I was looking on Google for a high rated auto body/ paint matching shop and found Precision Collision. I went in because I needed a couple of pieces paint matched for my front bumper that was going to be installed two days later. They gave me an estimate and told me they could have it done by the end of the day! Super fair pricing and great customer service! Paint match came out perfect! It looks factory. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs something painted

I have BMW, and I got involved in a fender bender,My current auto insurance referred me to a repair shop that they work with. They kept my vehicle for about 2 months, because of a part that they had to order from Germany. Finally they say vehicle was ready, upon picking up my vehicle this shop did such a bad job. I gave them 3 chances to repair my vehicle to the original standards but they failed 3 times.Then I found Precision Collision, they really came through and fixed all the mistakes from the other shop.I would recommend them to my family and friends.Ask for the owner Gibson and he will take care of your car repairs the first time.Thank you guys.Service: Painting

I ve been a long time customer of gibsons for my F250 and Mazda 3. I ve brought in my mazda multiple times for suspension work as well as repairing my frame. I thought I was going to be in about $6000 but I walked out the door with about $2500 in repairs for all the suspension work and it was ALOT. Gibson showed me every single item, explained in full detail what was wrong with it, what he replaced, how much it costs, and why it s important to replace. I never gotta worry about wasting money and I wouldn t take my car anywhere else, I only want Gibson working on it so that he understands what s up with it. I brought my truck to another shop once and it was a nightmare and all I thought about was I wish I brought it to Gibson lol!! It s taken me more than 2 years to leave a review. Thanks Gibson for everything!

I never used a body shop before so I had no clue what I was doing. I researched on the internet for estimates to the damage on my car, and found that Precision Collision gave me the lowest estimate of them all. Gibson was attentive and answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job replacing my bumper and the paint job is phenomenal.. They even buffed out a few scuffs that were not part of the bumper itself! The car looks brand new again! I will definitely take it back to them for dents and scratches that need attention, in the future.

Taking my car to Precision Auto Collision for collision repair was the best choice. Not only did they take their time and inspect every detail of my repairs, they were extremely professional and courteous. I picked up my truck a few days later from the damage that was done and boy was I impressed with all the auto repair and new paint. Everything that had been smashed and needed dent removal and replacement was flawless, the paint was as perfect as it could get. I highly recommend Precision Collision in Orange for all body work and paint. VERY impressive. 10 Stars!!

I have a late model Corvette that needed a lot of fiberglass body repair. When a friend told me about the great work Precision Collision did on his Corvette Body Repair I knew I would be in good hands. I took the car over and went over all the details, I felt really good about the choice to come here. The level of knowledge and professionalism was very comforting. In a short time my car was done and it is beautiful. I have to brag about this shop on here because they really know what their doing when it comes to Corvette body repair and fiberglass repair.

I'm from Ohio and my car had some rust underneath the car and the shop still agreed to work on it. My insurance company was a pain but the people at Precision Collision were super friendly, helpful and kept me updated almost everyday. I am so thankful for Robert, Gibson and Bobbi and others for their great work on my vehicle. Will go back if I need anything fixed. BEST SHOP AROUND!!!!

We ve been patiently waiting 3 months now for my mothers corvette to be painted & I feel that because my mother is a nice person, she is being put on the back burner, while other cars come in and out. Here the summer has begun and it will be winter by the time she gets her car back. I m not saying there work is bad, i saying that it s been long enough, and to get it done, that way i can change my review.Service: Painting

I am currently restoring a 56 Chevy Truck, it had some body rust and a few dents that needed to be fixed. I also was looking for a great auto body paint shop. I called a few places and just got the feeling they would slap some bondo on my truck and didn't want to go that route. I called Precision Collision Auto Body and felt like I could really trust this place. Upon going down to the auto body center I was greeted like a valued customer by the owner. We reviewed all the ideas I had and came to a welcomed agreement. My truck looks beautiful because I searched a professional shop who has years in auto body repair. I really pays to go to the professionals like the people at Precision Collision, if you want the best auto body repair you have to go to the best auto body repair.

When your car is damaged you want the best possible auto body repair shop to fix everything and make your vehicle new again. After being slammed into by another car I was already shaken up and didn't need the aggravation of an auto body shop that would not provide quality service. Precision Collision was such a great choice that I feel its necessary to post here so that if you are looking for the BEST in auto repair you may feel inclined to give this company a call. Their work is really good and professional. I doubt I could have found a better shop.

I needed my car fixed but I was on budget. I had received estimates from four other body shops and they were all extremely over priced. I finally went to Precision Collision and received an estimate that was literally 60% cheaper than all the other places! It was well within my budget and I was so relieved. The repair cost was so affordable and it was ready in only 3 days! When I went to pick up the car one of the back lights wasn't working so I notified them and they told me to bring it back. They replaced the bulb and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work; which I was! I will definitely recommend this body shop to any and everyone... Excellent prices and service!

When I brought my damaged truck over to Precision Collision I was with the thought that no matter what my truck would never be the same. The frame was bent and most of the side had a lot of damage. I spoke with the owner in great detail and actually felt very comfortable with the solutions that were offered. It took a while to get done, there was a lot to do and I didn't want 1/2 way work.Whey they called a few weeks later for me to pick up the truck I wasn't prepared for what I got back. My truck look great, it was in pristine condition. Seriously I did not expect it to look tat good. Great job! Great service. Thank you!

