Friendly service, as long as I call ahead when I arrive they're able to get me in and I'm not sitting around for hours like I would at Firestone Goodyear or any other large establishment. Prices are reasonable

VIP is a nice little shop with a can do attitude. I've found Dan to be fair, reasonable and honest. Work was completed on time. I have used him for more than 3 years with my Mercedes Benz and would highly recommend VIP to any of my close personal friends.
