My Tesla had a slow leak and I found a construction screw in a tire. I put in a Tesla service request and explained it was just a screw in the tire and needed a plug. But no, Tesla want to give me a new tire for $500 (4/4/2024 price)! Called Santiago Hills Car Care and they said to bring it in. Arrived and in fifteen minutes they fixed it and the price was very reasonable. It made my day and I'll be going back for tires when it's time.

Rami is the goat. Before i buy a new car i always take it to him soo he can tell me if I m buying a lemon or not. He is super friendly and always explains things in an easy way to understand. Everyone there is always nice to me. Highly recommend!!

Great customer service. The owner is very nice and kind and I appreciate the great work. Thank you for taking care of me and my Jaguar, RammiI m always a little nervous going into a car shop witha fancy car but I needed some help. They were honest and very helpful. My bill was a lot lower than I thought. I would highly recommend this shop. They are busy but guess why because they are good, honest and definitely worth it!! Very professional, experienced mechanic, and work was done timely! Very clean and comfortable waiting area. Owner (Rami) was very informative and courteous! I will definitely return for more work on my cars.

I have been going to Santiago Hills Auto since moving to this area 18 years ago. I put in a very positive review many years ago when the manager at the time was Bill. Rami Sobh took over management when Bill left and I have to say Rami and his wonderful staff are absolutely terrific. Not only are they extremely efficient and knowledgeable, they are just good people. Whenever I take my car in I know that Rami and staff will do a fantastic job at the fairest price. I feel they genuinely care that car is in great condition as they re utmost concern is my safety. I trust and like this shop so much I would never go to any other auto repair shop! I moved to the neighborhood recently. Had a flat tire. Google searched for the nearest shop to fix the tire. Found this place. Super nice staff. The manager, Rommi was so pleasant and friendly. My flat tire was fixed immediately. I couldn t believe that he didn t charge me. I insisted to pay, but he said because I m a new neighbor he likes to do it for free. It s not about the money, it s the character that counts. I m glad I have a trustable shop nearby just in case. I have already recommended this place to my neighbors and local friends.

This is the best place to take your car. Rommi is honest, saves you as much money as he can and the shop does high quality work. We take all our cars to Santiago and love that we can always get the car cleaned before we pick it up too!

A++++ / Top Notch service!! Can't thank enough!!! I showed up last week at closing, keys in hand and the business was on lock down. I was in desperate need of help. The horrible Santa Ana winds that day blew the hood of my trunk off track and I had a rope tied around my car to keep it closed. Everyone stayed and I had 3 guys fixing my car in the parking lot. It was fixed and I was on my way in 10 min. I couldn't be more grateful. ( and my husband takes our cars there all the time, and he always receives this kind of quality service )

This place is under new management and ownership for about a year now. Fantastic service. Manager Rami and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I go there when my 3 cars need service. A ++.

This is large facility with complete auto repair and smog check. I had my car washed after the smog test.
