I felt very welcome from the very first moment I walked in the door. I had recently visited two other tire and rims businesses and was treated horribly. Walking into 7 Day Tires I felt as if my business was important to them. Chris was able to help me make my decision on rims and tires that were exactly what I wanted. I love the way they look on my Jeep Wrangler!

I normally do not take the time to post reviews, but the service was so terrible that i felt the need to share my experience. I will never work with this business, or recommend them to anyone in the future. I had an emergency ( tire blew out) driving home from work. We pulled over at the local tire shop, and was immediately advised that because they close in 20-25 minutes they could not assist us. There was no one esle at the shop, and I explained that the tire was not safe to drive on and asked if there was any way to pay extra for the inconvenience. We were advised that they cannot assist, and were left stuck in the parking lot.

As a parent I am always concerned with my kids (daughter in college) having their cars checked and diagnosed. Tire Choice Auto Service Center provided my daughter with great service as if they were assisting their own daughters! This is our first experience with Tire Choice Auto and it wont be the last. This customer service was exemplary! Well done!

I took my car here thinking there was a nail on my tire at least that what I was told by my Range Rover dealership. The dealership wanted me to buy a new tire from them as they don t repair tires. I refused to buy one from them as my tire is still new. So I decided to take my car to Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Orange. Shaun was the manager in charged and showed me that there was no nail on my tire. He doubled check with his employee Andrew just to make sure. To make the story short, I didn t need to repair my tire. The caused of low tire pressure light notification was because I was traveling all the time and my car just sits in the garage. Thank you Shaun for your honesty. This is the place where I would take my car for service whenever I need to.

Shawn was awesome! Great customer service all around. He explained exactly what needed to be done thoroughly and did it fast. I got multiple quotes in the area and Tire Choice definitely has the best prices around!

Although you were very busy, you ensured we were back on the road again, with our tire repaired in super quick time. It meant so much to us as a family, over on a "Disney" holiday with our grandchildren, and short on time. Thank you, thank you, thank you , from your Aussie customers...

Excellent tire shop with courteous and helpful staff. They took care of me when I was down and out with a flat tire with a tough to find tire and needed urgent service. I would highly recommend.

I had a huge nail in my front tire and I took my car here and they were able to patch my tire quickly and efficiently. I m a single mom and had to take my newborn with me so I appreciate the quickness they fixed my tire. Now my car drives like I just put on a brand tire. They were very kind and didn t even charge me for the patch or service! We re understanding even when I needed to breast feed my son. I HIGHLY recommend this tire shop for all your car might need !!!

Had a confirmed appointment at 9:00 am - told mechanic didn't come in until 10 - returned - told work would take 45 minutes - took 2 hrs (2 tires, alignment) - not so much as an apology - - will not be back

This place is great! Patched a fire in a Sunday for free, and a week later did my brakes. Super professional and polite. Highly recommend.

This place is the best in the West! Oil changes here take about 45 min to an hour to complete, as they should since they let ALL the oil drain out. Unlike some of their competitors that do oil changes in 20 min. Customer service was great, I'll definitely be back for my next service. Thank you Henry you're the best!

I needed an alignment on my Jeep Wrangler desperately. I arrived a little earlier than what they had told me to come in at which was 9 AM, I arrived at 8:30am and was back on the road by 9:30am! They were fast, friendly, and my Jeep is back to driving perfectly. Or as perfectly as a Jeep can drive! The cost was great for the service that I received. Thanks guys!

Shop manager told me this afternoon that my wirl could be done.At 7pm told me they couldn't complete it and I was on my own for transportation to see my Dad in the hospital.In essence was stranded and Mgr refused to pay for transportation to get to the hospitalFwd to dec same issue reappeared and took my car else where..Obviously this Shop is a Disfunctional and disnt how how to fix cars and there customers.

Great service. I had a nail in the tire, not a big issue, but one that could take long depending on the severity of it. They immediately took me in despite closing soon, and did a fantastic job. I'd come back here again.Extremely reliable and helpful, and really grateful for how nice they were.

Came here for a Groupon oil change, was right on time for my appointment at 11:00 (yes, they require an appointment, you can t just drive in), but waited an hour before they even drove it in to a bay. Then it sat in the bay for 15 minutes. Didn t get out until 2:00. Extras amounted to an additional $18. I would not come back for an oil change, Valvoline or Jiffy faster (15-20 minutes) and slightly less. Maybe Trusted Goodyear is better with repairs and tires...Lastly, I ve got a temporary disability and they were parking cars to be serviced in the handicapped spot....overall a negative experience.

Man, these guys are life savers!!! Came in with a fat nail in my front tire. Dudes got me in and out in about 30 min. I know I need new tires but I ll tell you what. At no point did they try to up-sale me or guilt trip me into getting new tires on the spot. Did recommend it but never felt pressured. Thanks guys!!!!

This is a horrendous place. If you re considering doing anything to your car, go to places that respect your time. I had an appointment scheduled 4 days in advance and had to wake up early to bring my car in to find out they are short staffed but never bothered calling me to cancel my appointment. Staff are rude!!! Ralph and Shaun. I can see how this place is going down.

Everyone I spoke to here was super friendly. Sean went the extra mile to make sure my tire was replaced same day, even though it is a less common size. I'll definitely be back for future repairs.

I bought two new tires here and the whole process was quick and easy, even with them being busy at the time. Great customer service and quality work. They didn't try to upsell me anything and pointed out some routine maintenance that I need to take care of.I will definitely be back in the future!

I just had my oil changed and tired rotated at Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Orange. Awesome customer service and they were super fast getting me in and out! I'll definitely go back when I need my tires replaced in the next couple months.

I brought my car as it had several issues (engine overheating, serpentine belt issues, etc.). I worked with Rodger and he was so helpful! Very attentive to my needs, walked me through the repairs, and costs carefully, and was very kind. I will most certainly return to this center and ask to work with Rodger. Highly recommend.

I came in on a Monday morning to get my tire patched up and was told it would take 30-45 minutes. The staff there were working on a bunch of other cars so I figured the wait time would be longer. They ended up finishing in less than 30 minutes. Nice!George made my experience here smooth and efficient. Thank you!This service center will definitely be my top choice the next time I need anything.

Great support during holiday time. I was on 4th july vacation in Anaheim and noticed my car tire had air leak overnight. I visited the shop in the morning. They welcome me nicely and took care of it perfectly right away. Very nice people and highly recommended the place.
