Really disappointed by the work done today. I paid for the premium service and I asked them to re-clean the car when I found the mess. They did not do an adequate jobs and I took photos of the resulting mess.Edit to respond to the owner response: I am not sharing any photos of doors. These are not stains. These went away with just a quick scrub with a Clorox wipe at home. There are crumbs and food residue in the cup holders. I'm sorry -- but what part of this is "detailing"? And no, I am most definitely not coming back for you to give this a "third try." I've had enough.

Got my car ceramic coated by them with their Ceramic Pro Silver package (supposed to last for 5 years of protection) now all of the vinyl portion (silver) is messed up badly. They said I must have spilled something on top, as if I like to drink my coffee standing on top of my car And assuming that s somehow true, then the metal bars or the black antenna would also be stained. In this case it s only the vinyl that is messed up. It is extremely obvious that they either did not even coat the vinyl portion at all, or the coating itself is extremely bad against this Avery Silver vinyl. Either way, there was zero attempt to be accountable and this is just absolutely terrible to happen within 2 years, and their reaction to it was even worse. Now I m going to have to rewrap the entire silver part.

I had my car tinted at this auto shop yesterday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I reached out for a quote, they were incredibly prompt in their response and offered competitive pricing. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and they were accommodating to my availability.Upon arrival, I was impressed by their punctuality; they were ready to start right on time. The waiting room was fantastic, equipped with amenities like TVs, WiFi, a pool table, and other games, making the wait enjoyable.As for the tint job itself, it was executed efficiently and with impeccable quality. The result was a clean finish that exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone in need of auto tinting services. It truly doesn't get any better than this!

I recently visited the Orange Hand Car Wash and let me tell you, it was an experience I won't forget! First of all, the staff there are super friendly, like absurdly friendly. I half expected them to break into a choreographed dance routine while washing my car. But hey, I'm not complaining, as long as they're doing a great job.Now, let's talk about the free wifi. Who knew that getting your car washed could also be a prime opportunity to catch up on emails and binge-watch your favorite shows? It's like a productivity paradise! I even managed to submit a report to my boss while my car was getting pampered. Talk about multitasking!But the real highlight of this place is that they claim to be a "hand car wash." I emphasize "claim" because I've seen some questionable car washes in my time, where the "hand wash" turns out to be a couple of dudes with sponges pretending to do something. However, at Orange Hand Car Wash, they actually deliver on their promise. It's like a car spa in there!The service work is top-notch, and they pay attention to every little detail. I'm pretty sure they even polished my cup holders. Alec and Brennon, the dynamic duo of car washing, were absolute rock stars. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my car looked its best. I wouldn't be surprised if they secretly moonlighted as car wash superheroes.Oh, and did I mention the tint? Wow, the tint looks fabulous! My car went from looking like a regular vehicle to a sleek, mysterious, undercover spy car. I half expected James Bond to pop out of the trunk.

This place always does a great job cleaning my car. Brought my car in for detail and they run specials on rainy days. Restored my head lights too! Brandon was super helpful , knowledgeable and gave me excellent customer service. The establishment is clean and spacious. They have snacks, outlets if you want to work on your laptop while waiting , and massage chairs too. A++ professional place! Would highly recommend!

Great price point and excellent service! My car was completely tinted, and though they said there might be streaks and bubbles that would dry out in the coming days, there were none! Flawless job: this is the 2nd car they've tinted for me, and I will be back. I chose Epress detailing for my new car which has some juce spilled on the right back seat and door . I paid $125 and I was expecting a full shampoo to the seats . They just shampoo the dirty seat and regular vacuum for the rest . It looks like I just paid $25 for what I get. When I arrive home and want to make the back seats flat for loading, I was Disappointed WHEN I SAW HOW DIRTY IS UNDERNEATH, and on the door side , they just did superficial vacuum ( pictures attached)

