future.

My parents have always come here so after a very stressful but minor collision I came here too for some help. Dale and Rodney were very kind, patient and got my car fixed for a very fair price. Mom and Dad were right to recommend orangevale tire pros. :-)

Paid over $800.00 tohave shocks and under the car to ease the ride a.nd rattle .they removed the back seat to install / my trunk liner is all pulled away from where it had been secure STILL has a rattle and stiff ride.

Seemed like nice trustworthy guys but that is in question and they don t pay attention to detail. They broke my hub cover then claimed it was just missing. Kind of strange since wheels & tires were inspected that morning with all hubs in place? They told me they had to disconnect my battery to deactivate air leveler of my truck....ok fine and expected.....but truck was having hard time starting the next couple days. Finally opened hood to find negative lead still disconnected but laying on post of battery so it would still start. Can forgive them for forgetting to reconnect battery but not for lying about braking Sota hub that now needs to be ordered on Line for $40. Lost my business forever and as many people as I can tell. Hey.....but they saved the $40 it s costing me to replace hub cover....so I guess they win

I went in here this morning to get some air in my tires.I went inside and asked and I dont know his name but he's tall and wears black frame glasses and works inside at the counter.I asked and he said yeah but pull up more. I moved my car up and this guy comes out walks up to my window and very loud and rude asks How much air do you want!!!! I said I don't know and he acted all put out and said well I dont know what you run in these then opened my door and looked on the sticker!!!!! He doesn't know????Then he yells to the kid just put in 33 and walked off.At least the kid was very nice and polite.I think I will go to Les Schwab's from now on, I dont have to be treated like that !

So grateful to these guys! Accidentally broke a stem on my tire and I don't even know how I did it. They had great customer service and had me in and out within the hour!
