I shopped two other tire stores before coming to you. I ve had you work on both of my vehicles in the past when I asked for pricing, it was straightforward, no hassle and was half the price of one of the other tire stores and 50% cheaper than the second tire store. I was able to drop my BMW off and pick it up the same day. The gentleman that helped me was extremely courteous and pleasant to deal with. I will continue to come back to you without having to shop prices first.

I got a same day appointment. You were able to repair my tire vs trying to upsell me a new tire that I didn't need. It only took about 45 minutes to complete. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! After being loyal customers for many years and bringing all our cars here, they damaged the hood of my car and refused to fix it! I took it to a car paint expert and they said that clearly something was spilled on the hood. They lost a loyal customer. Terrible customer service - shame on you Firestone! I will tell everyone I know to steer clear.

Do not send your daughters to this place alone. Four tires (nothing special) and a oil change was $1,400.00. Oh yeah, she gets a rebait on the tires,$70, so it was actually $1,330.00 Shame on you Firestone.

Made an appointment for a free policy alignment, paid $9.95 extra for a 25 point car check. They took the car put it on the rack right on timeAlignment was slightly toe out, adjusted. They did not find anything wrong with the car, out within 1 hour.This shop is nice, clean, staff are professional, efficient, recommended

4 tires for the Caddy. 9am appointment, outta there in an hour. Mount, Balance 80$..not including $ of Tires. No upsell.. nice folks. Last time I was here, it was Goodyear, not the best experience, for a lot of reasons. Much improved, recommend. Will be back for sure.

I have been a frequent customer at this Firestone Complete Auto Care location for several years, and I am pleased with the quality of their services. As my vehicle is under fleet maintenance, it's important to have a reliable and trustworthy service provider, and Firestone Complete Auto Care has consistently delivered satisfactory results. My Mustang had a nail in the tire and Nick and his crew took care of it. The service was professional and in same place where I had gone for years as a Goodyear dealer. I would recommend.

They lost my oil pan plug and didn't tell me, so they used an old spark plug for the oil plug. Then weeks later I noticed oil leaking from my car. So they quoted me $900 for an oil pan replacement. After a friend referred me to another shop I was told what happened and they replaced my plug for free. I will never go to Firestone again. They just want to inflate their profits and do terrible work.

This is my second time using the shop and both were horrible. The first time I wanted to get new shocks and struts on my car, as well as fix a squeaking belt. When I picked up my car, driving home I noticed the power steering reservoir cap was sitting on my windshield. I also still had the power steering squeal. When I returned the car back to the shop an hour later, they apologize for not putting the cap back on and said the technician failed to properly tighten down the belt pulley. Just two days ago I went in asking them to replace my brake light switch under the brake pedal, Replace my bulbs for my reverse lights and find out why I was getting a thumping noise from my front right tire. When I went to go pick up my car, I had a $421 bill, My rear reverse lightbulbs had not been changed, I was charged for tire rotation and balancing, and they broke the housing to my third brake light on my rear deck. when I asked if the thumping from the tire went away when they did the rotation, the representative said We will find out . Like they didn t take it for a test drive. I wasn t happy, paid the bill and said I would never come back. Driving home I noticed the thumping was now on the right rear. In my driveway I noticed there were two chalk lines on the side wall and noticed a bubble on my tire. All they had to do was call me and say the reason for the thumping was a bubble in the tire and they recommend replacement. There was no need to do a tire rotation and tire balance. And they should ve called to say that they brought the house to my third brake light. I will never do business at this location again. To forget to put on a reservoir cap, not tighten down the pulley, not complete requested work, complete work that was not requested, and not call the customer when damages occur to let them find it on their own . Not good

They kept my car for 3 weeks. That's fine i said i wouldnt get paid for 2weeks, but it was a week and a half before they touched it to diagnose the problems, then they call to say it'll be almost $1,100 for a new battery and to change O2SENSORS & throttle body position sensor. Ok. A week later i call to see if my cars done, they tell me yes, they're finishing it now & it'll be the quoted amount, then only 2hrs later call me to say after replacing one part everything reset itself & they dont have to do replace the other parts, not even the battery, so price drops to $365. (side note the battery was tested at a different shop & was definitely NO GOOD). I go to pick up my vehicle, & they didnt replace the battery saying I'd refused a new one (uh, no i didn't), charged me $100 to diagnose it which didnt come off the price to fix it.I leave with my car & the next day i drive it its driving the EXACT SAME as before they fixed it! I'm not impressed or happy at their customer service & im in agreement with other reviewers here that they treat women differently. Thanks for not allowing me to drive with my car to move out if state guys, NOT!

