Ertl's Automotive is one of the BEST shops I have ever been too. These guys are top notch. When it comes to their mechanical skill, it is unparallel to some of these other shops in the area. They have always been extremely fast, responsive and insightful. If you need work done, these ARE your guys!!!

Very Friendly service & so understandable to customers needs it s so reassuring to be able to get quality work! Thanks to all who helped get our old 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan van lug nut plate replaced with 3 useable lugs!

Unfortunately I have a ford with the water pump in the engine,caused all kinds of trouble . Both with my heat and air. The work was done fast and for a great price. Can't thank you enough. Customer experience was awesome here! Not only did they do a great job on our truck, they even worked late to get it ready for a camping trip I was going on the next day. Truck is running beautifully and we are happy campers! Thanks to Dave and the rest of his team! Geoff & Ildiko Allen

I cannot recommend Ertl's Automotive highly enough. Dave and all his employees are compassionate, understanding people who care about the people who bring their cars in to be serviced. I have had good and bad luck with cars in my life, and I wish I had been able to bring every car I've ever owned to be serviced at this shop. If you can get your car down here you'd be a fool not to.

It s getting hot and unfortunately the AC in my truck was out. Service writer gave me an good estimate for repairs but unfortunately they were too high for my budget at the time. However they did work with me and I was able to do couple thinks myself and come back for a drain check and refill of the AC system.

They are fast, affordable and friendly. Just had my thermostat replaced today. They saw my car without appointment and it was ready just a few hours later. Thank you guys! I will be returning for all my future repairs.

We've been customers of Ertl's for many years. It is great to know you can trust your mechanic and have confidence you will get an honest diagnosis and the work will be done right. Ertl's is the only shop we, along with many of our family members and friends, take our vehicle.

One day my car didn't start, so I googled nearby auto mechanics and found this place. He gave me the number for a tow truck ($65) and I picked it up later that day after paying 1 hour of labor ($99/hour).He even called me in the middle of the day asking if I would rather have a proper fix for 2 hours of labor or a quick fix for 1 hour of labor. Personally, this lets me trust the mechanic. I think most mechanics would do a quick and dirty job but take 2 hours to do it.All in all I'd say its good.

My experience with Ertls is excellent....they are very reputable business....great guys, always do a good job. Customer service is awesome. Always friendly, honest and trust worthy. I recommend them all the time.

There simpky isn't a better pkace to take your "Ride" the rare quality of honesty is unheard of in the vehicle repair shop community except Ertl's. They are great... all of them!

They used to be my go-to mechanic. Their prices were always very competitive and their customer service was excellent, however over the last year it seems like their prices have gone up and the customer service isn't quite as good.
