I am very impressed and satisfied with SSR Performance. My truck was hit in a parking lot while I was inside shopping. SSR fixed the damage quickly and handled all of the payments through my auto insurance. My truck looks brand new again. These guys do quality work at a reasonable price and they make sure you are satisfied. They even took a look at the work a month later to verify that it s perfect. I couldn t be happier. I highly recommend Rich and his team at SSR Performance.

We recently had the pleasure of taking our car to SSR Autobody after getting rear ended and going through a frustrating insurance claim process. However, from the moment we contacted Richard Conner at SSR his responsive and empathetic approach immediately put us at ease. As an expert in the field, Richard educated us on the process and what to expect, and he was extremely patient with our questions, since this was our first experience with the claims process. I believe this is what truly sets SSR apart; their commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience!The end result is simply amazing! When we picked up our car, it was like driving a brand new vehicle off the lot! The exterior was flawlessly restored, and the interior was spotless. The meticulous workmanship they exhibited on every aspect of the repair was truly remarkable and it was evident that they take immense pride in their work and approach each repair like a work of art!So if you ever find yourself in need of auto repairs, I wholeheartedly recommend SSR! They turned an unfortunate situation into an incredibly positive experience. The quality of their work, their unwavering dedication to detail, and their excellent communication made all the difference. I brought my 2023 Toyota Supra to SSR Autobody to respray some panels (front bumper/trunk/rocker panel), and they're easily the best body shop I've ever worked with. The other shops I dealt with were unable to match the OEM Nitro Yellow paint and did a shoddy job overall, which left my panels with dirt under the clear coat and overspray everywhere on my car. SSR didn't only just respray the affected panels but went out of their way to remove the overspray! Was the paint match 100%? No, but I knew it was unreasonable for me to expect that without blending to the adjacent panels. They were very transparent about this too, so I knew to set my expectations accordingly. I'd say they got 95+% there, which is enough. To be clear, they were very open to respraying again if I wanted to! I made the call to keep it. They also didn't push me to spend more money than I needed to, which I appreciated.The customer service here is unrivaled. They'll genuinely take the time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions. Richard and Ben were amazing to work with, and I'm thankful that they were extremely patient with me. I know I'm a difficult customer compared to most because I'm overly picky with my car. I had a laundry list of issues with the exterior, and they addressed them all. They never made me feel bad for being picky though, unlike the other shops, and encouraged me to speak up if I felt something was off after the repair job was completed. My car has hands down never looked better.I've already recommended SSR to my friends and will definitely be coming back if I need any repairs done or mods installed. Thanks again, Richard and Ben!

If I could give more stars I would..I have a Mercedes Benz AMG GT and earlier this year I had gotten in an accident, a front end collision that damaged the entire front end of my car. Never been in an accident before I didn t know what to expect. I was referred to SSR Autobody by one of my closest friends since she had gotten her car repainted there before. And to say the least it was the best decision I could have made. Richard guided me through the entire process, understanding how it is to go through this process for the first time. He continuously gave me updates throughout the entire repair process, and communicated with the Insurance companies along side me to get as much go our way as possible. Within a few months my car was looking like new.It s always scary not knowing how to navigate yourself through a situation but company s like these are giving me faith to let go sometimes and let others take the wheel. Thank you Richard and your entire team, can t thank you guys enough!

I had an accident where the front suspension components were bent and damaged, I had a lot of back and forth, time consuming, frustrating trouble with the first body shop I had it taken to. I decided to take my vehicle to SSR Autobody and everything went amazing! Not only were they able to fix everything in just a matter of weeks, they were able to complete the repair prior than the expected completion date, right before my birthday. The communication with Leslee and Richard was spot on and amazing, very thorough and friendly staff. SSR Autobody was able to get my suspension back to feeling brand new and my alignment specs spot on again. I will continue to recommend others to SSR Autobody with any accidents you may have. No matter what car you may have involved in an accident, do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here they will make sure to get you right.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

SSR gives unmatched service! Jack was very responsive and flexible when it came to dropping off and picking up the car.We have a 2018 Subaru Impreza. It had a deep scratch and dent from the back quarter panel to the driver side mirror. They were able to have my car repaired and painted within a week.The time didn't seem to be an issue, the car looks perfect and like the day we bought it. I highly recommend this shop. Since 2020, my experiences with both SSR Autobody & Performance for my BMW e92 M3; continues to be overall very favorable for both service offerings.This includes repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting gremlins .Customer Service - Rich(Autobody), Mark (performance) and Shah (Owner) have proven to be engaging, communicative, fair and consistent.Recommended!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've never been in a car accident and SSR Autobody helped me step by step. I have a 2007 Honda S2000 and they care about my car like it was their own, they even put in gas when I dropped my car off empty because I was in a rush! If you are looking for a professional honest group of car enthusiasts, this is your place! I couldn't be more happier with their service, they really will take care of you and your car!

SSR Autobody was the only shop I could trust with my Aston Martin DB11. They specialize in rare and exotic cars, but they obviously treat every vehicle with detail and care. They also worked extremely diligently for months with insurance and the manufacturers to get the required high quality parts. They kept my car under tender and ran it every week to keep the fluids running properly. They truly understand how to care for difficult vehicles.The end results were stunning and simply incredible, the car looks brand new. The paint match (extremely difficult) and fit of the parts looks perfectly stock.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Wow doesn't even come close to describingprofessionalism I experienced. Richard, Leslee and crew are too notch. My 2018 Silverado got damaged by Valley driver and now you can't even tell period my truck looks brand new again. I'm so happy with their performance that My daughter's car is there right now after an attempted auto theft Did a lot of damage to the driver's side and steering column. This is my second time sending my Audi RS7 to SSR Autobody. On each occasion they completed phenomenal work on my car. As a bonus, they gave my car a full detail. Hopefully I don t get in another accident, but if I do, I don t have to worry where to send my car. Jack provided me with regular updates and was willing to answer all of my questions. I can t stress enough how important it is to find a body shop that cares just as much about your car as you do.