The team did a great job on my Chevy Suburban. I did a full interior/exterior detail and the car looks great. I even had several large scratches from a tree down the side of the car completely come out after the detail. I would highly recommend their service. I ve looked around for many car wash/detailing companies and these guys are the best Ive found.Services: Scratch removal, Clay bar treatment, Seat shampooing, Polishing, Wheel washing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

7/09/2022, Spent a lot of time trying to find a detailing place you can go in person. Saw their Google listing and Yelp page had more consistent reviews, and recent photos. Got a interior a detailing package, for a car was standard dirty, with quite a bit of dog hair throughout. Service took a reasonable amount of time, gave me plenty of time to catch up on reading. Car looks great, well worth the time, and the price.Edit* 7/10/2022, forgot to get headlight restoration, came back a day later, took about an hour, looks great, they suggested ceramic (lifetime) coating on the headlights, since I planned on keeping the car for few more years.Services: Headlight polishing, Auto detailing

I recently went to Orange Hand Car Wash for the very first time. Unfortunately I went in the out and proceeded to park where the vehicles are hand dried. I was completely backwards and didn t have a clue Even with my mess ups and the fact they were a bit short staffed that day, they were incredibly nice and helpful. They did a fabulous job on my Honda and I couldn t have been more pleased.The only thing I was a bit surprised at was the pricing. It s been quite awhile since I ve been to an express hand wash and I guess, like everything else, prices have increased. Other than that, I was very happy with the quality of service provided and the demeanor of the staff. They were very pleasant and I would gladly recommend Orange Hand Car Wash any time.

It s been 7 years since the first time I took my civic here for window tint and car wash. Brought my third vehicle today for another window tint and as always quality is top notch. Brandon was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had. Best in OC

Alex is a gentleman. I called to set up an appointment for the rainy day 50% off car detail for my 2014 Honda and he set me up for 8AM the next morning . I arrived at 7:45 AM and he came out to greet me.. He walked me through the full exterior and interior detail and quoted me an amazing price.. He said the complete detail would take approximately 3 hours and right at 11:00 he called to say the car was ready.. I drove a little ways and had to do a drop off and wait and luckily there was a McDonald s, a donut shop and a coffee shop within a 2 minute walk.. The guys did an amazing job bringing the car back to life.I definitely recommend and will be back again!!!Services: Steam cleaning, Scratch removal, Clay bar treatment, Headlight polishing, Auto detailing

Orange Hand Car Wash is by far the best hand car wash company in Orange County.The staff is professional and friendly and go above and beyond to provide the best quality service and customer experience.Even though I moved 45 minutes away, I always come here for my car wash.Prices are more than fair for the quality service provided.I recommend everyone to get their car washed here because of the quality and care for their work and customers.

Best price for a hand wash. It's actually $15 for exterior only without the wash. 5 star for the price but overall a few minor complaints is that it can take a while depending on how busy it is ranging from 20min fastest all the way to an hour. Also pricing is a little inconsistent for crossovers. Sometimes I'm charged between $2-$7 for oversize depending on who's manning the front that day. also- there's always water streak marks on my doors in areas where there's a drop going. Can't be perfect I understand - I wipe that off myself. But overall I'm here for the price really. Thanks!

Took my GLK350 in for a complete detail including washing the engine and I could not be happier. They did an AMAZING job on my car and I was very impressed, they were also very friendly and professional to deal with. Don't think twice just do yourself a favor and give them a try. THERE THE VERY BEST AT DETAILING AUTOMOBILES!!

Had a full interior detail for the first time and it was amazing. The car looked better than it did when it was new. The tracks where back seats go were fully cleaned out for the first time. Really awesome job and place.