I want to thank Nicholas and Ariana for their professionalism and exemplary, accommodating service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.I had a scheduled oil change at 8am this morning and told Nicholas that I had another appointment at 10:15am. He said they would be able to take care of it in time. Unfortunately, my vehicle needed a small replacement part which the shop did not have in stock. Due to this the oil change took significantly longer than expected. Now, I know most people would be upset by this, rightfully so, but because of Nicholas and Arianna I was able to get to my appointment, back to the shop after my appointment AND the service they did was discounted. In many ways they went above and beyond what any other shop would have done for a client. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my car needs after this. You guys are awesome!

Friendly, professional, skilled, and HONEST shop. Affordable as well! Clean waiting area and timely service. They accept appointments on the website too! You literally couldn t ask for more. I popped in today for a tire repair and after the outstanding service and pleasant experience, I ll be bringing both my cars here from now on. Thank you all; you ve earned my trust and loyalty.

Had a tire shred on me at 430 in the morning on the way to work and drove into the shop. Shop didn t open until 7 am. Nick arrived and greeted me and introduced himself - very professional and courteous- Had to order my tires from their TireHub but they arrived very quickly - Nick kept me updated on my car and broke down the price of all costs. Didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need and recommended the best tires for my car. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area or passing though. I live out of town and would come here all the time if I lived closer! When you come in, ask for NICK!

Very pleasant experience. From the call to get a quote to in and out having a battery installed took no more than an hour. Gentleman at the counter had a very easy going personality and answered all my question. I would recommend this Firestone.

Came in for an oil change and alignment, without an appointment on a Friday morning. All was done within 45 minutes. Oil change cost was almost half what I normally pay for full synthetic at the place I used to go to. Store was clean and the service manager and employees were all prompt, courteous, and attentive. Found my new auto repair shop.

Hands down this is THE best Firestone Complete Auto Care I've been to and I've been to a lot. Even some in other parts of the country (as this is my go-to chain auto mechanic shop sometimes while on road trips). Great service and they will go the extra mile when needed.

Super friendly guys and helpful. Unfortunately they did not have the tools to adjust my caster sleeve so no alignment service done. They at least made a referral to a shop nearby they know that can help. Dropped one star just because they didn't have the required tool.

Great customer service. Took my 2014 Silverado for alignment and wheel balancing. The technician explained the issue and there was no need for balancing. The technician was very professional and my issue was fixed without having to pay for unnecessary balance. I drove out of this place very satisfied.

I went in to Firestone on Chapman Avenue for a quote on tires. I was attended by "Angel" who is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this business.

The guys at the Firestone on Chapman helped me out of a jam when I got a puncture on my left rear tire. Even though they were busy and it was only an hour until closing they were able to squeeze me in and get me on the road again in about 20 minutes. They were able to save me from canceling my skiing trip early the next morning. Thanks so much guys, you rock.

I came in to have a tire replace do to a nail. I didn't have to wait very long. I came around 330pm and was out by 430pm. They did a good job.

Came in today to get a "Tire Swap" that is- take one tire from one, rim and put it on another rim. Both tires were new (3mo old) & identical in brand/model/size, but one was flat. The service tech asks "What year is the vehicle?" 2018, says I. "Is one of those tires the spare?" it is... "We cannot do anything with spare tires" says the tech. Really? I say. "Yeah, we are not allowed to touch them, even if they are full size." So I drive down the street to America's Tire, and they took care of it and had me back on the road in 20 minuets.