I had a great experience with SSR Autobody. Jack and Chris were a pleasure to work with and my BMW looked brand new when they were finished. It only took them 2 weeks to repair a car I thought would be a total loss. On top of that, they detailed my car before releasing it back to me. 5/5 stars for SSR. The only body shop worth your time.

Great overall service from the SSR Autobody. My experience lands mostly on the performance side of the spectrum, and they did not disappoint. My BMW 328i has honestly never looked better. Jack and Chris made me feel welcome and their assurances throughout the process definitely turned out to be true. If you re looking for some necessary improvements to your sports car, I wouldn t take a car anywhere else.

Over the course of my time spent as an SSR Autobody customer I felt nothing but appreciated. Jack and Chris constantly made me feel like my car was the only car at their shop. I spoke with either Jack or Chris almost every single day my car was in the shop. They could have easily not picked up and ignored me but instead they decided to make me feel special. SSR Autobody is the only shop I would ever recommend!

So happy to see Shah and he's team continue to grow. I've been taking my BMW 335i to SSR for years and now my 911. Their customer service and quality of work is top notch. When I hit some debris on the freeway in my 335i and found out they had expanded with body shop services I knew exactly where I was taking my car to get repaired.

I was referred to SSR Autobody by one of my friends from college. He had really good things to say about them and highly recommended their services so I thought I should give them a try. Boy! Was he spot on. You would never think that your crashed car would end up leaving a body shop better than it was before the crash! My bmw was not only restored to pre-collision condition but improved on from their. I gave SSR a laundry list of noises, issues, problems I was having with my car. They told me they would fix all of them and they did. I m truly speechless when it comes to describing my love for my new favorite shop.

I spent a week at another body shop (who s name will not be mentioned) before moving my car over to SSR. Within minutes I understood the vast difference between a normal body shop, and SSR. My car was a definite total loss but the initial shop never picked up the phone, never responded to my messages, and eventually required me to come in in order to get my car back. SSR was communicative, succinct and most importantly, working in my best interest. For all future accidents I ll be going to SSR Autobody.

I had only been in California for two weeks and someone backed into my car from a half block away. SSR was recommended to me by someone I followed on Instagram. Why not right? Everyone there is beyond professional, they took great care with my baby and got her even better than before. These guys really know how to run a body shop. My BMW was vandalized. Dents and scratches across the whole car. SSR walked me through the entire process of dealing with my insurance. They answered all of my questions and gave me back my car, fully repaired, in 2 weeks. Christian and Jack had my back from the jump and returned my car in perfect condition. Would highly recommend to any other BMW owners.

This was my first time being involved in an accident and I really didn t know anything about dealing with insurance companies/the whole repair process. SSR Autobody made this experience super easy and educational. My 2016 Mercedes C63 AMG looked unrepairable after my collision but Jack and Chris made it look better than new. I recommend SSR Autobody to anybody that wants to repair their car completely stress free. I ll be sending all my future business to them.

WOW!! What a joy it is having a collision center you can trust. SSR Autobody exceeded my expectations by a mile. My beemer was involved in a fender bender a couple weeks ago and I was dreading having to deal with another body shop with zero credibility. Boy was I wrong! When I first walked into SSR, Jack greeted me and concisely explained the exact steps he would take to repair my vehicle. Not only did he do everything he said he would do, but he also surprised me by returning my car several days before his initial ETA. A+ body shop!!

Huge shoutout to my boys over at SSR!!!They treated me like I was their most important customer throughout the repair process. Even though I had a million questions and concerns Jack made me feel confident in my body shop selection. I can t imagine going anywhere else. They have a full staff of automotive technicians that specialize in German vehicles. Despite this, they did a phenomenal job on my Lexus.

My 2015 BMW 650i was involved in a head on collision with damages to the front bumper and engine bay. After the accident my car wouldn t turn on and the front bumper was completely detached. I thought my car would total without a doubt. SSR not only repaired my car back to pristine condition but also taught me how to deal with my insurance company. I learned a lot and love the car they returned to me.

Theres too many good things to say about the work that SSR does. They give all of their cars so much care. My 4 series was no exception. I tried detailing the scratches on my left door but when I went to them they told me I would have to get a full repaint. I said that a paint job would be out of my budget. Instead of telling me to leave they worked with me to make sure I could afford the cost. My car looks brand new now!

Several weeks ago I had my car broken into and vandalized. It was my first time being in a situation like that and I really had no idea what I was supposed to do. Thanks to SSR, I had no reason to worry. Jack answered all of my questions about insurance, repairs, you name it. I didn t have rental coverage on my policy and SSR offered to pay for half of the bill! This was huge because I commute to work every day. I learned so much about how to talk to and handle insurance companies. Within 2 weeks they handed me back my baby with no trace of the damages that had occurred. A++++ job!

I had a great experience with SSR Autobody. I ve been a SSR Performance customer for the past several months and recently had my windshield broken on my Maserati. Jack handled everything and returned my car back to me within a day.

Brought my s2000 in for a windshield replacement, and SSR Autobody was able to get more than just that, they were able to refinish my front end, new windshield, and a new soft top as well! Super stoked with the end result. Big shoutout to Jack. He's your go too guy, he will take care of you!
