Great job by Fix It Auto . I have an older car (2006) that needed a new deck lid and I really appreciated the effort by Brett to hunt down a replacement that didn't need paint or new emblems. Saved me a good amount of money and instead of needing to leave my car for a few days they were able to get the job done in about 6 hours. This was really important as I only have one car. Overall an excellent experience and I recommend them for any body work you need done.

Outstanding service, Professional & knowledgeable staff. Very informative, kept us updated with the progress of my Jeep. I've used them before & will continue with & recommend to friends and family. Bret & Dominique were outstanding, kudos to their staff as well.

The work quality was excellent. The time it took for the repairs (4 weeks) was not so excellent. As I understand, a key person was out sick and that caused some of the delays. I also know that damaged parts were discovered after disassembly. However, we would get told it would be ready and then that would be pulled back. I m sure it was just as awkward for them to call us as it was for us to get the calls.

We have just moved to Orangevale from the south bay area. We needed to have some body work done and since we had excellent experience with Fix Auto in San Jose decided to try Fix Auto Orangevale. We worked with Brett the location manager and we were fully satisfied with the work they did and the excellent customer service Brett provided. Since we were paying cash he worked on lowering prices where he could and we paid less then quoted price. We will definitely have them repair our vehicles in the future and would highly recommend them.

I had FixAuto Orangevale repair my damaged truck cab and truck bed. Their work was top notch and when I picked up my truck it was like new! I was very pleased with their attention to detail and quality of the repair! I will use them for all my future autobody repairs!

I took my 2021 Ram 1500 BigHorn in because I was rear ended and needed to get a new bumper.The service was second to none. They were really personal, understanding, compassionate, and they made sure that I was taken care of. They payed attention to detail, my bumper looks great. They washed my truck, wiped my windows. Really great service. They are the definition of customer care.I need to take that staff out to a dinner and beer, that s how comfortable I felt there. I will defiantly recommend all friends and family to get repairs done there. Thanks for all you do and thanks for making me feel like a part of the Fix Auto family. I highly recommend FIX Auto Orangevale! Jesse and Brett were very considerate, calling the insurance company more than once to speed the process along. I didn't have a rental so asked Brett to do everything possible to get the car done quickly, which they did. Plus he called me several times during the week to let me know how things were progressing. My car looks beautiful, and they even washed it for me! I will tell my friends, family, and neighbors to go to Fix!

Ok, these guys had previously did repairs on my wife s car. 5 star service, communication, work, etc. recently a deer hit my car, 2006 4 runner. Left front fender, front bumper, lights, hood, etc were damaged. I had asked for them to look at my car / repair the paint on the right front fender, and the paint around my windows on the doors where the panels meet. I wanted to pay out of my pocket to clean up some of those areas so when my car came out, their work would not stand out ( left front fender, bumper, hood, drivers door looking new, and the other panels near that work stick out even worse. First person said they could only completely paint my whole car, not blend those areas near the repair for $10k - 15k, second person called and said the same couldn t do what I asked but would paint my whole car for 20k. I asked again about maybe at least do my right front fender to match the hood they were painting/blending with the left fender. Again said no, they don t blend into a used all ready on the car body panels. They would have to sand the paint down to bare metal and the insurance wasn t going to pay and they were in business to make money, not do work for free! I wasn t asking them to do any work for free, I wanted to pay out of pocket, my pocket so my car repair didn t stick out!Anyway my choices were, pay to paint my whole car or nothing, couldn t help me fix even the right fender where it meets the bumper and hood. Ok, guess that was the best they can do. They tried to talk me out of having them fix my hood damage from the deer hitting me, that they bid and got approval from the insurance to fix. Told me if I agreed to not fix my hood, he might be able to have my Deductible go away? Never heard of that? Worried they would have to warranty their work on the hood?I use to be a painter in a body shop, Bob Frank Chevy on Madison Ave. I admit, that was in the mid 70 s. I blended into all kinds of original panels to hide the repair. It worked. Never had to sand every panel I touched down to bare metal. Maybe the new paint, or how body shops are managed is different from when I painted cars ?Just how my last experience went, maybe being part of Fix Auto causes them to repair cars differently. Not sure.The work that they did do, looks great, just stands out to me big time, but I use to work everyday to have my customers not see where the repair happened.Forgot to mention, they did blend into my drivers door, I really don t think they sanded all the paint down to bare metal on that door. Maybe they did, to me that wouldn t be what my shop would have me do to blend the door!Roger HOrangevale ca.Service: Body & Trim

