I was in a few days ago to get some tires installed. I usually use the mobile installer, but decided to have them installed locally instead. Tires were purchased from Goodyear online and I chose this location for installation.I was charged $120 for mount/balance from Goodyear.Arrived for my appointment, the employee at the counter could not figure out how to process my sale. That's ok, you gotta learn sometime. Once this was figured out, they got on my install immediately.They were not busy. Took about 1 hr for the install.Employee from above comes in and tells me my alignment is out, I ask how much, he says about $160. Sorry, but if you are gonna try to sell me a service, I suggest you have the exact number. I passed on it.Upon completion, the same employee above was finishing my paperwork. I asked specifically what they set my tire pressures to. He said he didn't know. It was not listed on my paperwork. He goes outside to ask the tech and comes back and states they aired them to 60 psi. I asked specifically because my truck requires 55f/45r. He goes back out again and comes back in quickly stating they put in the pressures I mentioned. I took his word for it.I also had to point out that they only installed 2 of the 4 valve caps.On the way home the TPMS finally calibrated....58f/50r.Worst part is when I got home I started looking over the tires. As you can see from the pics below, they left the rims filthy. Shoe prints on my black rims. the lube they use to mount the tires was all over the rims. You cannot take the time to wipe the rim down? Now I am left to clean them. Hint: the mobile installers I have used have all taken care to wipe them down after mount and balance.I think I'll be going elsewhere next time.

My wife and I had a three hour drive to complete and suddenly a low air sensor came on. We were worried because it was 7:00 pm and all tire stores were already closed.We happened to be close to this store and caught Juan, who I learned later is the store manager and he was more than kind to fix a slow leak in our tire after closing hours Just unheard of today!!!!Great job Juan, and thank you very much..,Company is fortunate to have you working there .

Something stabbed into our tire on the freeway. The front panel was warning us that our tire was losing pressure fast. Looked up the nearest tire place and it just so happened to be Just Tires. Juan and Lalo were more than willing to help us out even tho they were closing in 30 minutes. Super fast and friendly service. Can t write how grateful we are to have been helped by these men. Thank you for employing such exceptional employees at your shop. Would absolutely recommend to all!

Nice and friendly service, Matt was really helpful in explaining everything. Help get my car the special break pad with sensor with an day, and call me back when it was completed. Only issue was it took a while for it them to find the part but that how it is.

Most of their fellow locations are not worth revisiting, except this one. The crew of this location works seamlessly, especially Juan, the lead man, who went extra-mile and beyond one s duty, with attentiveness and patience, covering all-aspect of my old Prius, including peripheral issues, which might not have been their core business. That s why I have reciprocated to become a return customer, for service from oil change to alignment, and anything deemed necessary, based on the established rapport and mutual communication!

Don't buy tires from here this was my first and last time. I paid 925 for tires and they didn't offer me tire protection we I came in to get a tire patched they chaged me 33 to fix it even though I bought them here and the guy failed to offer the tire protection. I have e never had to pay for a patc h from the place I got my tires with or with out tire protection

This tire shop and auto shop more, has it all for mature cars, got OEM tire and OEM engine parts installed, for a fraction of labor cost, they also do price match on parts, good crew as they executed task on hand...

Great customer service. Johnny was helpful and insightful. They were able to get the oil changed and my tires rotated and aligned all in an hour and on a last minute appointment. The place is clean and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend

Amazing crew and service. Had to pull over because of oil pan issues, they helped me out, saved me a ton of money, let me charge my dead phone, gave me water and were so cool about the whole thing. Johnny at the front desk was great and so was the man working directly on my car. 10/10 would recommend any day of the week.

These guys went above and beyond. I bought new tires for a 21 year old truck. One lug nut was stuck in place on the mag wheel, & I knew it, and told them going in. They fought that thing half-a-day and damaged the wheel, and then they called and got me a replacement wheel on their dime. Thanks "Just Tires".

My day here was great. I came to the store without an appointment, but I needed some maintenance done immediately. I was greeted by Torry. He was honest about how he could help and disclosed the cost up front. He fit me in and they did the job. I will return because the customer service is amazing and Torry was very personable. You don't receive this level of service anymore and it's very refreshing when you do. So thank you Torry for you impeccable customer service.

Most of these reviews have to be done by the staff that work here, because there is no way they should have anything above a 2 star rating. Just like most people I am always on a time crunch and my time is very valuable. I needed to get an inspection on my vehicle and was told a specific time to do that and over an hour later after my appointment time my vehicle was not even close to being seen and the staff was extremely incompetent and offered no help! I really hope future customers see this review and just look for somewhere else to go! American tire depot and many others are right down the street from this sad excuse of a business.

