Would give 10 stars if I could! Jason, Zee, and Rob are fantastic. I ve been coming here for over a year for oil changes, new tires, and other regular maintenance needs. They are honest on what my car needs and don t try to over sell. Most importantly, I had an issue with the bracket pulling away and leaving holes in my exhaust (a recall issue for the Chevy traverse, but not in my VIN), the Chevy dealership was a nightmare to deal with and Midas was great in diagnosing the issue.

Coming in with two kids is always a daunting experience but they had a coloring book, pencils with a sharpener , and plenty of space. They had an easily accessible, clean bathroom and kind staff. Came to get my tires replaced on my Tesla Model Y. Was very pleased with the work done and scheduling to get the work done. The staff at the store is knowledgeable, friendly, and made honest recommendations when it came to what tire to choose! Would definitely recommend and come back!

I have been coming to this Midas for over 20 years. I have my oil change done here as well as my brakes and other repairs. They are always upfront and honest and their work is always completed in a timely manner. ****

I've been using the Midas service for many years for oil changes, tire rations, and new tire installation. They have wonderful customer services and service reminders. I would give 5 stars for the basic services, however, I asked them look into a Check Engine light on my 2017 Wrangler with 50K miles. They ran the diagnostics and replaced a plug and coil for $1,200. The light came on again after 5 days. They asked me to go to dealership to address the issue after taking my $1,200. I would avoid the place for any advanced mechanical issues other than oil changes and tire rotations. The bottom line, they did not have a clue what's causing the check engine but they replaced something and "hoping" it will address the issue. Not too scientific. I ended up at a dealership to address the issue.

I have been going to this location for over two years now and I have not been disappointed since Jaeson and his crew took over. They provide great services for my 2009 Lexus IS250 with over 200,000 miles. I find them to be very professional, have great customer service and their prices are fair. I would recommend this place.

The guys were fantastic. I need my rotors turned for a brake job that I was doing and one other shop that I know for a fact turn rotors, told me that there wasn't enough material on them without even measuring them. These guys got the micrometer out, check them and told me that I had plenty of space to work with. They charged me a reasonable price and had them done within an hour

Above and beyond!! I ve been to other Midas before and never had a great experience like this one. Jaeson and Zee are phenomenal and the team handled my issue perfectly. Came back for tires on another vehicle and same great service. I ll keep driving by 3 other locations to go to this one in Orange. Thanks again.

This was my first time at Midas. I came in for an oil change and also requested they look at the rest of my car to advise if there were other issues needing attention, so I could triage accordingly. Zee and Rob (at the East Chqpman, Orange location) were both professional and knowledgeable. They were patient, answered my questions, and provided diagnostic info options/pricing for other items on my car that needed attention ( no pressure courtesy check.)I was out of there in an hr as quoted. I am pleased with my experience here and will be a returning customer.

I had a dead battery in my Audi on a Saturday morning. Since I had had wonderful experiences with car repairs previously at the Midas in Orange, I called and spoke to Zee. He checked to make sure he could get the type of battery my car needed, and once confirmed he could get it for me, I went from a dead battery to a new one installed within 2 hours! This Midas shop goes above & beyond to make their customers happy! I highly recommend the Midas shop in Orange and my family and friends will all return there whenever we have the need for automotive repairs.

I purchased a 1993 Toyota pickup in 2022 and I have had it serviced here at Midas ever since. I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received and the crew here makes me feel welcome every time I come in.My truck may not look all that good on the outside, but look under the hood it s CLEAN and it runs and handles like a brand new truck.Update:I m old I forgot to post this last year when I wrote it!I have been to this Midas service center since then for a few other repairs and I have decided that this will be my go to service center for the rest of my life. What a breath of fresh air! I had an amazing experience at Midas Orange today. From the moment I made an online request to bringing my car in for a scheduled oil change, I received "white glove" service from Jaeson and his team. For a service that typically runs a minimum of one hour, I was in and out within .30 minutes. Another bonus was chatting with a fellow customer in the nicely appointed lounge area -- so the time literally flew by. Highly recommend this professional shop for all your auto needs.

The customer service was very good. I called in to make sure if appointment is needed and the representative said they have an opening at that time and he put me in for that day and it took about 45 minutes to finish my oil change and replace the filter. Overall, my first time experience was excellent and everyone was friendly. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Awesome service! Definitely recommended!My family was on a trip to San Diego when we almost got a flat tire on the freeway. Thank God Midas was right out the exit. Literally, we couldn't move any more. I cried for help cuz I didn't want to disappoint my 3 excited kids. All the staff were so friendly, courteous and did everything to resolve the situation ASAP. Rob drove an hour to get the right tires for my car, while the other staff prepared everything to install the tires. We also had our brake pads changed while we were waiting. As a result, we got everything done in around 1.5 hours! Thank you so much to all the staff at Midas-Chapman Orange for the wonderful experience and a job well done!Service: Tires
