Today after work I decided to stop and get gas, conveniently there was a shell gas station down the street, I stop there and pump $25. I leave, but I got this funny feeling after leaving so I checked my bank. Low and behold, $72 charge on my card for gas at this shell, I turn around to go and ask why I was charged that amount. Upon returning, the clerk or manager was outside and said he'd be right with me (he was outside cleaning and the door to go inside was locked), I show him the charge on my account and ask why I was charged that amount after only paying $25. His response was that I'd have to take it up with my bank, I held my ground and continued to question why I was charged that amount, then he said and I quote " its just pending, it'll be back in 1-2 days". I explain to him that I don't have 1-2 days and that its an inconvenience to have to wait for my money to be back in my account because I did not spend that amount, he restated that its just pending and will be back in 1-2 days so I asked for a receipt for the $25 I paid on the pump and informed him that I will be disputing the charge and left. Less than 5 minutes later, I check my bank and the money is back in my account. I find it suspicious that after I went in to confront him my money was instantly back on my card even after him stating that it would be 1-2 days. Something about the whole situation is suspicious, not sure if the charge was a pre-authorization charge but I've never seen a preauthorization charge for that amount on gas. Please check your bank statements before leaving this gas station, I really hope they aren't taking peoples hard earned money, the whole situation ruined my night. I will not being going back here.

Car wash doesn't come with soap. If you pay for the basic package according to the guy working the register, it doesn't come with soap. Even when i pointed out the sign says wash, rinse, and dry. He said "nosoap". I asked him when he washes his clothes, does he use soap? What a joke, I'll never go back again.

Fast, efficient gas pumps, plenty of room, fair prices. Limited selection of to-go items.

High prices for gas in this area. The automated car wash was running but the spray didn't have any soap in it. It ended up just pushing the dirt around on my car. The drier at the end of the wash did a terrible job. And finally the vacuum machine for cleaning the interior was broken. Do not use this car wash.

This place is awesome The cheapest carwash in Orange County. I have solar panels on the roof of my van and this is the only car wash that doesn't blow them completely off the top of my vehicle.

What can I tell you about Shell gas station for a single mother who's always driving around everywhere because of work I always use Shell gas station and I'll tell you why no matter what time it is day or night and since I normally work a morning and a night shift for single woman they're clean there's and they're safe does it get any better than that hell no

Guy late at night purposely takes his time so that you can leave before he can help you. Complained about it to him and he gave me less gas than I paid and refused to come back to the door.

Good gas station. Clean, and no talking advertisements while you re pumping gas. Will definitely be back.

No restroom.... really have to go and need gas, but will put gas at a station with public restroom instead.

I think this a good Shell station, and like the employees,,,,but,,,,right now the prices are TOO HIGH,,,,

It's a Shell. They work, have good gas, quick, and no issues. My preferred brand.