Called in and asked if they had my tires. They assured me that they did and to come in. Drove all the way there and the guy told me to just sit tight for 45 mins and that they had my tires. Guy comes in 30 mins later to tell me they don't have my tires... so they have to bring them in from a different store. He tells me it's down the street it'll take 20 mins. So I wait. And wait. And wait. No updates. I ask what's taking so long after waiting 2 HOURS. He says he will call the guy picking up the tires and will let me know. He still doesn't let me know. No updates. This place is so unorganized and the guy in the front is so inexperienced, I should've left but made a big mistake waiting. Waste of time, unreliable and unprofessional. Please do not give these guys your money they do not deserve it. I am writing this review at the 2:30 hr mark of waiting, when I specifically told him from the beginning if he can do my tires in a quick manner.TLDR: he promised me he had my tires and it would only take 45 mins. I'm at 2 hours and a half of waiting with no updates. UNPROFESSIONAL. If you like your time wasted and these crooks trying to upsale you to buy expensive tires without even giving you option for the cheaper ones, come here. Because they are good at deceiving their customers.Edit: 3 hours now

I had an emergency need for tires, it was close to closing time but these great guys took me anyway. I was treating with respect and professionalism. I was given the perfect tires for my new needs and was educated on how much air goes in a tire correctly. I m so pleased with my service and I would highly recommend this store to anyone! Fantastic service! Brandi, helped me out and made the whole experiance hassle free and set up my appointment to change my brakes and tires at a convenient time for me. The time it took to check in was fast. I recommend them to everyone I know. Definitely call in and make an appointment with them, and plan out your services, if you don't want to wait there just ask a friend or family member for a ride and wait for them to call you back.

this place uesd to be a good place to go for tires and service. you may want to consider other places for instance just to patch a tire its $33.80. try any where else first!!

Date of service:11/08/2021Type of Service: Oil change.Today, I had the minimal wait time for two cars for oil changes. Monday to Wednesdays are typically slower per Manager Jason, who was exceptional. Once again, Just Tires provided excellent customer service. Lalo and Jason, thank you!

This was my first time here. The place is immaculate and has a nice waiting area (to work). The employees were all very nice and helpful. They attempted to repair my tires before concluding that I needed replacements. Very upfront on the timeframe of work and status of receiving my new tires. I didn t realize they do oil changes as well. I will be back!

Came in about a week ago to get my tires installed. The service writer, think name was Jason, was very nice and knowledgeable. They did a great job in a timely manner. Would go back for sure.

I always go to this just tires to take care of my tire/oil change needs. This most recent time I went Torrey helped us out and was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Got my tire replaced really quickly and without any hassle. Super convenient and great customer service definitely recommend!

Torrey G is AWESOME!I had driven to two other Just Tire locations trying to get a piece of metal removed and fixed under the warranty I have for one of my back tires. The 1st location changed my tire and put a spare on, then told me to drive to the 2nd location saying they had my tire in stock. After driving to that location and finding out they didn t have it I was so frustrated.I then drove another 35 min to the 3rd location going no more than 50 mph. It had now been over two hour ordeal.Finally I made it to the 3rd location and was greeted kindly by Torrey G. He could tell I was so frustrated by the the look that clear accross my face. He told me to give him 30 min to fix my tire. I still had my gym clothes on he told me to drive up the way grab something to eat and then come back and he would put the tire on.By the time I got back to the ship he was more than ready to go. He checked my tire pressure and made sure everything was fine and I was on my way in little to no time.I will be going to this Just Tires location in the future first. I can t tell you how much I appreciate Torrey s great customer service and friendly disposition. He really calmed me down and left me wanting to continue using Just Tires.

I needed emergency fast and quick tire service. I pulled in and Torrey G practically save my life. He got me new tires and minutes later I was on my way. Amazing customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend this location for all you tire or repair needs.

Came in on a Sunday to replace my leaking valve stems on my wheels that were leaking. Gogo was able to take me in even though he only had two techs at the time and one tech name lalo that was in training. They were able to get me in and out before they close. They have high expectations for customers needs. I'll be returning here and recommending my family and friends to this Just tires. Thank you !

The absolute worst place to get your maintenace completed . I am a LYFT driver and JUST TIRES is a partner with LYFT to complete the scheduled mainenance on rental cars. I made an appt and Michael was supposed to assist , instead I was ignored , lied too and blown off as he did not know how to handle this inquiry or service request. His excuse was "I only work weekends". I will not even take my own personal vehicle here for service in future.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Clay was extremely helpful and courteous. He even offered a complimentary air conditioning and heating vent service for free for being his first customer of the day. Just Tires is going to be my go to place for all of my automotive maintenance from now on. I highly recommend this business.

This location takes care of its customers. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast (make an appointment!). They don't push maintenance like other shops and the guys in the back are likewise beyond friendly whenever I need a little air in my tires. This location is the definitely best in OC.Update 2021. After having some communication issues with another Just Tires location (they weren't honoring my alignment warranty), the owner/manager of both locations took care of the problem right away with a simple phone call. Despite a little hiccup, the customer service here is impeccable and I wouldn't trust any other shop with my hotrod.
