Hands down best in all of oc !!! Was working across the street went over explained my situation, and with in 4 hours they had my jl audio AE w7 13. Hitting so hard ,beyond expectations, from now on my one and only car audio stop and headquarters, I strongly suggest if you have a system or want new or just an upgrade to existing system this is your one stop shop .honest straight forward, 10of10100% professional service and top notch men working there !!!!BADASS

From start to finish Mike the installer catered to what I wanted and took care of business, the new ownership gave me what I paid for. This review comes after 45 days after the install just to make sure all works and functions right.

I had a new head unit installed. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price, and truly stand behind their work. They even installed an extra amplifier at no extra charge when the factory subwoofer wouldn't work any other way. A+

With my experience here at ZAutosound with Martin and Mike, it is well put to say that they are knowledgeable with what they are talking about. And there is no BS if an answer isn t fully known, they are the people who look into it on the off chance they don t. Friendly and great customer service, they take the time and have the passion to get things perfect and right. I m thankful that I have them handling my car opposed to anyone else.

This last weekend I was looking to get a new head unit plus new subs and a stereo, I had been recommended Al & Ed's Autosound by numerous people in the past...it wasn't until I arrived that I realized the business was under new ownership. Well I could not have been happier with the setup I got, Martin helped walked me through each individual item that I was purchasing and everything was well within my budget. Highly recommended!

Martin the manager of Z Auto Sound helped me inside and Mike the installation technician made the audio in my suv sound like a professional sound studio. They both knew there stuff. Treated me fairly. Took the time to explain things as well as tweak the settings. I'll be back for sure.I should also mention they have a ton of speakers in stock. As well as amps and radios. Considering how difficult it is to find in stock items these days I was impressed and at fair prices too.

I have a 65 El Camino that needed an alarm since they are was too easy to steal. It only took them 3 hours, and they had to change the locking mechanisms from conventional to electric. Got the Viper alarm, definitely worth the 500.00.. the girl up front knows her stuff that s for sure. Will recommend to anyone who asks me.Great job.

so a couple months ago I bought a bmw with the speakers blown out and damaged, therefore I needed them replaced but I was looking to install a whole new system. I had gone to this place because they looked reputable and legit. I had gotten a couple estimates else where but they really seemed to be knowledgeable and even saved me a couple hundred $ s compared to other estimates. Appreciate the business and hope to return soon w any other vehicles I ll be purchasing.

This Auto sound shop gave me such an enjoyable experiance and their customer service was outstanding. They gave me quality parts and I loved the convenience of the price including the time it took for them to install my speakers and repair my alarm. Overall, this is one of the best auto stores I have been to and I will certaintly be coming back for more.

I've brought multiple cars here throughout the years and always got what i wanted. This time i got a some bass in my car and was some what disappointed. I reached out to Zauto and let them know that i wasn't happy with what i had. They had me head over and the first thing they did was swap out the bass box since i had wanted to save space with a smaller one ....worst mistake ever. After the swap the bass was hitting wayyyyy better. Appreciate the customer service and I'll always recommend these guys. Speak up if you do t like something they're more than happy to help.

My speakers were 12 years old. I've seen their business on a daily basis, driving by. Stopped in, and was impressed with their customer service and selection of products. Made an appointment , and LOVE my new ones! They even finished earlier than I thought.HONEY, the store front girl was sweet and on the money...thank you!ROB, Thank you for the install and I had a rattle in my passenger door ....now gone Definitely I recommend this business, for your sound wants and needs..Thanks again Z AUTOSOUNDLIZ

I brought over my Lexus Sc430 to get the speaker replaced and the gentleman helping me offered quality parts and hooked me up with a Sirius/Xm module for free. Pretty nice guy super friendly.