I needed a lot of body work done on my Ford Ranger, it's old and still runs great. I wanted the best body repair for my budget. Having Precision Auto Collision do the job was the best decision. My truck looks great, it's paid for and I hope to get another 100 k miles out of it.

Recently relocated from a one story house to a two story house and I can tell you my favorite part of the two story setup is being able to view the freshly painted roof of my truck every single day - it looks SO GOOD. The team at Precision Collision was professional, efficient, provided very competitive rates, and overall seemed like good people - that's worth something these days! I needed a lot of TLC for my car the paint was peeling and just a mess. Jason the owner of Precision Collision Orange took very good care of my vehicle and in a very short time my car was repainted and looks new again. They are honest in pricing and do great work.

Precision does excellent work. It's very hard to find a auto body shop that doesn't cut corners and jack up prices. At Precision they are straight forward with thier estimates and always top quality work. I've had 3 of my cars here and always quality work done on them and great service. The owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to bring my cars here without a doubt and have the reinsurance my vechiles will be treated as if they were thier own. No cheap cutter corners here.

Mr Gibson was super cool and professional. He did a thorough inspection of the damage done to my vehicle. A quote was written up quickly while I waited, it was very detailed in the work to be performed and the cost. At this point still getting estimates, but look like a capable shop to perform the repairs needed.

I'm so happy with the repairs to my car! Precision Collision is the best auto repair shop and auto body shop in all of Orange. I was really upset when my car was in an accident and had a lot of damage. Now having the best auto body shop in Orange fix it, it's like the accident never happened. Really happy with Precision Collision and all the great people who work here.

I have a beautiful boat with custom paint, when it became damaged on one of our trips I was really beside myself. Not only did I need to find a pro at fiberglass, I wanted to have the paint match the rest without noticing there was a big repair. Now I'm not easy to impress so when I tell you that Precision Collision did an amazing job with such perfection, I'm not exaggerating one bit. They had to color match so many different areas because of the detail I knew this wasn't going to be easy. WOW and WOW I'm really happy. Thank you to everyone at Precision Collision!! Your the best.

I had an amazing experience here and I didn't even get my car worked on. It goes to show the kind of people that own and operate Precision Collision.They were extremely helpful in helping me assess my totaled car and went out of their way to ensure I properly "junked" my car.Ryan's the best! This place is awesome for the best auto body repair! I was so upset when I wrecked my truck, but after my great experience with Precision Collision my truck now looks better than ever. I'm currently restoring an old Chevy, I now know that I will be taking it to Precision Collision for the expert painting I know they do.

I have been coming to Precision Collision for years, they are the best in auto body repair in all of Southern California. Jason the owner will review each and every detail of repair with you so there is no confusion or misunderstanding. Everything that needs attention is always addressed. I really respect this shop they really go out of their way to make sure all their customers are completely happy.

These guys saved me when I had a flat tire. They showed up quickly, were super nice and got me back on the road in no time. A couple of months later I got into an accident and had my car repaired there. They did a really great job and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. They are awesome and I won't hesitate to go to them the next time I need to.

I have been going to Precision Collision Auto Body Centers for a very long time. They are Tops when it comes to auto body repair. I really like that they have paint booth rentals. There have been times that I have used their facility for auto painting. The booths are well maintained and very reasonable. Jason is a real professional when it comes to auto body repair, he has decades in the business and knows how to make an unfortunate auto collision look like brand new again. I highly recommend Precision Auto Collision.

I normally don't write reviews, however I am so completely impressed with the body work that was done on my car that I just had to write about it. I had several areas of rot and body damage to my collector car I didn't want to have someone just throw a bunch of bondo on it so, I wanted a professional. I certainly came to the right place when I came to Precision Collision, they did a beautiful job on my car and the pain is flawless. Thank you!!!

Had a string of bad luck. I had 4 accidents 13 months apart (luckily none where my fault) fast friendly service always got my van back looking better than before the accident. Everyone in have sent there where pleased as well.I do miss his calendar.

Bad customer service. Won't honor "totally satisfied" slogan on shop window. Used expensive ($1000), cheap, embarrassing Fast and Furious HID replacement headlights instead of "factory OEM parts" as stated on company Facebook page. Prior to work done, I sent email links from US and local vendors that carry replacement Original Equipment Manufacturer headlights from the Japanese Domestic Market. Precision Collision never called/emailed me to say that they couldn't find "a replacement." When I asked why they didn't instead use OEM United States Domestic Market replacement parts, they didn't have an answer. Instead pushed the blame to my father-in-law who "authorized the parts" while I was out of town.To remedy, I asked for OEM replacement parts. They offered to get me a quote. Won't refund, resale, or exchange the inferior products it put on my car (nevermind replacing the rare OEM JDM parts I had on there in the first place). So, no, I do NOT want a quote. I want you to fix YOUR MISTAKE and YOUR BAD PRACTICE. And since only ONE of my OEM JDM headlights was broken, I want the one headlight that was NOT broken.Issues: Bad customer service over phone; doesn't honor company slogan or the practices it identifies on its own company profile; scammed and overcharged the cash-paying private party that wrecked my car in the first place (is this what Precision Collision does to you or the other party's insurance company?); used expensive (4x more than OEM) and inferior parts; has the nerve to ask me if I want another quote.Receives 1 star out of 5 because the actual work performed was merely satisfactory.
