I've been going to this auto shop for about 10 years. Although the original owner has long retired and the familiar face of the long term receptionist is no longer there I still like this place. The new owner, Al, is very knowledgeable, friendly and has fair prices. In the years that he has been working in my American and Japanese cars I've never had any complaints after a job. He is meticulous and takes pride in his work.

Honesty and Excellent Work and Service.I have been a loyal Gordons Auto Works customer for a few years. Finding a good and honest mechanic is like finding gold. I never worry when I take my car in because I know I will always receive 1st Rate Service and honesty. I have brought my car in on very short notice because my car has serious mechanical issues and have never been turned away. The staff are polite and helpful. I highly recommend Gordon's Auto Works.Services: Battery, Oil change

Gordon's Auto Works is fantastic! I was referred by a friend more than 10 years ago and now will not go anywhere else. Whether you're trying to hold your teenager's old beater car together for another 6 months, you need regular service or you need major work, they are always there for you. They are honest, the prices are fair, they are quick and they ALWAYS go above and beyond...Like the time I was halfway to Temecula for wine tasting when my engine light came on. I stopped and turned the car around and drove straight to Gordon's Auto Works because i was afraid of a major problem. Alberto brought my car into the garage and put the diagnostic device on my car right then and there. What was it? I needed a new gas cap. The seal was bad. He told me I was fine, remind them to order a gas cap when I brought my car in for regular service and go enjoy wine tasting. And that was that. I got to enjoy my weekend worry free.

Gordon is a great guy and very knowledgeable about older cars. He has always been very honest with me and fixed what ever problems I came up with. All the staff there have been great!. Janet at the front desk has always been on top of everything and very friendly. (She loves chocolate chip cookies) I trust Gordon's opinion completely. He has steered me in the right direction every time. I highly recommend Gordon's auto works to all my friends and family.

One star is five stars too many! Gordon's did a new brake system, (and other work), on my classic truck. Gordon unilaterally decided to change the size of the brake parts, (11" instead of 10"), which is a positive improvement BUT he only upgraded one end of the vehicle and didn't put a proportioning valve back into the new system. The front brakes locked up on the freeway, to avoid causing a multi-car accident, I hit the k-rail and bounced off the rear wheels of a semi-trailer. The body damage to my truck was extensive, Gordon promised to make it right. He installed a proportioning valve and then avoided me and never did fix the body of my truck. He's also one of those fakers who hides behind being "Christian" to try to make you sympathetic while they screw you!

Alex is a great no-BS guy. Although they didn't fix my car from the first time I showed, he deducted what he charged me first time and fixed it perfectly. I had trouble with windows electricity and power steering pump noise. He took care of them. He is a reasonable and professional mechanic. Coming back if something happens with my car again.

I've been taking my cars to Gordon for the last 30 years. I've been pleased with the quality, timeliness, and cost of his service.I trust Gordon sufficiently that when we decided to give one of our cars to my son as a gift, we took the car in and asked Gordon to fix whatever is wrong. Now we know we're giving my son a well running car in good shape.

I have a 2005 Jaguar XJ8L and it runs magnificently. Alberto Del Alto keeps the engine and other systems in perfect performance. All I do is take the car at next service interval. Janet's knowledge of the parts needed to make an effective repair is at the top. I am confident Gordon's Auto Works will take care of all my automobile needs. Five Stars!!!

Gordon saved me yesterday! I'm out and about in my totally restored 1957 Chevy truck and I get stuck in first gear. So I called a Janet said " come on in" I got there Gordon jumped in tool it in the back came out in 10 min and said have fun no charge.Whew a miracle.Thank you thank you

I would highly recommend this place. I went there for a front end inspection because I couldn't not find the issue after hours of searching and trying different parts. They found the issue after about 20 mins, showed me what it was and didn't even charge me for the inspection. Great guys!
