We ran into an issue with on of our trucks tires being completely flat this morning with no time to wait; Les Schwab was open and available to get us in and out right away! They are our go to tire center and we encourage anyone with tire needs to head over. Thank you Les Schwab!

Great service from Austin and his team of mechanics. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I will be returning next week for a follow up. I would recommend this (particular) Les Schwab Tire Center ti all of my friends and family.

I did an appointment on the phone for e350 ford bus on Saturday at 10 am 2/17/2024. Not only they did not find an appointment, but also said they did not have the right equipment for the alignment. Not sure who is answering the phone, but that was very unprofessional, waisted my time. A suggestion, make appointments online only, those have email confirmations. Talk to the actual person who understands equipment, not just to anybody. Disappointed,

Came in with flat tire and had to wait 2 hours and 30 mins for it to get looked at mean while the employee's all left the shop to go talk to there friend that pulled up in a "cool" car for about 25 minutes! Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced!!DO NOT USE LES SCHWAB!!!!

get my car to check the problem from wheel bearing and i mentioned that there's problem with that, after 2 hours they're just diagnosed improperley the sounds from brake pads and i have to pay $330~ for that. i just take my car after that and it's not fixed. came back to the store and they charged me again $200~ for wheel bearing hub replacement which was so amazing and the best experience ever a store without any responsbility. never come back again

I will not come to this service again. I made an appointment at 1 pm to change the tires, but by 2 pm they didn t start changing them, they said maybe in 1 hour. And at the same time the price is 1.5 times more expensive than others. $175 for 17 inch wheels. Worst experience ever.

Terrible. My truck shakes alot after they repaired it and the Girl at the front is rude.Called corporate and they agreed . Way to ruin your customers experience.I called ahead told them there is a major accident on freeway and ill be late they said that's OK no worries we will still help you. When I get there the girl told me no they can't help me because I am late and have to reschedule.

Greg is the man! (I call him Greggie) I hit a tire-destroying pothole on and needed 2 tires replaced. I opted for all 4 and he had them done in under an hour. Loving these new ion EV tires for the Tesla

The best in the west. I unexpectedly finished early from work. Popped in to get 2 new tires because the 2 front needed replacement. I was shown my price point options, made a decision, and with no appointment was out of the garage pretty dang fast! Thank you to everyone at Les Schwab

Had an amazing experience. I came in for 4 new tires and an alignment. Austin gave me a call and let me know I really needed new control arms. I didn t have the money for that at this time. Austin was not pushy and gave me great advice about the control arms. because of that I will always come back for tire and brake needs and will come back to get the control arms replaced here. Just for the fact that he never treated me like I was stupid and answered all my questions honestly. 10/10 !!

I spoke with three different people and they all were incredibly helpful and kind. They were very busy yet still attentive and got me in and out with outstanding service and support. I intend on going back to this place specifically for anything tire or suspension related.

I ve never met a Les Schwab employee I didn t brag about and have never been to a location and thought this place is a wreck.Les Schwab has a business model second to none. They bend over backwards for their customers and do what it takes to make you sold for life!

This let schwab is a joke they will have you drive there After telling me they're gonna take care of me when I get there it's a two hour wait ... Spoke to Alicia she should at least told me It could be a wait not have me drive out of my way. Thanks a lot leshwab I'll be doing business somewhere else.... Or maybe she needs more training. It sure is funny I didn't need appointment when I spent five k on my wheels and tire... Got me in-and-out and took all my money but when I need just A Tire Rotation? It's a big Hassel It's always a two hour away no matter what you have to do..

So kind, so accommodating and super fast. What a treat, a bag of popcorn, a quiet area to read, a cup of water and presto my car was done. I had to figure out what to do with the rest of my afternoon. Best part? No charge. . .customer loyalty. Way to go Les Schwab and the kind staff at the 9465 Madison Ave location. Thank you!

I recommended my wife go to Scotty s on Illinois because they have a great history of honesty and I love supporting local business. She chose Les Schwabb out of convenience. They tried to convince her to change her front brakes that we replaced recently. They marked up the cost of parts by a few hundred dollars. We will never do business here again.

I have spent $2500 in repairs & my car drives worse now than when I started, also they did some front end work when I took it back in they told me that all my time rods were bad, but they missed it because they jacked the car up wrong. Then after keeping overnight much like the immaculate conception there was now nothing they next day, which turned out to be a lie. My guess is they figured out they messed up & figured I wouldn't know anything but they were wrong & now I have to contact the bureau of automotive repair & take action against their shady business practices.

Had to get an alignment. Was told it should be done in 1hr 15. I got a call while having coffee (figured i had plenty of time) telling me the car was ready, after about 20 minutes.They found the front was a little off camber but couldn't do the alignment as they the car needed a proprietary (Mercedes) bolt that they didn't have and couldn't get in, and because of that, there was no charge.Here's the thing. People say, "well so it should be". Perhaps that's true, but how often do we end up paying (even if a little less) for whatever reason (say, labor) even though the job wasn't done? This alone, coupled with the service I received, generally, means I will recommend them and use them more often for other services as well.

I have had nothing but great experiences with every single Les Schwab I have ever been to, and this one is no different. Prices are reasonable, customer service is amazing, they are efficient and I trust them with my car. They were honest about the condition of my brakes and tires.

Great service and no funny business. I know we now live in a world where minimum wage is some stupid amount of money per hour but $700+ for the cheapest 4 tires installed is unreal. No fault of the staff though so only 4 stars.

I can't say enough about Les Schwab. They are always friendly, they run to get your vehicle and bring it in, and they have good prices. When I went in I had a flat tire and they fix the flat and rotated my tires and didn't charge me anything. They really know how to get customer loyalty. I won't ever go any place else.

Ran over a strip of nails on my street, so i took my truck over to these guys.Bought tires from them 5 years ago, and even though my tire brand was discontinued, they gave me a discount off my new tire i had to get.Julien made the process easy and quick, and went over a number of options i could pick from.Thanks again!
