Yes they have some of the best deals on sets of tires and they'll put them on and do all sorts of services for great prices and quick, however this review is about when I broke down in their parking lot yesterday with a dead battery as a coincidence parked in the shade and left my headlights on ,parked next to me was one of their technicians on his lunch break, I asked that person if he could possibly help ,this awesome guy with the "black Jeep " immediately stopped what he was doing on his break and went inside and got another technician and jumper cables and came out to help me jump my truck, there was some type of problem with my truck ignition and it was not turning over, at that point I believe another man that was their manager that I thank very much for allowing them to come out and jump my car diagnosed my vehicle, he stated he was not a certified mechanic, he gave me his best advice and the phone numbers of local certified mechanics that they dealt with and gave me permission to park my car truck there overnight , very nice guy, so thankful to those people for making me feel comfortable when I was broke down, I was able to get the mechanic across the street to come over for free at " Street tech automotive " across the street,and he started my vehicle up and I drove away and it cost me nothing " thank you America tire center " for allowing me to park there until I could get my vehicle serviced

America's Tire, I've purchased tires here, and they were fast, efficient, and friendly. Just stopped by yesterday to get air in my newly purchased suv, and it was again efficient and welcoming. When I need new tires, this is where I'll buy them.

Typical big box store serviceThey love you, I mean your money the first time you spend then that's about it. Like all shareholder interest-only businesses, they could care less after they count the beans. Well, the bean counters should know many of us have more than one car. I took one vehicle there, and the other five in the family will not be going there ever. The initial job they did was fine, changing my tires and rims, but hey, it's changing tires. Not building a home here. After they got my first 1k, they said I should come back after some driving to ensure everything was tight or something to that effect. I called a couple of months later to make sure I heard them correctly, and the guy on the phone literally said it was slow and I didn't need an appointment and just to come in. So I did. And then got the "your stupid look" from both salekids, followed by he said-she said, this guy, that guy might have thought, maybe he told you this becasue, etc, etc, bla, bla, bla, jargon. Ending with, is there a problem with it? I laughed and said it wobbles and left. I'd rather pay another G to a shop that cares just to double check it. It used to be that even if you thought I was a fool you would come out, look at the car, and maybe even throw it on a rack for some smoke and mirrors to keep my recurring business and referrals because, yes, it was dead, everyone was too busy leaning and looking at each other like, are you going to get off of the couch and answer or am I, Just let the machine get it dude...This brings me back to why I called in the first place. Could have saved me the time by playing out the hustle on the phone, but no, he said to come in. making it seem like they did know what they told me during the first sale. Eddie Haskell would be ashamed. At least he kept the "we think you're stupid, but we will check anyway" gimmick going all the way. millennials and monoplolies. Par for the course these days for pretty much anything.Don't bother.

Great customer service from Gregory. I called them 1 hour before closing time, Gregory said they would take care of me. When I arrived he remembered my name and and set me up in no time.Everyone in the lobby was constantly updated on the progress of their jobs, I was impressed with the service.

Staff was friendly and well mannered. Truck was completed quickly but unfortunately they damaged 3 of 4 rims with their machine. The manager Austin took our info and said that they will submit a claim. Not the kind of day we were hoping for

I went here today to get the air checked in my tires because my front tire looked low . The technician named Cole went above and beyond . He noticed a crack in my back left tire that I wouldn't have even given a second thought . He helped me through the process with professionalism and was very helpful . He even made sure my front tire that was low didnt have any puncture. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and they have a customer for life. Whoever runs this place should be super proud of their workers.

Came in as a walk in (no appointment) and they fit me right in. Was fairly certain I had some type of puncture in my tire (sure enough, it was a nail) as my tire pressures were not holding. My mom had recommended them (as she only had good experiences with this location) Explained to the staff what was going on and they fit me in there VERY busy end of day schedule and patched my tire with no hesitation. Every gentleman I interacted with was very nice and polite. It made my first time at American Tires a very wonderful experience. Thank you all! You have a return customer!

Prices are high. Then they add like 15 additional fees to make sure the prices are SUPER high. You know you're about the get bent over when you see dedicated salesmen...They didn't have any "lower" priced tires either. Sorry! Guess you're stuck buying the "mid" priced ones, or waiting. Instead of the (still overpriced) 700 dollar option I was told my cheapest option was gonna be 1100 for 4 tires. Lol!I'm not even asking for special tires, It's the most common truck tire out there! I can get them on Amazon for 70 bucks each, installed anywhere for 20ish. Full set for around 400. Maybe not as convenient, but for 300 bucks I'd be willing to dedicate at least an hour or two for the task...

They took advantage of my son on his tires if you go in there, they tell you do not mix tires. I had two Michelin and 2 road huggers the person I was dealing with told me I interrupted him after he told me something different than exactly what I told him what s going on. Very rude and seems entitled. Francisco not very nice and probably judging me because I m not wearing my fancy clothes today. Very disappointing.