Came here and paid over $60 for their highest package. Don't be be fooled. No matter what you pay for, they will wash the car same regardless. They ask you for additional spray maguire wax but it's not. They claimed they waxed it but you see water spots all over so clearly they didn't wax it. Just checked my under carriage with was supposed to be washed from a the package I picked but nope. Not even a single drop water touched the under carriage. You would think they atleast wipe down dusts inside around center consoles too but nope. And when I brought this to the manager, he said why am i complaining when i didnt get a detail. He literally said its was okay to miss spots since i am not spending more money get it detailed but here is $6 back since I didn't the the result of the stay wax. Ummm but they charge you $10 but i only get $6 back? I dont know when their service dropped like this but trust me on this, stay away from here. There is another car wash few blocks down. They seem atleast genuine about their service. They also one of my ac controlled know cover. Pic for proof. . They have zero respect for your property. ZERO!!*** People, just test out my theory. Get a wash with the cheapest package and then get the most expensive package and compare it. You will see no difference except this thieves taking your money. They will claim they did all the listed on the package and will charge for something they HAVE not done***Lol did they really reply with if you wanted a detail?!?! Acting like they refunded my money. Stop trying to make yourself thr victim when clearly your thieves stealing all your cusotmer money. What a joke of a business. Hone up to your mistakes and service that we paid for. Just cause you wet the car then drying it doesn't mean you washed it let it alone wipe. What's the point of having specific packages if they don't do it. All they is water down your car and can't even wipe correctly.If you're a car enthusiasts and really care about your car, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Try the other place down the block.

Pay $51 for a platinum wash. Take a look at the results, tipped the guy $10 because I know this is more or a management issue.Dirt and just in cup holder , stains on leather seats . No great, exterior looks fineWon't be coming back, felt a bit robbedI could go to $5 wash wipe my own interior for better results. So hard to find a good quality hand wash spot now a days

After nearly 2 years of trying to find a new home cash wash, I think I finally found the one! Previously, I had a car washer that I went to monthly for regular routine washes, and then I had another car washer I went to for an expensive annual deep clean and clay bar wax. As time went by, my monthly car washer raised prices over and over and over again, to the point where they lost sight of who their customer was, thinking they were some high-end auto spa. Orange Hand Car Wash has a great balance of options to fit any budget and also offer services for window tinting and wheel repair. Upon my first visit at Orange Hand Car Wash there were a few hard to see surface areas that had been missed on the interior of my vehicle, however their staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue after I brought it to their attention. If you ever bring your vehicle in to be serviced here and see anything below satisfactory, simply notify one of the guys in the office and they ll be sure to take care of you. Orange Hand Car Wash is a local family owned business and cares deeply about their relationships with their customers. Alex, one of the managers there, goes great lengths to make sure customers are happy with the service. As seen in the photos, they even have multiple signs posted as you leave the lot stating We are not happy unless you re happy. Please let us know if your car requires additional detail before leaving. We will be more than happy to address concerns immediately. Lastly, one of my favorite amenities about this car wash is the comfortable outdoor waiting area one of the best I ve ever seen. The waiting area is on a spacious wood slated covered patio, with multiple desk-like workstations, equipped with power outlets and free fast Wi-Fi. The patio is surrounded by a ton of plants and foliage giving the space a natural airy vibe.

Alex the Owner I believe is an expert in this field and is very personable and professional and his employees follow after their employer. My car was absolutely filthy. And it doesn't help that it's a white car so iykyk.I got there around 10:45am on a Saturday morning, and just driving up to the place could tell it was busy. I got the gold wash ($32, includes vacuum, blow drying, seam cleaning, tire dressing, air freshener) and asked about how long it would take, the guy checking me in estimated about 45min. And yup, i was out of there at 11:30am.The place itself has outdoor covered seating for waiting, wi-fi, snacks for purchase, etc.Overall, I'm really satisfied with how great my car looks! The "new car" smell i picked pairs well with how clean my car left the lot. Will definitely Come back!

The owner Vic is super nice and walked me through the process of choosing the right tint for my Denali. The waiting area they have set up for the tint shop is amazing! Pool table, tv, pinball and lounge area was awesome. The job was done so quick and Vic's team was very professional. I'll be back soon to do the windshield and add IR film to the other windows soon.
