18 year customer, never again.Ed told me $210 and he has the part on order. Instead my charges turned out to be $350 and it's the same old part it was before. My previous service seemed a little high but I'm a loyal customer and I don't mind paying a little more, because I think I know what I'm getting.I know how to work on cars, my car wouldn't smog so I replaced the CCV on it. Still got a check engine light on so instead of continuing to spend money, I took it to Ed to help me diagnose and get a cost on having him do it since I've already spent hours doing my work.Turns out the intake boot slipped off the throttle body, I can do it myself but the convenience of $210 and supporting a business is what I chose.Every auto shop repair Ive had done besides dealership warranty repair has gone to this shop. I've trusted this shop for almost 2 decades, and it's different now.The trust is broken, everything feels like a hard sell. And now those feelings are confirmed.I went back to the shop because the car was still throwing codes. Eddie came out and stuck his head in the car, without a mask on his face 4 inches away. I asked him three times to put a mask on if you're going to be cheek to cheek. He refused. At this point I've made my mind up I'm never coming back here.I told Eddie that I was never coming back and he followed me to my car after I got in opened the drivers side door up and tried to start a fight with me. Crazy.If you do go to this guy, ask him to save the parts and take pictures before and after.Disinfect your car after they touch it because this shop is anti-mask. I'm not a crazy mask person. I only asked him to wear a mask when in uncomfortably close proximity, when I went into his shop I didn't say a word and wore my mask. His house his rules. My car, my face, my rules.Protect yourself; You're better off at the dealership.UPDATE: The car is throwing the same codes. Save your money, go somewhere else.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was recommended by 4 of my friends and I trust them, on arrival I was greeted by Ed who worked on my car, not only is he a marine who s served our country, he loves our country and what he does. He took very good care of me and my car and is the first honest mechanic I ve met and the most fair. Kings Auto is a fair and reputable establishment. Eddie, the master mechanic, has always been upfront with me and has never over charged me for his services. He has helped me so much over the years, I can't thank him enough. There have even been occasions when other mechanics have misdiagnosed issues with my friends and families cars, but one visit to Kings Auto and they were good to go.If you're in need of an honest mechanic then give Eddie a call.

I was referred by the Dealers staff, since after the Waranty expires, the cost of German auto repairs can become costly at the dealershop.We have used King's Auto service for 8 years on our two BMW's and our previous Japanese cars. Ed has the knowledge, experience and honest prices.I have confirmed his expertise, know-how & prices against the BMW dealer & one other BMW mechanic. Especially if you have European,or German cars, you definetly need more expertise for the engines, and Ed with his staff have it.Actually many of the Dealers used cars are screened by him before they are put on the car lot. That's how I bought my second BMW from the dealer.Like finding a good Doctor, I did my research, and I found Kings Auto.

My family and friends all depend on King's Auto for our auto care needs. On several occasions we've had repairs quoted at the dealership that were 2-3x the price from King's. In addition, I've decided to take my car to King's even though my car was still under warranty. Better to deal with a trusted mechanic than the BMW dealership, which continually tries to up-sell overpriced services.

Great guy and he knows his stuff!!I have a BMW and it s hard to find mechanics that know what they re doing and aren t trying to get over on you. My car runs great!

Had a Check Engine Light (CEL) come one and had these guys take a look at it. They did a great job and made sure that the problem was corrected and with good OEM parts. Will definitely take my car here again.

The owner is acting freindly so he can rip you off easy, then makes you come back and spend more money on unnecessary repair.They never do anything right from the first time and when you comeback they will say it's not related probelm.The owner is not honest and the technicians are not good at all.NEVER GO THERE
