I ve been going here for a few years. They re awesome! Even if a challenge comes along, they make it happen. Very friendly staff and it s always nice and clean in the customer waiting room. Fred & Gary, the managers at the time of this review are personable and easy to communicate with. Nothing but good experiences.They ve replaces an axel on my model S as well as breaks and tires, done breaks and tires on my Silverado as well. As well as full set of tires on 2 other cars. I ve been there a lot.

Jorge and Lisbeth were so kind and helpful! I had a pretty scary experience blowing my tire and needed some quick help. They were honest and consultative about my options. I am shocked that I was able to get my tires and maintenance done so quickly. I will absolutely be coming back with my lifetime alignment plan! I trust this place!

I've been here 5 different times on all different days so I don't understand why it's not a 5 star avg review...Feel like I've met the majority of staff and I have not a single negative thing to say.This isn't a review specifically to the tires I bought, but the service. (we all know these are the best) I've been sold trash tires on 4 of my vehicles and got used to how bad tires are, bummer. But 6mo ago I got some Destination XT's on my Tahoe and I'm honestly astounded day after day. From Hankook, to Michelin, Big O, Falken. I've had all the tires, and 3 different shops for an alignment. I don't know what magic they did but the alignment now is probably better than it was new, no exaggeration.What's the best part is not being lied to for a sale. I can't remember any staff names besides George, but these people rock. Thank you so much Firestone. I don't think you've ever said no, just 'bring it in'One weight fell off (wheels fault) and I'm on my first rotation after 35k miles.I hope this review helps someone like they've helped me. See where your car will take you.God bless

For as busy as this Firestone is the work I brought my vehicle in for to have done was done Quickly and most importantly it was done right. The techs name is Eddie U. Even if he is busy I would highly recommend you leave your vehicle to have him inspect or repair it. He is the best Tech I have ever met. Firestone is VERY FORTUNATE to have him.

This location is the best! Great customer service and efficiency. I waited for my car to be serviced instead of dropping it off and was kept updated throughout the process. The staff is friendly and the whole atmosphere in this place is just great.

Incredible above and beyond service. Stopped in to see if I could get a replacement battery for my key and walked out the door 5 minutes later with a new battery and without being charged. Had previously popped in a couple of times for an oil change and been impressed by the people here, but was blown away by this act of kindness and generosity!

I got a flat tire and needed a fast repair. This team did a great job, and got me back on the road quickly! I ve been here a few time, and they re always professional, and helpful! If you re having car troubles, give this team a try!

The crew is always friendly, courteous and profesional. Unfortunately, I happen to get nails in my tires more often then I would like, so I visit more often then most, and they were always able to help me out.

I got off work, and saw my front right tire was really low. I headed straight to Firestone in Orange. After I explained my tire issue with Jorge, I was told it may take a couple of hours given it was lunchtime for the mechanics and a couple of cars were in front of me. I told Jorge I would wait those 2 hours in the store. Then Jorge told me he would see if a mechanic could do him a favor and stay to fix the tire. Sure enough a half hour later my vans tire was fixed and I was on my way to pick my kids up from school. I can't say how much I appreciate Firestonegoing above and beyond to take care of your customers. I bought my tires from Firestone even though I work at Costco, and this confirms that I made the right choice.

Called in to schedule an alignment. Apparently for alignments they only do Toe adjustments. But not caster/camber. Wouldn t trust my vehicle at this location. If you don t fully know something you shouldn t answer to a customer. I m not going to wait on the phone for you to ask your superiors.

I would not recommend them for anythingOriginally scheduled an appointment for 9:30am for a tire replacement. This tire was supposed to be delivered first thing that morning. I showed up at 9:30 and they said the tire wasn t there yet (a call would have been nice so I didn t take the trip there). The tire arrived at 10:20am. I could not wait there, since I was working that day. So Gary said ok we will get you in at 12 same day. So I went back at 12 and it took 1 hr and 20 minutes to replace one tire, and my original appointment was at 9:30. This isn t even the worst part, once the tire was replaced they installed a tire with a dot label of five years old. Then the store manager Gary said I would have to come back a third time to get the tire replaced. So the third time rolls around and Gary mentioned it would be really tight to squeeze me in right away. But thankfully he did meaning it still took 35 mins on a Friday (For a 4 year old tire instead of a 5 year old that was just installed this morning by them) So in total for a single tire replacement 4 trips (the first so they can order no worries, second couldn t call me and say hey your tire isn t in, third time couldn t even install the right tire (too old), and 4 actually had to be kind of pushy to get it done at 4:30pm while my original appointment was at 9:30am. Just thinking about how this tire was a struggle I definitely would not trust them or feel remotely confident with them doing any mechanical work.Service: Tires

Called 6 different tire shops before Firestone, who was the only one that told me they could do a tire plug from a lag bolt in my tire, in less than an hour (all others were 2 hours or longer). They told me 45 minutes but actually got me in and out in 20 minutes. Great experience!

First off I was in Tustin area yesterday for a hospital visit on my way home to San Diego ca my water pump blew on my scion I needed a closet repair shop and god brought me to Firestone great godly men George and the staff help my wife and I get back to San Diego safely even staff stayed long and fixed my water pump thank you guys you all rock in Jesus name

Got my brake pads and rotors done here... a little over a year later both are shot and needed to be replaced because they were put on wrong and couldn't go back to get them replace under warrenty cause i live in a different city and could barely get my car to the new place to get them both replaced without destroying my rotors even more... be warned!!!

Went for a brake job replace rotor and Brake pads $1600 way over price. When we got home the e brake didn't work. It is worn out.We return it back. They said they did not notice the epad need rebuild. That suppose to be the part of the brake job. Contacted them and they want $600 more to pay for their mistake.

I had called and spoke to someone, and she said I would get a replacement battery free as the one I had was 24 months warranty.I came in and a young girl helped me and was very unhelpful and said I had to pay an additional almost $23 dollars to get it replaced.I asked to speak with a manager and she said he was off that day.I still feel I should have had an even exchange not be charged a fee because they don't carry my battery any longer.I would love to have a responses.Long time customer.Debbie
