I brought my 1993 Ford Bronco in for service and was taking care of very quickly and my vehicle returned to me the next day my vehicle runs very well and I'm very satisfied with the service villa Ford provided I will Use villa Ford in the future For my service needs I will recommend villa Ford to friends and family who are in need of service on their Ford motor vehicle

2 stars. I have liked the dealership until recently. I had a written quote for some work. Came to get it done and a new service writer increased the price by triple and wouldn't budge. Just had my oil changed here, same service Writer won't let me use a coupon Villa Ford produces from their website. If you can't get honest work here because he wants his commission, so sad to say this will probably be my last time here. I use to love this place.

So far I have not been able to use their service department because no one is helping me. I called 3 days ago to schedule an appt to have me 2022 Mach E that I purchased with them to be repaired for a faulty charging issue. I paid for a very expensive aftermarket maintenance and warranty contract which included a loaner but was told they didn't have any loaners and that they'd call back once there was one available. No call back. I have called several x since and no answer at the service number w no ability to leave a message. I submitted a request via their chat and no response. So the brand new car I purchased is not working properly, the expensive maintenance contract I purchased isn't helping and nor is Villa Ford

Only ever had one disappointing experience here and the management corrected the issue rather promptly. My wife and I have been using Villa Ford service ever since we moved into the area about four years ago. We've also bought three new cars from this location and have always been very happy with their customer service. From the sales team to the service department, definitely recommend this dealership.

I took my 2014 Ford Edge to Villa Ford because the alternator needed to be replaced. This came as a surprise to me being that the car only had 28,000 miles on it. Nevertheless, the service that I received from Brian Carson made the issue not seem as bad. Brian was accommodating, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and assisted with a great rental car. I recommend that you use Villa Ford and ask for Brian to assist you with your needs on your Ford vehicle.

The employee's here honestly care about the customer and it shows. I am handicapped and needed service for my truck. I was able to set up a mobile service quick and easy. Marcus came out and took care of everything. Great stuff!!
