This location is terrible all they do is lie, waited 3 weeks for a loaner and to not get an updated model vehicle. Roleen tried too belittle clients also very disrespectful do not recommend for service.

They had an oil change and lube special I had my volt taken care if by them. Must of been training special because the oil drain was over 50 nm (the specs of 14 nm are stamped on the pan!) and I had to do the screwdriver punch to get the filter off and replace the drain plug after using a boot gripStaff was courteous but the "mechanics" used impact tools on everything.Edit to 1 star as noone should of tightened and took 4 hours to remove it without damage.

Stay away from Elizabeth. Nothing but lies.If you get stuck with her in the rotation when you bring your car or truck in, do yourself a big favor and request another service writer.

Wow I heard so many great things about this place. Where to start, after my oil change my tire light was still on because they didn't fill them up, something done standard on oil changes. I had to bring the vehicle back and they still didn't air the tires up to the correct psi ? They promised to wash the car they. They did not do that either. The people I encountered there were very unfriendly and made it seems like they were doing me a favor vs their job. Was just looking for a regular good oil change. Worst dealership experience I've ever had. I will think twice before returning . Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

First time taking my car to the dealer for work. Decent experience. A little on the high end in terms of price but I would say it's definitely worth the extra if you can budget it.Plus you have some peace of mind it'll be done correctly. Staff was nice as well.

Brought in my 07 Hummer May 2022 as check engine light was on.Had to do with the transmission. They said that I am going to either need a torque converter or a transmission!!!!!! I called around for different prices which were between $2,800 and $3,500. I received a call back from Selman Chevrolet. They said that it just needed transmission fluid.:)Originally went here because someone told me to go to Selman because they were honest. True statement. Thank God there is a dealership that you can trust. I own Polar Bear Heating and Air and we are the same way.We will NEVER take advantage of anyone. Old fashioned values and honesty is the best policy. Word of mouth is so important.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had to get my HVCS in my volt reset due to low coolant, every other dealership (5 different ones) wanted to charge me $150+ to freaking plug in a computer and click reset. Luckily I went to Selman Chevy for the reset and I was in and out in 30 seconds for free. I REALLY appreciate it! I've used Selman for Sales+Service+Collision and they've been great in every instance. Go here is straight answers, fair prices and on time service!

They always seemed overwhelmed. They tell me they are doing things they don't like order a part, or wash my car, and now a year out from ordering one part, i came in and they replaced it with the wrong one. I lease from here and don't think i would do it again even for The great price because of the honesty issues, with a car dealership, who would have guessed?! The collision center stole items from my car when my car got keyed and i brought it in. My partner and i were infuriated, especially when they only said sorry and gave us $100. Not a fun experience at all. Another reason why i hate working with dealerships.

My new (to me) 2016 Corvette purchased last month at a different dealership developed a rough idle, lit up the check engine light, and threw a couple messages on the dash about the rear axle and stabilitrak needing to be serviced... Selman's service staff quickly diagnosed & repaired the problem which turned out to be a bad O2 sensor. I was very pleased with the service at Selman Chevrolet and will definitely think of them first for any future service needs.

This is the worst dealership in Southern California, supposedly fixed the vehicle 5k miles ago, was told by Chevy/GM to take the vehicle back to this dealership because they worked on it originally, this dealership wouldn't even look at the vehicle again, pathetic customer service that is extremely rude and inconsiderate
