I took my Toyota Camry in due to a "check engine" light coming on and because there was an oil leak. It turns out that there was a leak from the oil filter and also from the radiator, which had to be replaced. The check engine light was due to worn out hoses in the emissions system. Everything was repaired and brakes and tires inspected as I requested.I am very happy with the communication and professionalism I received from "Terry" during the process. For years I took my car to a Toyota dealer for service and was not happy with prices or attitude.I will be going to Karco from now on and recommending them to friends. I felt that the service was great and the cost was very reasonable.

Extremely happy I finally found an honest, knowledgeable, professional auto shop for my lexus. Karco was recommended to me by a friend and I'm very grateful for the quality of service and most importantly the integrity that they have here.

My overall experience with this place was not the greatest. Only reason why i came because i was referred by another mechanic. I will start with the positive. 1. Love how they have a Drop-off/ Pick-up transportation service. Only 1 positive. The lack of customer service from manager Tery Beaver was disappointing. i dropped my vehicle off to get inspected due to having issues with the lights coming on. He informed me his technicians weren't able to identify the issues and to do a further inspection would be costly, which i declined due to the year of my car. Moving forward when i went to pick-up my vehicle he informed me " While they were wrapping up they triggered my Engine light to come on" (HIS WORDS NOT MINE) 1st he stated when i start driving the light should come off, Then turned around and said well maybe in a couple of days. When i proceeded to ask him questions he started to get upset and talking over me. Then i asked if he could write down the issue of the situation so i can have what happened in writing which he refused. Then proceeded to continue to talk over me and ask why i need it in writing etc etc. Please be careful when dealing with any mechanic especially the ones who only have GOOD REVIEWS and no negatives should've been a RED FLAG for me from the beg. Lesson learned.

This place is definitely a hidden gem when it comes to the atmosphere and custom service they provide. They even suggest some additional things that in the long term helps you save more for your vehicle. I would definitely recommend for sure if you have a Honda or Toyota vehicle to service it here, and on the plus side the prices are reasonable and provides a free car wash regardless of how big the service.

Great job done on my Mom's Lexus! The guy that helped us I believe his name was Terry, but I could be wrong was very helpful throughout the whole process. Customer service was very good!

This place is the BEST. I won't take my cars anywhere else for service bc Karco is an HONEST mechanic shop. They offer rides while your car is being serviced and they are just nice, nice people. One of my professors in college recommended Karco; I have been going to Karco for 40 years now and will not go to any other shop!The first time I took my car in to be serviced, I told them "I'd like to have this, this, and this done to it." About 20 minutes later, they came back and said, "this needs to be done, but this and this doesn't; however, we will do them if you want us to." My first thought was, wow - an honest mechanic! Most places would have done all three, charged me for it, and tried to convince me that it needed 2 or 3 more things done to it.Ever since that day, I've brought my cars only to them, and I've never been unsatisfied with the work they've done.

Took my Toyota in for brake issues, and problem was immediately identified and resolved. They gave me repair options without trying to soak me and their prices were very fair and reasonable. Extremely professional, personal service, efficient and timely. So much better than the dealer! Wish I would have known about them sooner. Thanks to Jay

Karco is the very best if you value quality and excellent value for your money. Their honesty and reliability cannot be matched. I would not buy a car unless it is a brand they will work on. I have had over 25 years of experience with them.

You'll ALWAYS have a vehicle that runs in it's very best condition when you take your vehicle to Karco! They specialize in just a handful of vehicles that are out there, however, they "SPECIALIZE" in them!! That's really all you need to know? Right!

These are honorable mechanics. I have been coming here for over 20 years. They stand by their work and the place is very clean and pleasant if you have to wait. But they have transportation to take you home or work.
