They seemed cool and loved it! I brought my own oil and filter and they charged me about $53. However, that guy was shocked when he saw how clear the oil I brought was. Plus my car is lowered and was able to fit on the one all the way to the right coming in for my S2000!

Both of my experiences with two different cars were great I didn't have to wait but 2 minutes before I was being guided into the bay never had to leave my car while the checked fluids lights and belts plus filter never tried to forcefully up sale me and I was able to use a 10 dollar off coupon they also use brand name oil not cheap stuff everything was done in 15 minutes

This place is pretty awesome. Pretty chill people, informative, didn't push me on their up-sale and they were fast and efficient . If you're like me, you don't have much time, always on the go, then this is the place.I will be back for sure.

In the middle of getting my oil change they informed me that they couldn t put my skid plate back on because it was missing screws. Apparently I had 6 of 8 screws missing according to them . If I was missing that many screws my skid plate would ve been dragging under my car which it wasn t. So something doesn t add up because if I was missing screws why would they take my skid plate off to begin with knowing that they wouldn t be able to put it back on. They didn t have an answer for me when I asked why would they insist on removing the plate and doing the oil change before telling me prior to removing . So they just put my skit plate in a bag and gave it to me and told me that I could go buy another plate or more screws and they could put it on for me . I had to go to the car dealership after my oil change and buy 6 screws which were $6 each and have somebody else put my skid plate back on because I was not in the area anymore.I would hope next time they come across this situation with somebody else they inform a customer FIRST that if they remove something they will not be able to put things back on

Okay service in that the guys seem to be more interested in each other especially with the girl than the customer. No greeting or break down of pricing my attendant is just boom boom boom done. No its not I want to know what I'm getting and what I'm paying for, but not even eye contact from this guy or anyone else. Might suggest some customer service training less joking around with each other, no offense but don't really want to entrust my vehicle to a bunch of jokers, thanks

I usually do my oil change at home but this time I didn t have time to do it so I decided to try valvoline. Everything was quick but the price is expensive. It shouldn t cost that much to change the oil. I decided to do my oil change at home yesterday, the first time since getting it done at valvoline. It was the worst ever. They tightened the oil filter so hard that it wouldn t budge. It took 5 hours to finally get it off. But before that it basically has to be broken into pieces. 3 separate tools were bought to try to get it off: oil filter wrench and oil filter swivel handle wrench (2 of them). It was all such a mess. Definitely never trying valvoline again.

As long as I have been my oil changed and my filters checked at Valvoline. I have never seen them take the air filter out, and because I denied wanting to pay for a new one. ( 37.00 pssst it s 15.00$ on Amazon) stuffed it back in with the the dust they had pulled off. He said that they have to keep-it together. (That made no sense) I will never return to this Valvoline. Matthew needs training in customer service.

This is based on my experience on 12/23 - I came in around 530ish and was immediately directed into the bay. The customer service representative greeted me and asked me what I was there for. I informed him I m here for an oil change and away they go. The whole time the bay is busy with other customers and all the reps are busy moving like a machine. While they re working on the oil the rep who greeted me is going over other services my vehicle might be in need of. I was previously there for a transmission service, radiator flush, and prior oil changes so they have my service history. The other rep is busy checking my tire pressure and light check (stop lights, brake lights, etc). 20 minutes later I m done. I had a coupon for 20 percent off so my service came out to 90 bucks. Why? Because I paid for the synthetic oil service. Most will say it s a bit high but for the convenience on a Friday night I don t mind. I can do my own oil change and usually do but I didn t have time on Christmas weekend. I recommend them based on the services offered and the professional staff. If it seems too pricey I recommend shopping around but it s not the fault of the people who work there if they have to charge what they charge. My review was not paid nor was I compensated for it.

Horrible. They promote 15 minute service, yet I've sat here one car back for 45 minutes. 3 cars have gone thorough the other bay and they don't do anything to help me get through. I had 1 hour for lunch, with 15 minute service and 1 car ahead of me, I my math was correct. Just awful. What a waste of time.

Every time I come here, I have a wonderful experience. Great customer service and they always do a great job and do it quickly. The last time I came, they realized I didn't need an oil change and didn't want to charge me if I didn't need it. I truly appreciate their honesty and friendly natures. This is a wonderful place to get your oil changed, I highly recommend it.

I called 7 times in one business day when they were definitely open.I was trying to speak to an employee to ask if my car could be serviced there.I waited on hold for several minutes each time I called, and no one ever answered.Guess they don't take calls.

While customer service was great, I took my car to the mechanic and was informed that too much oil was put into my car that burned rubber on my axle. This is where I took my car. I would not recommend taking your car here.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I had a groupon and paid for the full synthetic. They put a sticker on my windshield with a number 3k higher. I asked the guy why would it be 3k higher for synthetic (which i get all the time) and he said that was the standard for synthetic 3-5k. I said no its not. What do tell for regular oil, 1-3k. He leaves and a guy comes back with a handrwitten sticker says 5k. I mean how do i even know they put synthetic oil. Then they wanted to charge me a outrageous price for an air filter. I was lazy and didnt want to drive to my mechanic. Learned my lesson.

After going to Jiffy Lube and them telling us they didn't have the oil filter or new battery we needed, we went to this location and I was beyond impressed. This was my first time at a Valvoline and Grant was amazing. Will not go Jiffy Lube again after this great service! Was told they don't service cars older than 1989. I called a head in advance and told them my car type but I guess the guy on the phone missed that memo. The guys were friendly but not helpful.

Great service from great people who really care about extending the life of your car. They don t recommend stuff you don t really need only things they know will prevent further issues down the road. Also, today I came without coupons (honestly just didn t think about it) and both the gentlemen who helped me put in coupon codes for me without me even hinting at needing them lol. Just wow! I ll come here again and again. Worth waiting in line for a little if you don t get there early in the morning as well. Thanks so much you guys!

Very helpful and were able to give our car an oil change later than anyone else. Neither pep boys or big O would see us at 545pm although they close at 6pm. Valvoline said that it was no problem and in fact that as long as we were in line by 7pm they would still do it!

Came for a tire rotation. They were quick and professional. No pressure for add ones. My front end wears differently and the gentleman I talked with was informative and awesome to work with. My husband is a mechanic and at times its easier to drive through and pay for simple services. This is the place we go to for our maintenance. Great team and great job!Services: Tires, Oil change

They are quick, efficient and professional. Get a coupon in your email and keep your old changed! Competitive price with coupon andtop notch all around. Owner- your staff is good. Pay them accordingly. I was not asked to leave this review and I'm not friends with anyone there. Honest review from repeat customer. Dodge Ram 1500 SLT full synthetic.

May 22, 2021.Returned for oil change, it s a Saturday so the place was jumping but Matthew and service staff delivered great customer service, well worth the wait and I will return..Thanks again!2016Satisfied first time customer, Elyssa, Patricio, Fernando, and Edgar, were all professional and friendly. They completed my oil change and differential service in under an hour, and I'm also happy with the total cost. This experience will definitely confirm my return business with this location.
