Alma Pacheco in operations/scheduling is highly communicative and willing to go the extra mile to keep her customers informed. Jesus, the automotive technician repairing the 3 oil leaks on my Infiniti g35, performed first class service. He took care of the issues the first time, and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Stadium Nissan for any of your car needs.

Wanted to give some feedback on the excellent service I received last week. I took my 78 Yr. old mother's 2017 Rogue in for repairs. Arturo was extremely patient with my mom, he explained everything that need to be addressed as well as future service. My mother is a little difficult as she is close 80 years old but with customer service like Arturo's it makes a world of difference. We will continue to use Stadium Nissan as our repair facility as well as any future new car needs.

Making the appointment was very easy online and we were very pleased with the service. Our service advisor Giovanni Valerio was excellent. He was very professional and helpful. We had various services performed on my car; we thought the price was reasonable for all the services performed. I would recommend Stadium Nissan.

I went in for an oil change and brake pad change/router resurfacing. Staff is extremely friendly and very professional. I was prepared to wait out a couple hours to have the services completed but they offered to shuttle me home. Big plus. Service took about 3 hours which was alot quicker then I had anticipated. Will definitely be coming back for future services.

Really great service here. Came in for an oil change got a great deal. Also loved how the service tech sent me a video of a few things they noticed with my car. Very helpful to actually see what they are talking about instead of just hearing it since I m not to knowledgeable with parts of cars. Makes me feel like they care.

I had an emergency situation where my car was shaking. I took it to Stadium Nissan, where I always take my car for service, and the problem was checked. I was told a cylinder needed replacement. I was also told I could replace the one bad cylinder or have all of them replaced. I opted to have them all replaced. Arturo, my service representative, explained the benefits of having all cylinders replaced. My car was repaired in a few hours. I was very pleased.

I went in for my regular advantage care maintenance appointment. I needed to change my air filter and cabin filters which was recommended on my last visit. Eddie applied a 15% discount that I had been emailed and the technician noticed my battery needed to be replaced. They replaced the battery at no charge since it was still under warranty. I was extremely pleased when I found out it wasn't going to cost me anything. I think this was the best visit I have had in a long time.

I would not give this business any stars, but I had no choice! Worst experience ever!! Our under-warranty Nissan broke down in California so we took it to Stadium Nissan for assistance. The service manager was the most unhelpful person ever! He stated that the repair could take two weeks to two months due to a part shortage. However, when asked to provide a rental, which is part of my warranty, he refused because he didn't know how long it would take to repair, which to me is ridiculous since it is paid for through my warranty. The service manager could careless that the car and my children would be stuck in a state they did not live in. Basically, his answer was that it was not his fault or his problem. I spoke with my dealer in Arizona who immediately found the part. When the service manager in Arizona spoke with the manager in California, again he was faced with no assistance, no logical answers, and actually refused to call him back. Needless to say, I had to pay to have the UNDER-WARRANTY vehicle brought back to Arizona. The vehicle arrived on Monday and the intake manifold was replaced by Tuesday.As a parent I am outraged by the in humane way the Service Manager at Stadium Nissan treated my family. The only positive is a service tech by the name of Alma, who was kind and compassionate to the situation even though when she sought assistance from her manager, he blatantly did NOTHING! I would take my car anywhere before ever returning to Stadium Nissan, who in my opinion owes me money for having to have my warrantied vehicle brought back to Arizona to have the repair done, at my expense!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Twice I unsuccessfully attempted to redeem my AdvantageCare prepaid oil change at West Coast Toyota. There was an admin issue after I transferred the contract from my Corolla to my Frontier. Someone at West Coast Toyota told me to redeem at Stadium Nissan. While the contract transfer remained a technical hurdle, I explained the situation to Giovanni and he made sure my Frontier got an oil change. Big thank you to Giovanni for exceptional customer care.

This is my 3rd Maxima I have been going to Stadium for. This was first service on my new 2023 Maxima. I had purchased Advantage Care when I bought the vehicle and there was a little mix up when I came in for service. But sales dept was on top of it and not delays.

I went to Stadium Nissan as part of recall fix of the key fob. They checked the car and found a long list of things that needed to be done. It was about $5000. The ignition key folded down into the fob. The fix was to make the key stationary. Now, the key and fob are obnoxiously big. It won't fit into my pocket or purse. As far as repairs, my mechanic fixed everything for $2,200. I will not go back for any more Nissan recall fixes.

Can I give ZERO stars? As usual, everything is all screwed up. The Driver's Seat is still not 100% fixed. The Driver's Window operates differently now. They had my car for a whole week and didn't bother to wash it.

Had my 2020 NV200 serviced today. Danny provided me with all the necessary info and exceptional customer service in a timely manner. David's expert advice on the tires was highly appreciated as well. What was also pleasant was driving info the service area in the morning and seeing smiling technicians warmly welcoming me and my van. Thank you. I'll be back in a couple of months.

The technician was informative and helpful but apparently they how mechanics who don't know how to tighten everything on the battery. 2 days after getting a new battery I had to Uber to and from work because my car wouldn't start. It was an easy fix but I won't get the 50 dollars back I had to spend because of their incompetence.

I had always liked this dealership for their customer service, however today I dealt with a different service advisor and the attitude of nonempathy shown and provided was uncalled for.In May of 2022 the mechanical issues were recorded in their system, today after the oil change the same mechanical issues were given to me.I have an extended warranty and apparently I have to bring in my car one more time for them to take pictures, mind you they just sent me a video and pictures of the stuff that needs to be fixed today!I asked Arturo if they can just submit those pictures since it is the same thing since May and he just confirmed today that needs to get fixed also to check and see if the rental is covered. Arturo declined and said no you car needs to be here and more pictures taken. I explained that I live in Riverside, can't take time off and have to have transportation to take my son to school. I explained it didn't make since why I would have to bring in my car for more pictures one more time if they just took some today and can take more today to submit claim to my extended warranty on Monday, he didn't like my response and his attitude changed, also concerned of me being able to get a rental and I know my warranty should pay for it. I asked Arturo to please work with me due to the distance and the circumstances, his response was I have to make sacrifices and became rude.I will never come back to get serviced here and will advise my relatives of the same.Something that could have been simple and worked with became such a hassle.Another service advisor told me courtesy rentals are not a thing here anymore, once again my rental should be covered through my extended warranty as stated on their contract.I would advice to provide more training on customer service and knowledge on how they word things, the service advisors are not doing us a favor it is their job and that is what they are getting paid for to provide a good customer service, the correct information and not to have a arrogant attitude!!!Service: Oil change

How can I trust any work they did when the rotated tires , said checked and made all air pressure the same , but they lied , went in 1 tire had 33lbs , left that 1 tire still had the same , they said they did all , so I cam trust any work that was performed when they lie about that !!