I must say, they really took care of me here. I ordered wheels and tires online. They came pretty fast and were installed fast. The problem was that they didn't fit very well. So long story short, I worked with Kirk and we found a few different options that might work. He really helped me find the right wheels and keep the tires I reallywanted. So at the end of it all we got the right wheel and tire option installed and they are great. I highly recommend this shop, the people are great and the quality of wheels and tires are awesome. Also the lowest price in town. Thank you all for all your hard work.

liars! hate this place! they deceived me and took my $100! I will never recommend this stupid place to anyone! This is the worst store in Sacramento. Gregory is a liar, he pressured me, tried to take my money at any cost and he succeeded. Never communicate with him if you want to stay with money and in a good mood

Austin and all of the guys at America's Tire exhibit amazing customer service. Friendly, helpful, fast are just a few adjectives to describe them. They were excellent with every customer they came in contact with while I waited to get my flat tires repaired (for free I might add!). So glad that I stopped here and will definitely be back when I need additional tire service. Come here, you won't be disappointed.

Incredible service from Gregory and his team. They rushed my service since I was there with my toddler and I was able to get 4 new tires put on my car in 30 mins. Many tire options were offered with price transparency and we looked at the different ratings to find the best tires for our needs. They even have a window in the waiting area and it was amazing to see the hustle from these guys. Don't think it's customary to tip tire repair professionals, but highly encourage it if you think they did a great job since they are still providing a service. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

This shop is awesome. They fixed a bolt in my tire for free in like 10 minutes, in and out. The boys working here are always cheerful and kind. I frequent here for a rotation and balance. The last time I went for a rotation, they caught that one of my front tires was balding and said it would be unsafe to move it to the back, especially during the rains. They suggested an alignment and a new tire. Super grateful for their keen eye and knowledge to keep my family safe. Thank you America's tire company for always taking such good care of us.

I ordered the tires online and made an appointment for fitment.They were very friendly, took my vehicle in on time and a set of 4 new tires were fitted, along with balancing in 35 minutes.Very impressed.My first time at this branch, they are top notch. Used this company for years, always had great service.

The absolute worst "America's Tire" in the Sacramento area.Gregory is a very pushy sales person, and very difficult to work with if you don't buy what he suggests when he suggests it....My tires were well above the wear limit, and just because I didn't let him pressure me, he suggested I just go somewhere else..... which I did, and got a much better deal!I've been a loyal customer of America's Tire for over 25 years, but thanks to Gregory, that might change.... his suggestion showed me that I can get the identical Tire elsewhere much cheaper!

Had leak in my tire , thought I had run over a nail or glass. Come to find out it was the stem . They were going to replace it when they found a bubble on the inside of the tire. Thank God I have insurance on my tires. So I got a new tire. Thank you America's Tire. This is the best place to buy tires. And the insurance is very reasonable. This time I picked up a screw in my tire ,they were able to fix it and I even got my tires rotated. Was only there for 35 minutes. Just had my tires checked for a trip , thought I had a nail in the driver's side rear tire. But no nail the worker thought it was a nail too. So they checked all the tires and everything was fine . Thank God for America's tire they always take good care of their customers.

I ve purchased four sets of tires for four different cars over the past years at this store, and have always been pleased with their service. They ve always treated myself and my kids, whose cars got those tires respectfully. This time I just need one tire for my daughter s 2006 MiniCooperS. We purchased the one tire, and they rotated and balanced all her tires. However sometime after that , and my driving up the Cameron Park one of her hubcaps came off.I went back to the store told them one of the hubcaps came off, and without question they immediately ordered her a new hubcap. When received they put it on her car, and she is a happy camper.I just wanted to thank America s Tire store on Greenback at Hazel for their tremendous customer care!This is why I would recommend them, and they will continue to get my service.

Extremely professional, thorough, and reliable.I needed a tire looked at right away because I didn't feel save driving on it, and they somehow managed to work me in same-day and quite quickly!They have state-of-the art customer service technology; you'll receive notices on your mobile device of the ongoing status of your service, so you can go for a walk and not feel like you need to sit in the waiting area.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

If I could give them 6 stars I would. I had a flat after work and was able to get in that evening even though they were closing soon. They were very professional and kind. I can't express how thankful I am to get on the road same day and not have to walk home since I live close by. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg and their warrantee is priceless. I won't be going anywhere else and will recommend this location to whoever needs a recommendation.

Ordered rims and tires for my truck last week with Nick. When I arrive to have everything installed the rims wouldn t fit because it was the wrong bolt pattern. I was furious after waiting a week only to be told they didn t fit. Francisco, another manager ended up helping me so we another was put in for the next day. There were issues with that too and I almost just canceled the whole order, but Francisco worked with me and made it right. 5 stars for Francisco as he was amazing but do not let Nick help if you are looking for something very specific. Did not appreciate the lack of knowledge for such an expensive purchase.
