This location had two chairs to sit in while waiting and one of them was outside of the building. This is the one inside. Pretty sad wouldn't you say? I run a business. I know what fresh eyes can see. Yall should try to get fresh eyes in every location once in a while. For what this location charges for an oil change ($110, $80+ after on line discount). One would expect a great deal more. I'm sure the work was professional, but the dealership would have cost about the same. Employees not exactly friendly, but professional.

The amount of time estimated did not match how long everything took. I made an appointment but it did not appear to make a difference on when service started. Was told on drop off that I would wait for the service and be walking around the nearby area while I wait. Never got a call like I was told, instead came back almost 2 hours later to hear it had not been started. Was told the oil change and inspection would take 2 hours from that point at which time I would receive a call and maybe take an additional 3 hours for brake services as needed. I waited 3 hours with no word, and when I call I am told it was just finishing oil change and promised the brakes could be done in an hiur and a half. I finally got a call from the shop without having to call myself but it was over 2 hours later. Better communicating would have been appreciated at the least.

I am always treated with courtesy at Pep Boys on Katella Ave. Orange, CA. I have always relied upon Diego on the front desk in this facility as he makes sure that all maintenance work on my 2006 Lincoln is provided - this helps keep my aging car in tip top condition for, hopefully, years to come. I highly recommend this particular Pep Boys.

I had a nail in my tire and Diego was an angel. Not only was he very professional and gave me the facts and details regarding this ugly nail in my tire, which was very close to the edge. Meaning I needed a completely new tire. he also displayed the most compassionate demeanor towards me and super kind and carrying. He's very positive and made every attempt to lift my spirit. What a wonderful man you ate Diego!!!!

I have been coming to my neighborhood Pep Boys for over 25 years. The people have changed and so has the quality of service.However, I think they have the right team in place again. Diego and Daniel have been a pleasure to work with, and exactly who I would want representing my company.

Couldn t have asked for better service and pricing. Diego worked on my car and kept consistent communication to me throughout the whole process. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very patient explaining everything to me that needed to be done replacing my brakes. Thank you Diego!!

Great job, I needed an emergency brake job done while I was at work. Jorge took me in right away while showing concern for my safety, he and his team handled the job professionally and expediently. I totally recommend this store to anyone who needs quick and professional work done on their vehicles

I went because my car needed a new headlight. I made an appointment. When I showed up ( a little early) I was received by Jorge/ George" I think that was his name. He was alone taking care of the phone, running inside with papers to deliver to the mechanics , and taking care of the front desk. I m a very observant person. People started to come in and he was able to manage alone the work of three people. I said to him : You should be getting paid for three not for one person. He smiled. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, he also was scolded by a man , very impatient and rude. He didn t react to the "attack", professional to the bone, he took care of the disrespectful customer and continued with his job. People like him, makes customers to come back.Thank you ( you deserve a raise)Adriana Cabrera

I have been using this Pep Boys in Orange for 15 years@ THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY DEIGO IS THE BEST. ALFONSO IS VERY AWESOME ALSO & PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE ! THANK YOU PEP BOYS FOR MEETING ALL OF MY CAR SERVICE NEEDS!

Went there for an oil change! Be careful when using Pep Boys for service or repairs. A lot has changed in the past years and not in a good way! I came to the Orange location because the Anaheim location charged me $113 for an oil change last time. Really? He stated they have to use a special oil filter! They have done the same oil change for over a year on my car and never once stated about a special filter?So this recent oil change from PepBoys at their Orange location. I asked how much is an oil change for my car? He looked it up, $82 with a coupon! That's what I usually pay. Asked him about a special oil filter? He said nope! We use a regular oil filter? I had other issues with the Anaheim Hills location! I will not use them any more. Not sure if I will continue to use PepBoys period!?

My wife and I had an appointment for 10:00 a.m. this morning we were there at one minute till 10:00 nobody showed up store was closed so we went to a different place and they were busy so we went back to Pep Boys at 20 after still no one there. The sign said 9:00 to to 7:00 p.m.. I don't know what happened but I'll find a different place next time

Great over all. Setting appointment, easy. Drop off and getting what I needed, check. 2 hours longer then told other that they told me? No too happy about that when it was already a 4 hour job but they took care of me and Diego was very pleasant to work with.

I heard a noise under my car and discovered a panel was hanging down under my car. I remembered Pep Boys was close to where I was so drove there. Was greeted warmly and when Diego asked the problem, he knew just what I was talking about. He explained they would need to assess the situation and there would be a little wait. It was only about 45 minutes later that I got the call that my car was done. It turned out to be an easy fix and they sent me on my way. They made my day! Was very impressed by the kind customer service!

The store is nothing but scam artists. They did work that didn't need to be done so they could make extra money. When I dropped off the vehicle I informed the man at the counter that my car was metallic Grey and the worker didn't speak much English and he kept repeating the word black. The man ordered parts for my car in the complete wrong color and put them on the vehicle. Also I was promised my vehicle to be finished same day and then ended up not being able to pick it up for 4 days, each day the employee told me that my vehicle was going to be done in a few hours and he would call me back when finished. It took 4 days to put a door handle on my vehicle that they received the first day. I ended up spending 400 plus 360 for an exterior door handle assembly replacement. The door handle was functional but was missing part of the outer handle. 700 is a lot to pay for then to unscrew one screw and replace the exterior handle. From now on I will never go to pap boys again.

Won't be coming back to this franchise. Drop off vehicle 8am ( with an appointment) . They had approval to do the work/fix by 10am and when I retun to pick the truck at 4pm, nothing was fix. Waste of time tomorrow here.

Bought 4 tires with road hazard recently and had excellent service completed. Ran over a screw and popped one of em came back, and Diego and the service tech did a fantastic job explaining everything and had the work done(tire patch) in a timely fashion with proper expectations and politeness. Thank you, team!

Good service. Came to this location because mine didn't have my car battery. They took a $20 discount card and a 15% off coupon. They have 25% off buy online and pick up in store.I like to come to pepboys because there is no monkey business here, in other words they do t take advantage of you and sell you extras.

STAY AWAY CONSUMERS!!DISHONEST REPAIR SHOP: TOOK A CAR HER AND THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED AN ENGINE EST WAS $5,000-$8,000 JOB:WENT TO AN HONEST REPAIR SHOP AND IT WAS A $260 REPAIR JOB!! DEAL WITH HONEST PEOPLE NOT THIS PLACE!!!

David did a great job helping me figure out my options with regards to repairs and costs! He was really patient with me and answered all of my questions. After repairs, my car was as good as new, for a fair and reasonable price.
