Manager Advisor Ramon Holleman and his staff went over and above to make me a happy, satisfied customer. Not only did they fix my brake problem with continued updates, but they also graciously took care of some of my other smaller concerns.I would highly recommend them.

Ramon and staff were very attentive when I came in with my daughter to get a brake check. the check was done promptly and we both utilized the service because the price was good. I have been there 3x due to the good pricing and service.

I went on Sat 3/9 for oil change. Amazing front desk person and the price can't be beat and they give free inspection and tire rotation. I'm so happy with the service! My bf got his car taken care of even with no appointment. Took 1 hr.

This is the best place to get your brakes done. I was able to get a same day appointment. They worked with me on what needed to be fixed. I had to stay in the waiting area with my 4 kids. They staff made sure all of us were comfortable. They even got my car done 2 hours earlier then what they quote me.Thank you brake master Staff!!

Took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation - everything was great. Be sure to make an appointment beforehand - it's very easy to do on their website . Coupon on website made it a VERY good price, too! I will definitely be returning. Thank you!!!

The dealership told me I needed new brake pads on my back brakes. So I went to Brake Masters to get the lifetime pads. However, Brake Masters said I had 60% left on my back brake pads (80% on the front pads). This saved me a couple hundred dollars!!! Thank you Brake Masters, for your honesty !!!

You are greeted upon driving into the station. Someone came out right away and listened to our concerns. Within 10 minutes my vehicle was back on the rack and having my brakes inspected. And you know what they didn t try to sell me something that wasn t needed. They diagnosed the problem and suggested I take it to the Ford dealer as it was still under warranty. Nice to see honest people working in the automotive industry once again. Thanks guys

Great service. I made an appointment and they evaluated my car quickly. The repair process was also quick and easy. Excellent communication from start to finish and friendly customer service. Fair pricing. Highly recommend.

I ve been taking my car to this location for maintenance for a couple years now. I just had my brakes done and they did an excellent job. The customer service was amazing. They are honest and have good prices. Definitely recommend this store!

Not sure what happened here but I won t be back. I have been taking my cars here for a very long time over 15 years because I trusted them and the customer service was excellent. Didn t recognize anyone when I went in today and customer service was non existent. Took over five hours for oil change. Was told when I dropped car off to be back in two hours. After 4 and no call I went to shop. Car still up on rack with tires off. Girl at counter says there are lots of issues but can t tell me. I wait and watch workers walk around talking more than working. Then 45 min after I get there I hear them looking for my keys. Place is not what it used to be. I will not be back nor will I have them do any of the unnecessary work they quoted me. Unbelievable!!!!!!

Worst customer experience to date. Rude employees who don t mind inconveniencing the customer for personal enjoyment when you hurt their feelings. This was a return for bad work performed & I complained about the service i received at another location. They put my car on a lift, disassembled the brakes then took lunch & ate it in front of me & said it would be more than an hour before they could get to it. I was forced to reassemble my own brakes so I could pickup my child from school in time. Corporate told me to go somewhere else for brake service. I have Video evidence to back this

My first time there. Took my RAV4 in because I had some slight noise from my brakes 1st thing in the mornings. Turns out it was some rust on my rotors. They did not charge me anything for assessing the issue. Shocked to have a mechanic not try to sell me a $1500 kitchen sink irregardless of the problem. Will definitely be going back for future service.

Great customer service. They have a really nice online feature that sends you an electronic estimate (quote) of your costs. Reasonable prices too.

I recently took my Subaru Forester to Brake Masters in order to check out my front brakes that were making squealing sounds as I had previously purchased the brakes some ten months earlier. Upon pulling up the file the employee said that they would immediately have a look at the brakes all the way around the vehicle. He gave me an approximate time to complete the inspection and I later returned to find the vehicle being lowered from the rack. The employees displayed a high degree of customer service skills for which I m very grateful. The squealing is gone and I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks Brake Masters!

The guy that runs this place is unhinged. I had my brakes replaced with Brake Masters in January for $700. Last week they went out again. I returned to have them looked at, this time it was another part that was not under warranty. Another $600 and I get my car back and the brakes don t feel right. they drove around the block with me and said it s normal. You just have to pump the brakes and it should work itself out. Last night my breaks stopped working and locked up with three kids in the car, which was super scary. hey, bring it back in first thing this morning and the guy won t even make eye contact with me when I walk in the door. then he says you re fine with leaving your car overnight right, because I have 18 cars in front of you. No I m not fine with that. You guys messed up my car and I would like you to prioritize it because it s a safety issue for me driving my kids around and it s your fault. He starts freaking out, flailing his arms around and tells me he s done and for me to get out of his shop. Zero compassion or customer service for what they are putting me through. Do not trust this place with your family s safety.Service: Brake service & repair

Brought car in for a pulling to left when brakes applied. Diagnosis is change the whole front brake system, since rotors are thin but pads are still very good. Two days later, I pick up the car and was told the symptom is still there and that they could not fix that problem; and that I should bring the car to a European specialist. This is after paying more than $1600 for the job that did not fix my problem. I would think again before bringing your car to this establishment. Oh and the appointment system is a joke. Waited for 2 hours to get a brake checkup even with an appointment.

Excellent Service! Daniel was extremely detailed and professional in my customer experience. The mechanic Tony also, took the extra time to review the car findings and shared his knowledge of my particular vehicle. Daniel went the extra mile in customer service and showed much patients and kindness to make sure all my questions were answered . Good work done on my car. Didn t need brakes but they identified and took care of some other problems satisfactorily. Took it in early and they had to order parts that didn t arrive until late in day so they finished next day. I was able to call and make an appointment the next morning. The team arrived on time so no delays. They were friendly, courteous professional and knowledgeable. My car was completed on time and it was explained to me how to care for my brakes. Great experience.