This is the place to go for auto repairs! Staff is friendly and welcoming. Information regarding repairs is communicated clearly, along with completion date. I was referred to the shop from my insurance company. They had sooner availability than the other local auto shops. So I decided to use their services. I would start off saying that Nate is a great employee and there are a couple of others. However, throughout my experience other staff were rude, did not follow up regarding my car even before to confirm appointments, go over details or schedule pickup for vehicle. More of let's take your money and get out of here..I would NOT recommend using this shop for the following reasons.Hannah is not good employee and offers bad customer service.My vehicle had leftover white paint residue left on my tiresDidn't properly install my driver side passenger door panelMy radio dash and radio was reset and left in espanol.I guess they were in such a rush to collect my money and get me out the door that they didn't think I would notice these problems.

Fix Auto not only did fantastic work on my car, but communicated with me every step of the way, including rental set up and reaching out to the insurance company to make sure we were all on the same page. I won't go anywhere else for my auto body work needs after discovering Jesse and his business North Star Collision Repair.I first received Jesse's contact info from Dave at DDI Mobile Detailing. I was mentioning to Dave I wanted to get some paint work repaired on my front chin spoiler of my Mustang, and he highly recommended Jesse at North Star Collision Repair. I reached out to Jesse, and he proved to be far more knowledgeable than those other paint places (do not ever go to Caliber Collision...they won't even get back to you with an estimate). His estimate was more then fair and the quality of his work was outstanding!Fast forward from this minor paint job to an accident I was in. Nearly my entire car was cosmetically damaged from some idiot spinning out in front of me on a freeway and sending rocks into my car. Dents and rock pits on almost every single panel of my car; not even my wheels were spared. Luckily my insurance allowed me to go with someone of my choosing, so I took my car to Jesse at North Star Collision Repair. He again came back with a timely estimate (unlike Caliber Collion) and worked with my insurance company to make sure they underatood the full extent of the damage and the work that needed to be done.Since my nearly my entire car needed to be painted and wheel reordered, the work did take some time. But man, when he was done, I didn't want to drive my car out of the parking lot. The repair work was flawless and paint match was spot on! All I can say huge thank you to Jesse and his team for the quality and care they put into their work.I would HIGHLY recommend Jesse and North Star Collision Repair for either your accident repair needs or just some custom paint work you want to have done.

They were super responsive and extremely helpful through the whole process. They kept me updated on my car the whole time through text messages and called me multiple times to let me know the time frame of my car getting fixed. They also worked closely with my insurance so it took a lot off of me to do personally. The staff was also extremely friendly! Would highly recommend

I was in a car accident and needed $5600 in repairs for my 2015 Kia Forte. The office manager Hannah was extremely nice & informative. I turned my car in on a Tuesday & it was completed 8 days later on Wednesday. They did a beautiful job. I highly recommend this place.

Great customer service, they were happy to answer my questions. I had a nice gouge from filler cap down to middle of rear wheel well, and the panel had factory curve. Not sure how they did it, but when picked up my truck I was amazed looked just like new, they even cleaned it, and the rims to. They stayed true to estimate, I highly recommend this place, thanks, it's nice to see excellent customer service, hard to find these days, and of course top notch work thanks you to all the staff.Service: Body & Trim

1 star is more than they deserve. After waiting more than 3 month to be put on their repair schedule, I'm told I was never scheduled and it will be another 6-8 weeks delay. Don't waste your time. Only went to this place because it was on my insurance companies list of nearby repair shops. Caliber up the street is taking in my car the day after I called them and will have it finished by the end of the week.Service: Body & Trim

I am very impressed with this shop, everyone is always very professional and went above and beyond when my car was ready right before closing time on a Friday and I couldn't pick it up in time. Someone came in on a Saturday morning when the shop was closed just to give me my car so I didn't have to wait until Monday morning. Also, they took care of my rental for me so I didn't have to get a ride or take it back to the rental place. The work they did on my car was perfect and I highly recommend coming here if you ever need some body work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had a great experience using Fix Auto in Orangevale. We had a pretty tricky situation in terms of locating parts and Fix Auto ended up finding them (where another major body shop had failed) and did a beautiful job fixing our car. My husband is especially picky about paint and they even pleased him! To top it all off, their office is nice, and their staff friendly and extremely helpful.
