Had a wonderful experience at this place, and I am a very picky consumer who expects great customer service. I was not disappointed. Taylor is very knowledgeable about all aspects of auto mechanics, has a good attitude and was great at communicating the issues that the car had. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Been going to Norm at OHACP for over 12 years because he is genuinely the most honest, thorough, knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic I've ever encountered. His mechanic, Taylor is the same. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Both brake lights on my 2002 Honda Odyssey were on all the time. Norm diligently assessed the possible causes and fixed it accordingly. He even took the time to explain in detail of other symptoms I have asked him to evaluate but he has concluded as nonissue at present.

Norm is a great mechanic. He was recommended to me by my sister. He often gives me service options, and is up front if my vehicle REALLY needs something or if it can wait. With MY budget, I NEED that kind of info. I have NEVER been disappointed . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Norm is great! I've been going to him for years.I've always been skeptical of mechanics and don't want to get taken advantage of. I found Norm awhile ago when living in Orange. Now that I moved to Neport Beach I still go out of the way to bring him my business because Norm is honest, trustworthy, and all around good guy.He's got a great personality and always service with a smile. His rates are fair and the work is perfect. Go here and you won't regret it. 5 stars!

Norm is a great owner. He has repired our car several times. We had an alternator under warranty and he removed it and had the replacement put in and no charge for labor.if you want it done right the first time, dont waste your time having anyone but Norm workon your car.

Very excellent auto repair shopAfter a recommendation from a member of my family I brought in my 2011 BMW X3. Norman immediately scanned the computer and found some issues and we made an appointment . When the car arrived I was quoted a price for the repairs within a day. I authorized the work to be done with a couple more items they found as well as some additional items they found.Andrew and Norman were in constant contact with me during the repair process which took 2 days to complete. Which is more than I can say for the dealers I have dealt with.Some of the repairs were pretty major and they used original BMW parts. I checked around and found their prices were very reasonable. Andrew and Norman were always available to answer any questions I had during the repair. As mentioned before , they always answered the phone or called me right back.When I got the car back , It was washed a running like it should. They also give Military or Auto Club discounts. I will go there for service from now on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

Norman and his son are the best. I never ever feel I m not getting the best deal I can and that they are doing what s in my best interest. I have no problem telling friends and family to go to their shop knowing They will be treated like family (actually better than family in some cases).My pastor friend turned me in to them and I m great full he did...Thank you

Norman is a rare person in the auto repair business, he is honest and smart.he is the owner of Orange hill but when you talk to him he is a pleasure to deal with. This is a great place to fix your car or truck.

Took my suv here for the first time. Norm the mechanic was really pleasant and knowledgeable. Finally found an auto shop with I integrity. Can t recommend highly enough. You won t be disappointed.

Great place, very honest, trust worthy. Took my acura rsx in for lower control arm, ball joints, camber kit, steering system, innner and outter tie rod fix, did amazing job.
