I had all 4 brakes done in a couple of hours. Very professional Office Manager who worked with me in a very comfortable environment. A pain free experience.

Awesome experience, very clean waiting area with a TV/soda machine/water plus clean restrooms. I was in and out within a day for a great price. I don t know much about cars, so I definitely felt like I was assisted/helped. It s a breath of fresh air to finally find a good shop around here. By far the best automotive repair in the city of Orange. Will be coming back!

I brought my car here after it overheated with no warning. I brought it to this specific shop because to be honest I'm lazy and it's close to my house and based off Google and yelp reviews it seemed the best bet. It was a great idea!! Ulises is great... my car was in the shop for 5 days and he kept me up to date on everything that was going on, they fixed the original problem, found a few others and were upfront and honest about what I needed to repair and what I could wait to repair. Turns out my water pump was far from the only issue but I was happy to have the rest repaired at Top Tune. I will be referring this place to everyone I know and they just gained a long term customer. my car drives like it never has and I coudlnt be happier with Ulises and his mechanic (didn't catch his name sorry)

A very great work. My car feels like new. Came for an oil change and a tire rotation (all of which for $50). No sales pitch for further services. If it is necessary, they will point it out. I was out the door in one hour. Thank you!

Firestone told me I needed to replace my timing belt on my 2005 Honda CRV and it would cost $800-$900. A friend suggested I call Affordable Care and they informed me that my car does not even HAVE a timing belt. So I haven't actually made it in to Affordable Care yet (but certainly will in the future) and felt compelled to write a great review for them!

My grandfather passed away and left his truck to my grandmother. She took it in and they charged her $700 for some oil toppings and inspections, after looking at the receipt I couldn t believe how much they overcharged her. Most of the things you can get for not even half the cost at Firestone. Now I m not sure if someone decided it was okay to overcharge her this day or if these are normal prices.Anyways I walked in knowing this place does sketchy stuff, I bought the truck from my grandmother and took it in to replace the battery on warranty since it died out. I walk in, give the man My keys and tell him the situation. Without speaking, he takes the keys, takes the truck to the back, comes back, sits quietly at his computer and doesn t speak. We wait 20 minutes. I know changing a battery takes 5. I ask him how much long and he says 30 more minutes. I ask why. He says they had to go get that battery from somewhere else. Which I understand but is there no decency to let me know this? To even say it may take longer than usual? and upon receiving my keys back, he gives me the paperwork to sign and doesn t say thank you or anything.This is the first time I ve ever walked out of somewhere without saying thanks! Or you take care because I m the friendliest guy ever but I couldn t show him friendly because of how rude and moody this guy was.Never taking my vehicle back unless it s for warranty purposes, get your stuff done by people you can actually trust at pep boys and firestone. Not these guys.

This is the best shop in Orange County! I never left confused on what was going on with my car. They always explained the service in full detail. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a affordable mechanic.

Got an oil change here and they put on the wrong filter so I developed a leak. Then they said that it was the oil filter housing and wanted to charge me hundreds to fix it. Took it to my friend who noticed the mistake and put on the right filter. Not a drop since. Don't trust this place!

Great experience , I took my 2014 x1 BMW for service, Eulices took care of me on the phone when I made the appointment and also took care of me at the shop, seems to be legit and honest, will be returning back for my car mechanical needs.

I been going to top tune over 8 years and my dad has been going before that. This place is reliable, friendly and they wont rip you off. I reccomend you call them before you arrive. Get there early
