Very clean and professional. Jose took care of my trucks needs with no problem and didn t leave it greasy or with fingers prints like most other places and for a someone who takes care of his vehicle I appreciate that very much. Truck looks good and runs great!! I m definitely coming back and highly recommend orange empire auto repair thanks Jose!!

Jose at Orange Empire Auto Repair is amazing! Twice he s helped me in a bind. They are quick, reasonable and super friendly. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, it can be super intimidating to have any work done at a mechanic. Not the case here! Cannot recommend them enough

I may not know a lot about cars, but I know when a man is gaslighting me. He said I needed services that I didn t, and left my motor mounds loose so that I would have to come back and spend more money. I went to another mechanic that tightened the mounds free of charge and said my shocks were fine.

Jose helped me with an issue on my 2017 Honda Pilot. He was straight up and to the point.2 other certified mechanics couldn't figure out the problem and he did in less than a day! I'm not joking. Brought my Dodge Ram 1500 Promaster in to get an alignment very last minute. They were able to not only accommodate me, but also helped me assess damage done from a recent collision, order the parts, schedule a follow-up, AND do my oil change. Awesome people, 10/10 will be back again.

As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I always feel skeptical going to the mechanics.I always feel like I'm getting conned into spending more money than I should, but rest assured, that was not the case here.Most of my communication was with Omar who was attentive and knowledgeable. I witnessed him fight tooth and nail to get me the best deal on my car parts.I've gone to several mechanics in my life and have never felt like anyone cared about my wallet more than him.Overall he's a spectacular man who goes the extra mile to provide the best service for his clients. He's nothing short of warm of comforting.Out of convenience, I usually go to Jiffy Lube down my street for oil changes. However, after the great service Omar and the rest of the staff provided I'm dedicated to making the extra drive to Orange Empire Service Center I'd also like to give thanks to Jose who worked on my car. Thank you all so much.

The service here is on point from beginning to end. I worked with Omar during the repair processing I will be coming back for all my car needs and recommending them to my friends and family in the area. Omar is straight up with you regarding what your car needs and he was able to work with me on the price of repairs. I needed a new clutch and components for my power steering and now my car feels brand new. They also guarantee their work for 24 months/24k mi. Side note they give an extra discount to Disney cast members and are also authorized to work on Uber and Lyft cars. Hit up Orange Empire you won t regret it.

I've been taking my car to orange empire for 5 years now. Good people. Quality work. The best mechanic "in my opinion" in the all of those shops around there Jose Villalobos.. he is the most trust worthy mechanic I know. I always take my car here cuz i know i can trust them to do the best work possible & always give me the best recommendations on the most cost effective solutions. & they always let me know when certain maintenance things are coming up to keep my cars in great condition. Excellent, above and beyond service. At Orange empire service center, you not only get warm and friendly customer service, but car maintenance you can trust. As an Uber driver i constantly drive long distances and my car maintenance is very important. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else. This is service you can trust at prices you can afford. Needs breaks front/back with rotors for my BMW the same day and Omar came through huge! Not only were they done in 2 hours, the price was a fraction of the cost of what someone would have charged. Thank you Orange Empire Auto Repair for another outstanding job!

Arrive as a customer and leave as a friend! I honestly wish I had found them years ago. They provide an excellent mechanical ability with honesty and a solid work ethic and at a reasonable price. The honesty part is HUGE!! They actually discouraged me from changing things that didn't need it (costing them money and saving me money)! What mechanic does that? Only an honest one!
