We always get quality service when we take our vehicles to United Automotive Service. The guys are friendly and professional.

I have taken my car (several in fact) to United Automotive over the years. My dad uses them, and the business he works for also uses their services. I have received nothing but top notch service, clear communication, and great, fair rates. They always seem to go above and beyond for their customers and do everything in their power to make sure you leave happy, with a car that is not only working great but continues to perform that way long after you leave the shop. They have never tried to "sell" me something I don't need just because I am a woman and always speak to me like an intelligent human being, which is super refreshing! I am actually about to take my current vehicle in for something minor just to get a second opinion on something a popular towing and battery company is trying to convince me I need but I just don't think is true. As long as United is around, and I live anywhere close, I won't trust my cars anywhere else! I've also converted my sister and am working on my husband until we are a 100% United Automotive family!! If it isn't clear by now, I just admire every person I've had the pleasure of meeting at UA and believe that they are the best around!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto battery maintenance, Battery

I've been using United Auto for over 10 years now. All in all good service. Chris at the front d so is especially easy to work with and gives the place feeling of professionalism missing at other automotive maintenance businesses. Honest and follow through on quotes has created trust and a relationship with this place. I want to say that their was an individual that I didn't trust at the front desk for a while and felt like he was taking advantage ...he seems to be gone now. Rick and Chris have your back while being fare with price and outcome.

United Automotive Service is truly top notch. I've gone twice for two repairs (muffler and headlight) and they took care of both in minutes, no questions asked, and with a great attitude. These guys are incredibly reasonable and easy to talk to...will NEVER go anywhere else for auto work in CA.

I was referred here by a friend and have loved it. Their prices are reasonable, service is friendly, and they turn around the jobs quickly. I would trust them with any of my cars.

Finally a great mechanic. Easy to get in and listened to my concerns. My Land Rover is back to normal again. The lower control arms had to be replaced because a ball bearing had gone bad. We do actually off road ours so that contributed to the early wear. I am so pleased to have it all done right.

Hands down among my best experiences in general, if I had a way with words id say something more but all I got is that the professionalism left me "elated?" Idk i was really stoked and carries me on like a sailboat or something. Long story short the places I called were triple the price and maybe that's all they were about... Idk but I do know I'll be back to that place of expert technicians/mechanics(masters of their craft?) Either way, my high mileage poorly maintained car needs some good loving while its going through this domino like butterfly catalyst. All and all I could just say just a few words like.....

Recently while driving on the highway the nut & bolt connecting my front left tire to the suspension rod came undone, causing me to lose control of the tire and pull over. AAA gave me a choice of where to tow to, and I requested the AAA certified mechanic closest to my home. They towed me to United Automotive Service. On the tow truck ride home, the driver suggested I call them to tell them I'm coming, something which the AAA representative told me had already been done. I called anyways, and UAS had no idea my cat was coming, and none of my information from AAA. They also said that my AAA membership wouldn't cover the cost of a new tire, which the AAA representative told me it would.They called back the next morning and gave me what later turned out to be an incorrect diagnosis of the cat, and told me it would take at least three days to fix, since a part needed to be shipped to them, and it would cost approximately $1330. Instead, I had my cat towed to Orange Motors, where they properly diagnosed it, charged $740 and finished in one day. UAS still charged me a $108 diagnosis fee for the incorrect diagnosis.I give UAS two stars only because the employee I spoke with, Steve, was extremely courteous and timely as he was ripping me off.

I am so glad that I found this place to fix my car. I needed my engine worked on and they did an awesome job, and I trusted them from the moment they told me I needed it done. I had a feeling that they would get it done, and they did. Thank you guys. You re awesome!

Fair prices, awesome & quick service. Call ahead or get there early though because this place gets busy! Which is a good sign. Highly recommend.

Legit dont even owe them a single star, they will sell you a lemon car and take your moneyBe warned. They will rip you off when it comes to services and car quality

700 dollars. and 3 trips to fix my car. I got fed up with experience and went elsewhere. Check engine lighwwt came on 2 days later. Not happy.