I called on a Sunday afternoon, and was told I could bring my car in right away to have all of my speakers replaced. I received excellent service and, most importantly, I love being able to enjoy music in my car again! The staff here was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Was having problems with my stereo thanks to Pep Boys over on Katella. Went to Z AutoSound Plus today and they fixed my stereo and back speakers which now sound amazing than they ever did. Where at Pep Boys I was told I needed a whole new system that would cost thousands of dollars. Which was a lie. Farris, the manager here, is an amazing person. I can't thank him enough and all the guys who worked on my car. All great and had wonderful customer service. Great guys. Thank you Farris and your crew. Will definitely be back. Would highly recommend this place. Great honest people.

Been looking to buy a have a car stereo installed in my car for a while. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter just had a stereo installed and loves it. I will go back when it time for me to purchase and install. I will say that the quality of stereos mfr's sell these days aren't what they used to be, the lower end models have all plastic faces and seem very flimsy. Spend a little more and get a heavier more durable unit......but use these guys!

Got a nice JVC install in less than 30 min. The price was reasonable and the installer (Albert) was fast and did a neat and thorough job. Thanks for the great experience. My nephew was very happy with the purchase and the service.

The people there seemed interested in helping. I have a very awkward GM with a 1.5 Din. After taking a look the installer gave me some good options.The inventory is up to date with a new a Pioneer system not even in Crutchfield yet. Just came out. The price was very competitive on this unit as well.Overall great visit. Would recc.Parking looks like it may be difficult in peak hours.

Horrible service, and they Lie! I left my car there all day because they say they give a life time warranty on installs and they didn't even look at it! They just said the speaker was bad without even testing it. I took it home to find out the real problem and found that they hadn't even installed the tweeters I gave them to install and I was able to fix the original problem by simply tightening a screw on the Amp. Something these "professionals" could have figured out in minutes. This family run biz is a great place to get ripped off at.

I was needing my stereo cables adjusted for my Serious Raido to work properly. They where able to fit me in their schedule. I went to have lunch and when came back under a hour later my radio challenge was fixed.I would go back to Z Audo Plus again.. Albert was very helpful and did a good job on the cables. Mike the owner had good customer service.Than you!!!!

They were able to explain to me what I needed to know about how to wire the amp. I installed the amp they sold me and it works way better than my factory amp did. I am knocking 2 stars because the amp I bought was marked up to double of what I could have got for it online.

went to buy some new speakers. left with a set i felt that were good. a few days later i checked out what i got to on-line. found out that they sold me speakers at more the $25 each over the manufacture suggested retail price. a friend warned me about this place but i went anyways to help support small local business.

I took my car here to get an amp and subwoofer installed and these guys did an amazing job, going back to get speakers put in but overall amazing job would highly recommend going here

Not satisfied with my stock sound system, I brought my 2012 Honda Accord in for a quote and possible purchase. Not wanting or needing that much of an upgrade, I asked Kevin to help me get just a little more low end sound in my car. He set me up with a 10" Kicker subwoofer and a Performance Teknique 600MW amplifier. I didn't know much about the products so I trusted his judgment. An hour or so later my car was done. Drove away and had terrible bass feedback from the sub when accelerating or braking. Brought my car in a week later, they spent more than 2 hours on it. Installed another amp but still couldn't kill the buzzing noises. Asked me to make an appointment to return. A friend checked the setup for me and found exposed wire. There were also loose wires inside the subwoofer housing. He tightened it up and the problems disappeared. I returned today to have the store turn the bass adjustment knob back on. Told them what my friend found and how he fixed it. Installer said that couldn't be the cause of the noise. He reinstalled the old amp that was supposedly causing problems in the beginning in order to match the adjuster. I asked what good that would do if it was defective. He said subwoofer feedback noise is normal. I asked if the noise went away, he said yes. I drove away, noise returned. I know it's not normal and I am not returning to the store to have them mess with my new car again. In addition to all this, they dislocated my trunk release lever and the inside of the car was left dirty after my first 2 visits. Poor install service. Do not recommend.

I was there to get an estimate for power locks and this place is way to overpriced. He tried to sell me things I didnt need. When I showed him the same package he was selling me for $400 from Viper on Amazon for 69 he got very mad and unprofessional. I waked out of there knowing I would not be coming back ever! I found another place that did the same job for $220
