Our Mercedes GL450 had air suspension issues. I contacted Justin and he asked me to bring the car in. An hour later he gave me the estimate and the next day the car was ready! Very quick service and a fair price. Thank you Justin!

I needed a new battery and called as Hi-line has done all my service and maintenance for my Mercedes. They were able to get me in right away and I was out in less than 20 minutes. I found them to me honest, friendly and greatly appreciated them accommodating me without an appointment and helping me so quickly.Service: BatteryService: Battery

shady shady shady..stay away!!!!i called in friday afternoon to schedule a "service b" maintenance on my mercedes.i spoke to justin and i asked him to confirm with me what the scheduled service included.he responded with- service b includes oil change,cabin filter and brake fluid exchange.he said the price would be "just about $300i came in this morning at 9am to drop off my car and again confirmed price and he said "yes $300"not only did they waste my whole day and call me 5 hours later at about 2:30pm to tell me that they were just about to start working on my car and what my car needed and what they recommended but they also said the service b was $295 "plus" $150 for brake fluid exchange.over $450 plus tax for a service they had said was only $300shady shady way to bring people in and shady way to do business.. not only that they repond to you with an attitude and dony have any coService: Engine repair

I have a Mercedes 1997 C280. I had a coolant issue. Service was excellent! Matt was amazing, kept me informed with what my car needed. I would highly recommend!

Called on Friday 1/8/2021 to schedule an oil change for my S550. Set it up for Tuesday morning 1/12/2021. Arrived at 8:40am waited 15 minutes before anyone came in the office to talk to me. Gave him my keys he said it would take 2 hours. I came back in 2.5 hours and he looked at me and said "well, we haven't done it yet". No apologies or "we can get right on it" . Just a disinterested "well, we haven't done it yet".I got the car and left. I'm not sure what has happened at Hi-Line. Years ago it was great. Excellent customer service and quality work. It almost feels like the business has changed hands or a kid inherited it.Service: Oil change

Scared of dealership costs then bring your Benz to Hi Line.I purchase a used CL600 from an owner and reviewing the service records I could see the car was serviced by Hi Line. So I made an appt to have a oil change, trans fluid changes and noise issue resolved.The bays are clean and organized which says a lot about a business.Justin called me with an estimate and car was ready the next day all needs taken care of. The price is always high to maintain a MB compared to most cars, however Hi Line has been fair in the costs to me compared to a dealership, no complaints

Hi-Line has serviced my Mercedes several years now. Prior, I serviced the car at the dealer. H.L. has done a banging job, and I would not take my car anywhere else.

This place is a little pricey but they seem to know Mercedes pretty well. I would recommend this place to others as long as you can afford it, but I guess if you have a Mercedes, you can. So check these guys out for your Mercedes repair needs. Just make sure you bring your wallet and credit cards, you'll need them. Expensive but worth it!

Today one of Matt s (the owner) mechanics replaced the battery in my car. First he told me that my car would never start showing 9.5 volts, but it did, it started right up. After the battery was installed and he was closing things up in the back seat, I said the battery terminal is corroded. He said never mind, it doesn t matter, I said yes it does matter, so upon my insistence he cleaned off the corrosion. Then he snapped back on an orange plastic tag that came with the old battery and of course it had the old date, so I asked him to please correct the date. He didn t want to do that either. Sloppy, sloppy work. The same idiot also was unable to replace a side view mirror and on my third trip back because the mirror kept falling off, someone else fixed it, the first guy didn t connect all of the pins. In addition, he appears to be drugged up, can t prove it, he appears. The goofy look on his face, his lack of attention and focus, then his obvious lies to cover his sloppy work.I will never go back there again.

Larry and his crew at Hi Line went above and beyond to help me when my car started having problems while on a trip to Orange County. Larry was honest, quick and professional. I would highly recommend this shop!!!
