The staff here is always extremely helpful. Me being a girl and in don't have too much knowledge on cars need all the help I can get. They always go out of there way for me! They like their job and they are great at it!

I have been going to this location for years. Today I was so disappointed in their customer service. I needed coolant, there were two different prices. I asked the cashier (female with glasses, Two times to clarify so I could understand what I was purchasing) if there was a difference between the two(even walking over to the racks and pointing what I was talking about). So I chose the lower priced coolant, all you have to do is add water. Simple. When I went to the register and it was ringing up 21$, I chose the $5.99. So I told her it was not the right product, several were stocked on the 5.99$ shelf. She proceeded to get her manager, Christian. All Christian had to say was that, You, the customers move things around all the time (his words exactly). Well just an fyi, in California, that's their problem not mine. Instead of blaming your customers, try owning your mistake. Today forward I will be taking my money to different locations. Today I took my money down to street to AutoZone.

Went in to buy a replacement headlight that I thought I would have to have a mechanic install, but Ken, the manager, did it for me no problem. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They also helped my mom clear up some misinformation the dealer have given her about the cost of some other car part. Great experience. Definitely going back.

I actually live closer to two other auto parts stores bur I prefer this one because it's rarely crowded, has easy parking and friendly staff. However their selection of loaner tools are a bit lacking and often their shelves aren't fully-stocked, however if you ask they generally have what you need in the back.

I ve been to this location 2 times now . Christian the manager helped me out this time. I needed a blinker light in my Kia replaced. I had no idea how to do it or what bulb i needed . He quickly helped me out . Not only that , he changed it in the parking lot for me !! The first time i was here . I needed new windshield wipers. Same thing- didn t know what i needed . Not sure the young mans name . He helped out , Changed them out for me in the parking lot. Customer Service is first here . Not everyday you find that anymore. They are very nice , don t make you feel stupid if you don t know what you need. I ve been to Autozone and that s happened to me before .You Definitely won t feel that here . O Reilly off Chapman in Orange is my go to . Christian and his team are GREAT !

Second time in the store. The first time was very positive but the second time they lost the rotors I brought in to have resurfaced. Ended up having to buy new ones if I wanted to drive my car (which I did). They discounted the price by the amount that I would have spent on the resurfacing but it still cost me $100 more than I expected. In hindsight I probably should have walked away and purchased the new rotors from a competitor. Don t see myself going back.

Very good O'Reilly's store! Went in yesterday for a new battery it was 2 younger gentleman they helped me find the right battery and even replaced it for me! All in. The rain Super Thankful!

Customer service needs a lot work. Was waiting awhile for a cashier. He was somewhere in the aisles while other employees were in the back. Cashier didn t even say hello or thank you. Almost felt like I was a bother for making a purchase.

I wanted to leave a review for Denise, someone who helped me when I really needed help with an auto parts problem. I am visiting from Florida to help after a family tragedy. One of the things to do was get a car with a dead battery fixed. I brought the battery to O'Reilly's and asked for help getting it from my car to the store. The boys were helping others and Denise did not hesitate to help me even though the battery was very heavy. She put it on their tester and told me to check the next day to see if it was OK. As it turned out, it was not and needed to be replaced. Denise went above and beyond what was expected helping me find the receipt and getting my needs taken care of. I want to thank her very much and to compliment her and the store on their excellent customer service. It was very appreciated and made my visit a bit nicer as a result. Thank you!!

Needed front sway bar links, and rear brake pads for a 2002 F150 Harley. All were in stock and reasonably priced. Service was great.

My buddy went in to have his 'codes' on his truck 'read' and Lee Vaughn (or maybe it's really LeVan) was real helpful and courteous during the dealings there. Cheerful attitude at X-Mas time is a pleasant surprise, for sure.

I love my oriellys!!all the people,guys and girls are awesome!very helpful and experienced. KEN,is very intelligent. He always helps me if i need something put in or on my vehichles!!!he seems to have never ending knowledge about anything you come up with!!awesome customer service. Its worth the drive by any other auto parts!!go check them out!!!

The customer service in the store is horrible. Makes sense why it s so empty. I was the only person in the store and had to beg for help several times. Definitely won t be back, I m glad they didn t have what I need so I can spend my money elsewhere.

A very small store with huge customer service. We were asked what we were looking for. The employee told us exactly what we needed, but they did not carry it. They offered some suggestions on where we could find it. For something else they brainstormed with us to find a solution. They did far more than most stores do.

Excellent service, they helped me diagnose that it was my battery and not my alternator ! Then proceeded to change the battery out for me ! Just great :)

I ordered a part and they said it would be in in a few days. A week later I go in because they never called and they say that it got shipped back and now I have to pay to ship it to their store from Colorado.
