Work done well, and I was well informed with all updates throughout the process. Affiliation with rental company definitely made things smoother too. I could get my rental from the repair location & return there once my vehicle was completed. Work was done in good timing too :)

It was my first time bring my car to caliber collision an I can't express how well they did. I brought it in on Monday an it was finished within a week. On top of replacing my rear door an quarter panel they even washed my car. Everyone was really nice an considerate they answered all my questions an more. As new driver I'm really happy with service I got.I highly recommend caliber collision.

They were very patient with me as I elected to wait a few weeks before coming in with the car for drop-off. Friendly and congenial and took care of shuttling me when I needed a ride. I didn t expect them to detail the interior of the car, but they did.

I went elsewhere at first. From my first interaction with the other place I just had a bad vibe. I decided to do to Caliber and I let them know of my bad experience and let me say these guys rock! From the girls at the counter to the gentleman who was my main contact, Jason, they were all awesome! The entire team at Caliber Collision in Orangevale helped transform a stressful situation into an excellent experience. Amanda at the front desk was always very prompt, helpful, and friendly in her service. Jason kept me informed every step of the way throughout the repairs so I knew just what to expect. He really went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and got my car back to me in incredible shape. The repair team did an amazing job blending the paint seamlessly and took great care in detailing the car before returning it to me which I really appreciated. I am so impressed with these guys. Jason is an amazing rep with Caliber. He will make sure you stay informed about every step of the process. He handles good and bad news with the same process and care. He works hard to make sure your vehicle is ready and perfect for you. My car was ready within two weeks time, which was quicker than any other shop in the area! They also had a storage area for my car to be kept safely behind a locked gate, whereas other local shops did not have this safe-keeping area for vehicles they are working on. Caliber and their team made me feel like part of the family. I would recommend them over Fix Auto any day of the week!!

Jason and the staff at Calibur collision in Orangevale were amazing!!! They kept me informed during the entire process and even finished my car early so I could have it back before going on vacation! My car is back to looking brand new!! I highly recommend utilizing them if you ever find yourself in need of repairs!!!!

They went above and beyond restoring my car to perfection. I received quality workmanship, excellent customer service and in a very timely manner. I hope to never need their services again but would recommend Caliber Collison on Greenback! I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff. It is hard to believe that just a week ago I had been t-boned by another driver. The car looks fantastic!! There was a small delay on my repair because of a part being damaged during shipping. However, the shop informed me immediately and were very transparent. I like honesty in auto repair shops and that is sometimes hard to find. I would certainly return or recommend their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just picked up my vehicle from Caliber One in Orangevale and it looks great. They replaced my rear bumper as well as repaired some damage to my rear door and panel. They matched the paint perfectly and plus the customer service from start to finish was very pleasant. On top of that they made all of the arrangements for my rental car so all I had to do was drop it off to them when my vehicle was done instead of returning it to the rental agency. Very convenient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a body repair shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very friendly and professional. Caliber Collision replaced my bumper and fender and headlight. All I had to do is drop it off and pick it up. They took care of the rest! Car was taken in May 3 and I got it back on May 28th. Damage to the front, hood and right front fender from hitting an animal was repaired. Initial estimate for repair was 7-10 days, but was extended once the damaged parts were dismantled and additional internal damage was found. Initially, I did not receive timely updates on the status of the repairs, but once I made Caliber aware of this, they were very good about keeping me informed. The repair was done well with an excellent paint match. I am very pleased with the results. The Orangevale office is well run and very much on top of stuff. They were unbelievably fantastic! The job was completed 5 days sooner than anticipated and when I received my car I couldn't even tell there was any body work completed. The inside was immaculate, as they detailed it prior to my picking it up. Jason kept me abreast of the timeline of the repairs, and Russell was was a gem, handling my phone calls, paperwork and facilitating the rental car. Melissa Lee went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed fast and right. She made the process easy for me. The second time I used them I had to pay out of pocket for repairs and everyone there did their best to keep cost down and still complete the job well. Melissa is fantastic!!! Caliber collision was great! Not only did they get everything taken care of and were se easy and simple to work with but Melissa also was able to get me my truck back a week earlier than expected!
