This place has been amazing. The staff and owner are very honest, do great work, they never try to upsell you and the prices are very reasonable. We are so happy with them. If you need an honest mechanic, go to Titan Automotive.

Saved and rescued by Titan.I ran over a huge tire tread that just fell from a big rig and it hit under my car while driving freeway.Car vibrating and weird noise.Got off freeway and slow to You won t get a Lemon Toyota in Orange.They listened, test drove and claimed it was from engine with estimate of 5 K or more and offered a 3K trade in on a car worth over 10K!!!I know motors and cars and know this is bull!!Off to Titan the honest rescuers They listened to what happened, looked under the car on the rack and realized the heat shield got displaced and was against the Catalytic ConverterThey moved it over, secured it and started the motor. NO NOISE!! FIXED!!Saved more than Five Thousand Dollars!!!Thank You Titan!!!From now on our 3 cars are going to Titan!!!

Great experience here. Friendly, honest, reasonable, knowledgeable, and fast service. Mike is great and won t upsell you. I hope to never go to a mechanic, but when I need to, I will definitely come back.

Titan is the best! When I was a business owner they cared for all my company's vehicles as well as my personal vehicles. These days it's just my family's. They have always been honest, and done great work at a fair price.

Our daughter is a student at a local college and she had an urgent mechanical need for her car. We didn't know where to go, but several folks recommended Titan Automotive. It turned out the debris shield under the car had been damaged and was dragging on the ground. Arun, the service manager, and his crew repaired it at no charge. This was very unexpected but greatly appreciated. When you are a parent out of town, it gives great peace of mind to know that you can send your student to a place that is trustworthy and helpful. Certainly we will use Titan again. Thank you Arun and team!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Can't give Titan Automotive enough praise. After dealing with incompetent and lazy mechanics for years I'm so glad to have found Titan. They're quick, honest and the price is fair. I'll be taking everything to them going forward.They even went out of their way to document and show me bad work a previous mechanic had done .They were concerned my truck had been intentionally sabotaged, so they took pictures of everything while the truck was apart and showed me the pictures and old parts afterwards and explained what happened. I really appreciated that level of service after the trouble I'd had with mechanics previously.I wish I could give them 6 stars.Services: Electrical repair, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Members of my family have gone to Titan Automotive for many years. I had them give me a second opinion once on a repair another shop had said I needed. I didn't tell them what the issue was but they diagnosed the same thing and the repair was half the cost. I have been a loyal customer ever since. I have always found them to be honest, polite, fair and willing to spend the time to explain everything. Mike Fry is a man of integrity. I still bring my car to them and I now live 400 miles away.

Titan Automotive has been working on our cars for well over a decade. They are hands down the best mechanics. The work is top notch. They are honest and don't try to oversell us on unnecessary services. Having a really good mechanic that you can trust is like having a really good doctor. Both are worth their weight in gold. These guys truly are priceless and I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with my experience at Titan Automotive.I took my Mercedes ML350 for regular maintenance.I found all the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Titan automotive is my go to spot for everything large and small for my car and truck. Mike the owner is a great guy, he will not up sell you to try and get more out of your pocket. He runs an honest business and is part of the reason of why he has such a crowded lot with many long time loyal customers.

I have been using Titan Automotive for several years now, and I have always been very satisfied with the services I receive there. Titan performs all of the Scheduled Maintenance on my vehicle. They keep me well appraised of what will be needed the next time I bring my truck in for service; and there are no surprises. Excellent value for my money.

Having a good and honest mechanic is, at times, as important as having a good and honest doctor. I can't speak for doctors, but Titan have been stellar in their work and transactions. Excellent work and if the vendor charges them less they pass the lower cost to you.

Titan Automotive has been our family's auto shop for perhaps 13-14 years. We have referred numerous people to Titan, because Mike and Pat and Dawn and the technicians always treat people as you would hope - with courtesy, attention to detail, and integrity. When our cars have issues, they take time to explain the problem, and provide the options for repair/replacement. They feel like family .

Honest and upfront about their service, and didn t try to sell me on unnecessary fixes. Came in impromptu with a cracked radiator and was out and on road in three hours. They were very kind and friendly and stuck to their time estimate. It s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but I would trust them with my car again.

Titan Automotive is the BEST. When another car repair shop told me I needed to rebuild my transmission - Titan Automotive found a simplier.. yet effective way.. to fix my transmission slipping issue. Titan Automotive is honest, trustworthy and have excellent mechanics and staff working there. I highly recommend Titan Automotive.

Good, honest service as usualI haven't been at Titan for a few years because I bought a new car and have been taking advantage of the dealership deals on oil changes and scheduled maintenance. Last oil change I was told by the dealer that my brakes, front and back, needed replacing. I don't let them do more than change oil and rotate tires, so I headed back to Titan where I know I will get straight talk. They checked my brakes and found that the front brakes needed replacement, not for the reason the dealership said (they said pads were at 3mm), rather because the right front pad had worn unevenly. If not for this, they would not have needed replacement. The back brakes have a year to two years more in them (are at 70%). They replaced the front brakes, they saved me $220 dollars that the dealership wanted to charge me to replace brakes that didn't need replacing. The service at Titan is honest, and reliable. I won't go anywhere else for repairs.

I am fairly new to Titan, but my daughter and granddaughter have been going there for many years. When my granddaughter had her car, they told her to bring it in whenever she felt anything was wrong, no appointment necessary. Since I have been going to Titan, I feel very confident in what they tell me; I know I can trust them. Had my car serviced this past week and they did what had to be done on my car. They go the extra mile as they discovered a light bulb was out and replaced it on my rear light. Whenever I have a question, I drive in and always get an explanation. I always tell people about Titan.

Was referred to titan by a friend 2 years ago. Have been taking my cars there since. They do great work and are honest with fair prices. It is nice to be able to take your car to a shop that you trust that you will not be taken advantage of.

We have been happily dealing with Titan for five years. I truly wish we had know about them sooner, our cars would be in even better shape of that I am sure! I want to thank all of the servicemen at Titan for their quick, polite and efficient service of my two vehicles. I know we are going to have a LONG relationship!

Called to get a price comparison to verify that the shop I had brought my car to was over-charging me. The person who answered (Eric) did not want to help, saying I could fax in my question and that they'd get to it when they get to it. Problem is I need to respond to the current shop asap with an answer on whether or not to work. Other problem is who the heck uses faxes any more? Clearly Titan is outdated and unlikely to fair well in a price comparison with a highly overpriced shop.
